Took my car in to replace my driver's door window that was shattered. Alden was very helpful and got it taken care of quickly at a reasonable price. I went back with what I thought was a small crack in the windshield that turned out to be resin. I haven't seen good customer service like that in awhile.

Great experience! Alden took care of me and fixed my window when it got cracked. Because of my busy schedule I didn t have time to go up there so they drove over to my work and got it done! They did a great a job! They re stuck with me forever! Will recommend my friends and family to go

I called up there to see if they can do some work on my Porsche Macan S, I spoke to an honest gentleman named Steel. He sure did whoop the job, It s been perfect for months and he really helped me out with my oil leak. Definitely will recommend the place, I already have!

Austin and Mike were so polite and very fast at replacing my windshield in Jan. I waited to post to let time test their work and they did NOT disappoint. They arrived at my home and I called later to pay so it was wonderful not having to deal with payment in person. I will be using them again! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointment was also very kind.

These guys do a great job! Had my rear window broken on my truck. They took care of replacing it for a great price (better than Safelite) and even vacuumed up the glass and debris from inside. Will use them for anything like this in the future.

Alden and Stihl were great to work with. Replaced broken rear hatch window on our Subaru. One week later the hatch wouldn t open. Called them up and they were easy to work with. Dropped it off and a couple hours later all fixed. They owned it and took care of it with no hassle. Great group to work with.

This was our second time using Done Right Auto Glass for windshield repairs and I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I recently shattered my rear hatch windshield and Alden was able to get it replaced that afternoon at my home for $200 less than the big name competitor! The technicians were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

Called at 9am to see if they had my front windshield and to verify the price by 11 am my trucks front windshield was replaced at a GREAT PRICE!! The staff is very friendly and was willing to take care of my issue!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Good, clean work from this shop. Had my '22 Tundra's front windshield completely replaced. They were able to order parts and install w/ calibration. Appreciate it boys!

EXCELLENT customer service!! Alden stayed on the phone with me to answer all my questions and concerns; even though it was shop closing hours. His willingness to help, his level of knowledge, and most importantly .. his honesty; UNPARALLELED! I m a pain in the hiney sometimes I m pretty particular on what I want. Not only did Alden exceed my standards; the whole crew came through! Steel, Stephen, Jeremy, and Jesus did a fantastic job tinting my F150 Platinum and replacing my windshield. They were able to accomplish both of those things in three hours!!! It was quality professional work done in lightning fast time! The windshield glass was not the cheap stuff either. They made sure to give me a quality product as well as quality service. If you can please me, then you can please anyone! If you re out there in the market for auto glass and/or auto tinting . DONE RIGHT AUTO GLASS in Denton is your first and only choice!

My go to HONEST Mechanic for years. They fix everything! Ben has been our top go to mechanic for EVERYTHING from oil changes to car decals to Uhaul to transmission rebuild to windshield replace and repair to tint to tires to brakes to led lights and moreThey make you feel like family here.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Came in not knowing if it was even going to be fixable considering there was damage done to the frame. Not only did they fix it, they did it within a couple of hours and had me back on the road again! They are amazing and I d recommend them to anyone!

Grateful to God to have found this place. Their prices we so much better than all the other places we checked. The windshield looks amazing and their is a lifetime warranty on install. The service was quick and the staff was friendly!

Done Right is honest and good for commercial trucks to personal cars they do excellent work at a reasonable price. I have used them over 7 years for numerous jobs. If your looking for quality auto glass or window tinting you won t go wrong Done Right. Thank you for your excellent service.

This place is very nice, the owner is also very nice and the people are very nice. They take responsibility for their job and they are very professional. I went in for a windshield replacement and they did an excellent job, they were fast and very flexible with the timing and all. They are always looking for costumer satisfaction and whatever happens they will take care of ya. Love the work they did and how professional they behaved. Wow, beyond the call of duty!! Starting with a gentleman and solid fella, Alben was outstanding. Truly one of the best experiences ever, any industry. Wife s car was broken into, he has glass replaced within hours and with enthusiasm! Plus, affordable! First quote from competition was 500.00 more!!!!! Entire crew at this awesome establishment was first class. Thank you!!!

We had the best experience with this Company. Our windshield was shattered on a trip to Dallas from Illinois for my Daughters Wedding. We were in Arkansas and couldn t get a windshield till Monday. I called 6 places and couldn t get a windshield so we decided to risk it and drive to Denton Texas where our Airbnb was. I called ALDEN with Done Right. This was a Tuesday afternoon at 3 and he was absolutely wonderful. He ordered my glass and installed it as soon as we arrived there. The next day. He made a scary situation so much better. I was very stressed as I had to be there to pickup my son from the Airport on Wed. Evening. I can t say enough great things about this Company as Alden made things happen. Thank you Alden for your patience and kindness. I m forever grateful. You have this calmness about you that relaxed me in a very difficult situation. You definitely deserve recognition. Wedding was great and my daughter thanks you also.

These guys were great! They fixed my problem which was just a clogged drain for my sunroof, so it wasn't very expensive at all. What I loved most is they didn't try to up-sale me, didn't try to give me a list of all the other things they could fix for me. They just kept it to what I needed and got me out of there fast. Their customer service was great, friendly and personable. I will be going back for my other car needs. Thank you for your great service, you made a new customer today.

I am giving them 3 stars raiting because they set an appointment. I arrived on time. Sat there for 4 hours before they told me that the part did not come in. They apologized. The following day, they called and asked me to come back. It was done within 1.5 hours.
