I have been helping a friend deal with a situation and I am absolutely appalled with the disrespectful service I have been seeing with this dealership. Not only did they say they couldn't fix the vehicle, their communication of the situation has been ridiculous. Took the vehicle in on a Friday. Was told it would take a week. After almost 2 weeks and still no answers, they agreed to a loaner vehicle until it was sorted out. The very next day they said they weren't able to fix the vehicle and to come get it. Then they said Mopar refused to cover the warranty of the vehicle to get it fixed, which was a lie. We called Mopar and they said they'd cover the work because it's still under warranty. We had to take it back today and was told it'd be done by Wednesday. At about 3pm, "it's done, come get your vehicle." The whole thing has been a headache for all of us. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful to customers.

This is not going to be a positive review but the Denton Service center still has the ability to improve their review from the worst service i've ever received at a dealership to ok service. I scheduled an appointment for Friday 11-24 at 8 am and dropped my truck off to get 2 recalls done. I was told they would need to keep it overnight but it would be back to me Saturday. Shortly after i left i got a text from the service department saying they would answer any questions i had over text or i could call. I text them back at 1 pm Saturday asking for an update. After 2 hours of waiting for a response i called them to check on my truck. I was told that it was taking longer than they planned and i could pick it up Monday instead. Monday morning 11-27 at 1000 i received a call from the service center apologizing, they claimed they hadn't done any work on my truck over the weekend because there had been a lapse in communication but they would get to it today to fix. At 5 pm i get a call saying my truck was ready to be picked up, one of the two recalls still had to be performed but they didn't have the part in stock so they had to order it and would let me know when the part was in.When i got to the dealership i was given my keys after some digging but the woman in the service department didn't know where it was parked so i was told to just wander around hitting the horn button until i found it.The only way i will be coming back to this dealership to get the recall completed is if i get a loaner vehicle, an agreement that they'll pay for a rental for me, or if either of those options don't work they can have the part delivered to another Ram service center and i'll get the work done there instead. This has been the single worst dealership service interaction i have ever had. If someone at the dealership reads this and feels like following up with me i encourage you to contact me. I've given enough details in this review for you to figure out who i am. If there is a follow up i will come back to update this review.

Was having a tire issue and went in to see Jim Garvin (who I always see and never lets me down)... he guided me back to quick lube where I met Chris Tucker and he took over from there and gave me 5 star service! He got me my replacement tire quicker than the time frame he had told me! From start to finish everything was EASY!

We have absolutely nothing, but wonderful things to say about our purchase with Classic of Denton! Rafael Garcia made the normally stressful and long car buying experience a pleasure. I was resistant to letting go of my cherished Honda mini van, but I have to say after driving my SRT I can see that was ridiculous :-)Rafael is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. Top notch salesman and we appreciate the time he spent with us!

Came home with my dream car today all thanks to Jeff Trautman. He was truly a pleasure to work with, and very helping and caring! It wasn t about just making a sale with him, he went out of his way to truly take care of me and made my very first car buying experience a memorable one! He looks out for friends and family, and treated us nothing less than family. I highly highly recommend him and encourage anyone in the market for a new car to go see him at Classic of Denton! He genuinely wanted to help me and helped me get the best deal possible. Thank you Jeff for all of your help!

I was in the market for a truck and had the good fortune to run into Keith Lindlau at Classic of Denton. Keith made the buying experience very easy. Keith is very knowledgeable and gave me good advice on the various options available on the Ram trucks. He helped me narrow down the choices and then was able to quickly find the exact truck I was looking for. I was extremely pleased with the great price compared to other makes I had looked at. I knew the value of the truck going in and was pleased that Keith offered me a fare price right up front which made the buying process quick and easy. The Finance guys were able to get me a below market rate and it took less than 5 minutes to complete the transaction. I couldn't be happier with Keith, the Finance guys, Classic of Denton and my new Ram Laramie Longhorn.

