My spare fell off and I brought my van to Colby at Discount Tire. Not only was he friendly and helpful, even when my van didn t cooperate, he didn t get frustrated. He put the tire back on, closed it up and waved as he left. No fee, just good neighborly service.

Had an emergency and pulled into Discount Tire at the 100 Loop location. Immediately help came out to me. Taylor is very professional and courteous and made me feel comfortable and helped and before we knew it we were on our way. Taylor is an excellent asset. The maintenance staff were very helpful.

Called store to make an appointment after AAA changed a flat on the road. They said that no appointment was necessary and they could get right to us when we came in. Upon arrival we had to wait about 30 minutes to get to talk with the counter guy. We had to have the tire replaced because the puncture was in the sidewall but he had the road hazard coverage. They looked at the front tires and told us that they needed to be replaced also, which we agreed too. It took about another 30 minutes to get the car in even after they told us that we were going in the next open bay which just happened to be given away to another customer as we waited again. When they finally got the car in they later came and told us that they needed to replace our lug nuts because they didn t make a 22mm thin wall socket and were worried about damaging our wheels. The set he offered were not chrome and they were about an inch linger than ours. They looked like crap and we did not want them. Keep in mind that this had not been a problem in the past when we bought the first set of tires, or the second set of tires or the replacement wheel from them. First I told him I thought he needed to visit the local snap on tool man, then I looked up a thin wall socket set for him on the internet. At this point he changed his story and told me that they were only allowed to use Milwaukee tools so I looked up a set of those for him too. This again was not good enough for him and he said they could only use the tools on a specific list from Milwaukee that they were provided with. At that point I quit trying to help and told him just to put our lug nuts back on. 3 new tires and one damaged lug nut later we left later noticing that the tires all had different pressures and were missing the valve stem caps. Save yourself a headache and use a different store. Just a note to the store manager, if you want to make this right give me a call.

Set my step daughter to this place to have a tire plugged. They had 1 1/2 hour wait and then when they go it in there, they came right back out and said it was already patched with a GUMMY?? They said she needed a new tire. I am putting a picture of the nail in the tire. Anyway, with all my years' experience that I've had in a garage as an auto mechanic working on installing engines to fixing tires, this could have been plugged or patched on the inside. Just because they patch tires for free doesn't mean it will be free. Expect the worst if your female. My stepdaughter left. I will direct her to someone who is honest and knows what they are doing. I'm sure people that posted a positive review spent money and were mostly male. Guess this will be another place we have to Boycott this place. See the picture, this was a simple patch. Tire is new. We were just testing them to see how honest they really were. They failed.....

Amazing first time experience here. I had a nail in my tire and they said can patch it up for free depending on where puncture was and how big hole was. Luckily it was in a spot and not too big of a hole where they fixed for free. They also told me how many people were ahead of me so that way I was able go back to office and come at a time when I would be up . I came back and they took me right in. Got it fixed no issues and gave me recomendation about max tire pressure. this place is amazing!

Called the store and talked to Diego today at 11:30am. Told him my wife had a nail in the middle of her tire that I helped her find using face time while we were at work and she d be up there shortly during her lunch break. I asked him about how long it would take to get her vehicle in and he said about an hour. She got there around noon and was out with a free repair by 12:45. Benjamin and Diego fixed her up and earned two future customers. Thank y all so much!

Got the job done but not the typical customer service I'm used to at Discount Tire. I guess I'm used to Little Elm where they are attentive to you and walk you through all that they're doing. Here they just take your keys and hand them back three hours later hardly asking you what the problem is.

This is a good location to go to if you know what days and times to go. You ll have almost no wait. Sorry, won t give you my secret. But regarding service, repair and wait time, I ve been satisfied with every visit. My tires are special order and they generally get them in next day.

We moved from Houston and did business with Discount Tires there for years. When we were settled in, my wife and I needed to get some tires for the cars, the loop 288 location was only about 5 minutes away so we checked them out. We were not disappointed. The crew and pricing were excellent. You as a consumer will not be disappointed. These guys are professionals and will take of your needs and wants for your vehicle, no matter what you drive. Pricing? They are the best in the state of Texas. The crew and the staff will put a smile on your face as you drive home, even your ride will be smiling:>)

I had not received the tool to remove lug nuts. I went back a couple of weeks later. It was no problem. They gave me one on arrival.

I went to Discount tire to get a flat tire fixed and to change the tire pressure sensors since they were old and needed to be replaced. They were very busy so I waited a little longer than they expected but I received nothing but professionalism and expert service by Elias and Justin. Thank you for all the help and your great service. Will be going back for all my tire needs in the future.

I asked for my tires to be rotated since the tread on my front tires was very low compared to my rear tires and today was a very rainy day with the rest of the week looking to be the same. Front desk guy told me I had to buy new tires and could not rotate my existing tires as it was a safety concern for them and for me. LOOK my guy, it s more of a safety concern to have low tread on the steering tires vs the rear tires. I went to a different discount tire and they rotated my tires no problem. So avoid the discount tire on 100 loop 288, Denton Texas. Crap service and they put me back on the road in a less safe condition

Good experience, scheduled an appointment online for 12:15p, got there at 12:08p and they had me in and out by 12:48p. Accomodationing interior with free bottled water and plenty of seating.

Stood in line for several minutes, 1:05 pm, with no one at the counter. Then waited another 10 minutes to actually be helped. Guess they are too busy to be customer service oriented. If you need anything to be done in a reasonable amount of time, do not come here.

Timothy was helpful providing me with credit for a bad set of Nitto tires that I purchased last year. I replaced them with Falken AT4W that are smooth and no road noise on F250.

Discount tires never disappoint from the beginning to the end of the process. I replaced two tires and was in and out in the approximate time. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Great experience at this location. We purchased wheels online from discount and this location installed free of charge! What a blessing! Customer service was top notch and efficient. Very busy but service was still provided in a timely manner. Thank you discount tire

I was just starting my vacation when the warning light came on for a tire issue (they all looked good to me). Discount Tire checked things out (tire pressure sensor in a tire was bad, no big issue). I requested tire pressure be checked, and my request was granted. All was done by Discount Tire in a courteous and professional manner. By the way, I buy my new tires through Discount Tire for times like this. This isn't the first issue, or city, I have sought assistance.

While I have been a Discount Tire customer for several years, this was my first time visiting this location and getting a tire repaired. I actually put this off for over a month because I dreaded having to deal with it, so when I decided to finally address it, going to Discount Tire was a no brainer and I couldn t be more content with the experience. Per usual, the team was professional and knowledgeable, making this thing that I dreaded so easy and they did it at no cost. While there was a wait because I went in the middle of the day on a Saturday, it was absolutely worth it.Over the course of my twenties, I have become a Discount Tire loyalist and I m positive I will continue to be a customer for years to come!

2 because I basically paid $20 to be uncomfortable and harassed by an employee (Benjamin) while I was trying to get in and out after getting off of work. However, another guy ran me up and was respectful; pretty quick when they got to my car. But the harassment overrides everything else.

These guys have just been awesome. Great price and great attitudes. In and out at a fair price. Don't trust anyone else with my tire needs...and so love they fix flats for free..
