Every experience at this store has been a positive one. Josh and his team are superbly professional, accommodating and fair. They understand and clearly explain issues and options, without steering customers toward the priciest solution. It s refreshing to work with a company focusing on doing the right thing, but it works: This location is by far my first choice for vehicle maintenance and service.

Great place, great people. I don't have any issues with this Firestone. I started coming here after having issues with the store on University Dr. No matter the reason for bringing your vehicle, they will always check to see if there is anything going on with your vehicle. Very thorough and friendly.

Told them my brake lights weren't working, the bulbs looked fine so I assumed it was something else. Friendly service, got me in quick and made it seem like they could diagnose and fix the issue. But they charged $250 to spend 5 minutes replacing 2 rear brake light bulbs and tell me to come back another day when they had someone else working who could fix it.... Way over-priced and my brake lights still don't work so I'll have to pay more to diagnose and fix the real issue.

Every employee was super friendly and they got my car fixed very rapidly, even staying 30min over close on Christmas Eve to get my breaks fixed so I could make it to see the family! I did not get his name but there was a man with a beard and glasses who was funny, friendly, and informative about what was going on in the garage. It was great to talk with him and other crew members while I waited for my breaks to be delivered from autozone up the street. That process was also very quick and I was being informed about what was happening the entire time.

I had bad experiences with this shop in the past, but the new crew is great. Bal in particular is incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond and I am so grateful for the hard work he and the rest of the crew put into fixing my car and fixing the mistakes of previous mechanics. I'm the only one with a car in my household and they helped me get back on the road as soon as possible.

I had a tire get busted on my way to Denton for a doctor's appointment. I was able to call this Firestone, set an appointment and they went to go pick the tire up from another location for me. By the time I arrived, they had my tire, got my van all set up and the tire swapped out and had me on my way within an hour. Each team member I talked to was nicer than the rest. I wish this location was closer to my house because they were the best!

When I say these guys r the best! They rI have a leak in my tire. They aired it up for me. No charge checked all my other charge. Then I came back and got a new tire and they gave me the best customer service the best price all around.

Went to get my tire patched. Was awaiting for a call back and never received one. They are now closed and I have no way to work tomorrow. It would have been nice to receive a call to atleast say that it won t be ready til tomorrow.

You don't see such good customer service anymore, so I'll definitely use this location again. Regarding the service, I've already referred someone for the same service because, while some may see it as expensive in the short-term, in the long-term, it will help keep my vehicle healthy.

Writing this as I sit in the lobby of Firestone. At 9am I set an appt this morning for an alignment. The appt said it was requested for 1pm but not confirmed and someone from the store would email/call to confirm the appt. By 12pm I hadn't heard anything and I called Firestone and they said I was confirmed at 1pm and even sent a confirmation email. I arrived at 1pm and handed over my keys. I planned this out as to get it done on my lunch break. Alignment normally can take an hour so I was ok with give or take a few minutes. It's 2:19pm as of writing this review and my car is still sitting outside, my lunch is over and my vehicle untouched. Not once has an employee asked me anything or mentioned anything to me. Not customer service to apologize about any delays. Never will be coming here again and I will make sure anyone I know does not either. Terrible customer service, no regard for others time. Complete waste

Polite service and direct brought my 99 sierra in for a check engine light and some brake work, they quoted me and were super helpful in showing the things I may need. Ultimately I have to wait on service due to the cost but they were still polite and didn t try to guilt me into any work I couldn t afford which we all have experienced with auto shops.This is a great place to take your car, keep in mind you re paying a bit more for generally nicer parts and the work guarantee

UPDATE: Josh called me promptly after my initial visit and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. His customer service will have me returning to this location and had his best techs repair any previous damage and while the tire was not salvageable, I am very happy with the solution and will be returning.Went in for a state inspection and to get a nail removed from a tire. State inspection was fine, however the simple nail removal and patch is not.The tire won't hold pressure and lost 10psi overnight. The tires are basically brand new so pretty unfortunate.The once brand new wheels are also not so brand new anymore after some sloppy wheel removal. You go to a service center and at a minimum expect your things to come back without damage but it's not the case.

Today was a Monday, however the AMAZING team at Firestone helped get me back on the road safely!! With high temperatures that were unforgiving, I appreciate the service and kindness that my mom and I both received. In a world where great service is hard to come by I appreciate the team here so much for keeping me cool, informed, and encouraged during my car crisis!!! Just wow. I am completely pleased with my experience with this Firestone location. I don t know anything about cars, keep that in mind. My go to auto repair shop gave me a hefty quote, so I decided to go to Firestone for a second opinion. John has a strong team. They don t BS and tell you how it is. Everyone was so kind, very communicative, and helped me understand more about my car. I can definitely say they have my business going forward.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter at Firestone that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I faced an emergency with my tires, and despite conveying the urgency of the situation, they refused to assist me without an appointment. This disregard for the customer's immediate needs is concerning.Moreover, what struck me the most was the evident lack of empathy displayed by the staff. They seemed uninterested in understanding the gravity of the situation and showed no willingness to accommodate or assist. As a loyal customer, this lack of respect for my concerns and well-being was disheartening.The essence of any successful business lies in its ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and address emergencies with understanding and care. Regrettably, Firestone failed to uphold these fundamental principles.I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others and encourages Firestone to reevaluate their customer service approach. Empathy and respect are not optional traits in the service industry; they are essential in building lasting relationships with customers. Unfortunately, my recent experience leaves me questioning whether Firestone truly values its customers and their well-being.