Back in early February, I began having an electrical issue that would lock up the gage cluster and transmission at random. I called to schedule a diagnostic to figure out exactly what was wrong. It took a week to diagnose the issue, another week to get and install the part. Only for the issue to continue as I drove my car home.At this point I've spent $2,500 between the service and rental #1 and I still have a broken car.I bring it back in, ask for a loaner. Was told no loaner vehicles were available, and that enterprise had no rentals available but If I found a rental car on my own they would pay for it, (like it's my problem to solve now....)Fast forward another 2 weeks, no phone calls, no updates, no communication from my service advisor. I walk in asking for the manager so that I can at least get an update on where my car is at. Was told that they were holding onto it to make sure the issue doesn't pop up again after driving. Was promised a phone call in the next few days.Another week goes by, no updates (a pattern is forming). I call the front desk, the secretary informs me that the manager will be giving me a call soon with an update. 10 minutes later the same secretary (not the service advisor or manager) informs me that my car is magically finished and ready for pick up.I drop off my rental #2, $2,500 for 3 weeks with insurance.I go to pick up my car and was told since the rental car was more than my 2nd service, I was going to have to pay for the service and then file a claim with corporate in order to get a check reimbursing me for rental #2.Well here we are 2 weeks after picking up my car and I've received a check that only covers the time and mileage charge, not the insurance or taxes/fees.Long story short, after spending almost 7 grand and almost 2 months of my time trying to get this issue resolved I'm left with more questions than answers, and a disrespectful lack of communication from this service department.Horrible "service," I will not be back and recommend going somewhere else.

Chris Popp, thank you for helping me and being patient(Im a pain in the but). This guy went way out of his way, passed hours right at closing time to locate parts. Once we were able to be find the parts in the computer but not able to source through them he still helped me with locating the freeze plug dimensions to try to find an alternative source. I couldn't actually buy because parts were a week out, he still stuck with me going way out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Lets go Chris Popp!

I really like this dealership BUT it is not perfect. They have an awesome casual straight forward sales team. The service department has decent service but my new car had some silly issues which seems like things that should not be happening. The car had some error lights during the test drive which was due to electrical issues either with the battery or I Loop system not being charged. This is something that wouldn't be a problem if they did regular checks on their cars. Also the auxiliary power outlet was not connected and I had to take it back for it to work. My experience with the finance department was bad. They were very aggressive and pushed unwanted services VERY HARD. They make you pay for a useless security etching that I did not want. I know I listed some bad things but compared to other dealers I had an overall good experience with them. I would buy from them again but definitely get my own financing.EDIT: I lowered my rating due to the targeted adds received in the mail after my purchase here.

Great overall experience. Classic had the lowest prices I could find of all the dealerships in the Metroplex. They were not pushy and did not try to sell me on bunch of extended warranties, etc... When I went to sign for the Jeep, I was on short timeline, I told them I only had 15 minutes, I was done in 10 minutes. Rafael Garcia was great, he took care of me through the entire process. I'd recommend requesting him if you are going to purchase through Classic.

This was absolutely BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was referred by a friend to Classic of Denton and they truly did not disappoint! First of all, I arrived about 30-40 minutes before closing time on a Saturday; but KEITH LINDLAU was extremely courteous and professional nonetheless! He took the time to talk with me about what I was looking for and showed me everything I was interested in (Jeep Renegade) and allowed us to take a test drive even though it was so late. I am deeply appreciative of his friendly and genuine personality which allowed me to feel at ease and extremely comfortable during the scary car buying process. Everyone we dealt with that night was very courteous and professional even though we kept them there several hours past closing time! I left there a VERY HAPPY girl! I love my new Jeep Renegade! Keith continues to impress me with his excellent customer service as he has been very intuitive to my concerns and has gone out of his way to help with issues that have come up...even though the issues were mainly "user error." Thank you Keith and Classic of Denton!

I would never buy a vehicle again from here. Walked in and paid cash for a brand new Ram truck and have had nothing but trouble since. I took it in after about 8 months( I had only driven it 3000 miles) because it had a ticking sound when I started it. They said they checked and could find nothing wrong. A mechanic heard it the other day and said " hey lady, you have an exhaust leak you might want to have it checked out." Sure enough I looked it up and found that it is a very distinguishable sound and any mechanic should have known it. I just paid $890 to fix the Active Grille Louvers that go out for no reason(but they get a tax credit for putting them on claiming it gets better gas mileage. That's BS too) now I figure it will be about 500-600 to fix the exhaust leak. Truck just hit $50K and it's a 2015! Had every service performed by dealership and has this much expensive repairs??? I will never buy another Dodge as long as I live! You would be wise not to either. You were informed.

Good place to buy a car and friendly staff, but ask for Charlie. He was our sales guy and was very easy to work with. We overheard a conversation across the aisle that had the couple walking out and their sales guy eating crow to get them to come back in. I wouldn't have come back based on what he said.