I dropped my truck off for brake job They kept it for several days and as I was checking in on the progress, they admitted they had people working on it that did not know what they was doing. When I picked up the truck James tried to charge me a $1000 more for parts and labor that was not approved before install. After the truck was driven around for a couple days the brakes stopped working because the Firestone mechanic did not bleed them. The work they did caused the rear axle seals to start leaking. I now have the truck at another fire stone trying to get the repairs complete. James was the fire stone employee that was in charge of my work and was hard to deal with. I read other reviews and learned I am not the only one who has had issues with James. I would not take my truck back to this fire stone again and recommend others take their vehicles else where as well.

Firestone? More like fire all your employees. At first, I found myself just wandering in the parking lot, and after 30 minutes, someone had the nerve to ask me if I needed assistance. Can you really help me fix my marriage? Please. After waiting for 7 MINUTES (I knew the exact time because i can hold my breath for that long) I finally decided to get a state inspection, because what the hell (I get pulled over a lot). I immediately failed and called their supervisor. The waiting music reminded me of that time I twisted my ankle while bowling. Painful, but I kinda liked it. 3 whole hours I had to wait!!! I could ve used that time to shoplift. I won t be going back unless they pass me.

I brought my car in requesting a tire alignment, and tire balance/rotation. They needed to replace the lower control arms before they could perform the alignment, cool, they performed that well enough. When they returned the car to me, there was a large oily hand smear on the driver A pillar cover. I brought up my concerns and they were able to completely remove the stain.Unfortunately the car was still pulling to the right after the alignment and the steering wheel was no longer centered, indicative that the alignment was rushed. ( I learned about this much later, I wasn't charged, but they failed to remember the tire alignment and rotation.)The next day I returned with my concern about the pulling and the service advisor, (2) James, makes comments concerning my cars age and how it will affect steering, but he said that they would re-align the car.When James called me he said that the realignment was completed and that the technician personally drove my car around and that he was satisfied that with the work performed and that I in turn would be very satisfied. When I collect my car I notice that all of the documents regarding the work performed was being hastily pushed into a sleeve and stored away. I did not receive the alignment papers showing before and after angles. Ignorant me took James' word and left. The car still pulled to the right.I checked the dash cam footage, the car was pulled into the bay, sat for 20 minutes, and then promptly pulled back to the front of the store. I absolutely do not trust this Firestone location on Brinker. If you are going to use the motto "Building trust through standards" and advertise your technicians are ASE Certified, do you damn job right and be honest with the customer.I brought the car to the Corinth Firestone on Swisher, and when they performed the alignment, they provided the documentation proving that the alignment from the Brinker location was out of tolerance. Firestone on Swisher performed their job right the first time.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Scam artists. Unprofessional too.They promised the car would be done at 12:30 and at 12:29 they hadn t even touched the car yet. Then these punks had the audacity to complain we were asking what took so long with their little friends. They didn t know we could hear them trash talking us.Failed my wife s inspection over a perfectly fine tire tread (new car) and then said she needed to buy 4 new tires. How convenient of them . This is why I tell everyone to stay away from the big companies.

I had flat, & went to this location only because it was closest to were I was at. They had my tire in stock. There was a 2 hr wait, but all tire shops are struggling with being short staffed now so it was more than ok. Staff was professional & took care of my tire as quickly as they could.Service: TiresService: Tires

I went online Friday, 5/19 at 8:09pm and scheduled an alignment for 9:00am Sunday, 5/21. I received an email entitled "appointment request is processing", but inside the email it indicated my appointment time, location on Brinker Rd and stated if the appointment was unavailable, that someone would contact me. Not hearing anything, I arrived Sunday morning at 9:00am, and was told I didn't have an appointment.Jordan could see the appointment but explained to me that the way online appointments are made, the website doesn't assign them to the specific store. I was told they only had one technician working Sunday morning, and although I made an appointment, they would not be able to get to me until later Sunday afternoon.I called another Firestone and spoke to them. That store informed me that each store must accept or decline online appointments. Therefore, this store does not appear to be keeping up with their online appointments and accepting/declining them. There seems to be a manpower scheduling issue on Sundays, as I watched two other customers wanting oil changes leave. They were also told it would be later in the afternoon, before they could get to them. He asked them if they could leave their car with them. Who has time to leave their car for an oil change?The scheduling (both online and employee manpower) at this store appears to be poorly managed and if that is any indication of how they perform work on vehicles....I won't be back.