Thank you so much Denton Dodge for guiding me thru my car buying experience! This dealership is DOING IT RIGHT!! I met Keith Burbin this past Saturday at the dealership. He reminds me of Kenny Rogers, without all the surgeries. I could tell by his eyes, and the way he spoke to me with such respect, that we would work well together. He walked me from A-Z, with care and compassion. Thank you if if read this Keith. The finance manager, Jason Reese, is outstanding. He reminds me of a cross between Steven Seagal and a mob boss. Super super smart man, very informative and up front. You never had to worry about the unknown, because he explained everything. I can t say enough great things about this dealership, but mostly about Keith, and Jason. In a world of chaos, change, and lack of compassion for others, it was so nice to have this experience. My heart is full. I ll definitely be back!

Rafael Garcia is my sales guy for life never pushy always helpful. I had this man up there for 2.5 hours after close and he had a great attitude the whole time. He had a feel of its you and me against the financial team let's get you a great price. You could tell he was there and has been there to keep his return clients. Next is my wife's car then my two daughters and I know we will be taken care of.

My husband and I had the best experience at Classic of Denton. We went in wanting a completely different vehicle then we ended up purchasing, but the employees made the process as smooth as possible! Keith Lindlau did everything he could for us to get the best trade in value for our vehicles and attended to us as long as the process took. Josh in financing made us feel completely at home and bent over backwards to get us the lowest payment with a great interest rate. We left incredibly pleased with our purchase and felt like we had new friends. I would 100% recommend Keith and Josh and overall Classic of Denton!! 5 STAR PLACE!

Only a 4 star because of Toni (the parts manager). Totally terrible experience until she stepped in and saved the day for me, took the bad taste out of my mouth and was pleasant to work with.

Purchased my truck several years ago, paperwork didn t have necessary documentation to show I had certified preowned warranty. When an issue came up with my turbo, it should have been covered. The finance manager and my service guy worked diligently to fix the paperwork retroactively so that I wouldn t have to deal with this issue in the future, and the they were able to get the issue repaired quickly without costing me. They turned what could have been (and had started to be) an unpleasant experience into a very good example of customer service and going the extra mile. Thanks guys! I appreciate yalls team very much!

This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. My salesman, Keith Lindlau was extremely helpful and informative and went out of his way to walk me through the process. If I learn of anyone interested in purchasing any of the vehicles Classic sells, I will definitely refer them to Keith. Your finance manager, Josh, was also very easy to work with.

If you want an amazing experience to go with a great deal on your new car, make Classic your first and only stop. We went in to buy a new 100th anniversary Charger and had the pleasure of working with Chad Williams. There were no gimmicks, no hassles, and no back and forth. We got the best deal the first go round and dealing with Charlie in financing was a breeze. While we waited we got to chat with the other salesmen that would stop by, and got to know the sales manager Chris. What a great group of people who know how to run a car dealership. The whole experience took less than 2 hours and was the best car buying experience my husband or I have ever had! If you put your customers first and treat them well you will have a customer for life. I know my next car will come from Classic.

NEW CAR SALES!!!My husband and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ryan in Sales was amazing, he communicated everything so well along the way, we were never in the dark on the process. Chris was great with explaining the car to us, all the ins and outs and Don in Finance was incredible while working with Ryan to get us approved! All 3 guys were awesome, and you would be dumb to not go through these guys for a new Mazda...

Rafael Garcia worked with me to find a new truck. His customer service was outstanding. I was very happy to find someone who could answer all my questions and work with me to find the perfect vehicle for my family. He was able to meet all my wife's demands...I would recommend his services to anyone in the market for a new ride.

Luke is awesome. Always calls to let me know what's going on with my truck. One time my bill was 300 more than what he told me. I called and let him know and he had it fixed it minutes

I am very unhappy with my experience at this place. Last week I was told my vehicle was not under warranty. After taking their word for it I had no choice but to take action and get my vehicle fixed. I needed to pass inspection, I needed my state registration tags, I work 2 jobs. I have spent close to $1000.00 in repairs. After talking to a few people and they advised me to call again they said it wasn t under warranty if it was over 36,000 miles. My vehicle is at 33,000 because of false information was given to me all of this could have been prevented. Why didn t they offer to see my vehicle? Why didn t they take a look at it? Why didn t they ask questions? Now that I have taken my vehicle to a mechanic everything is thrown out the window. The girl who answered the phone today does certainly ask how many miles is on your vehicle and was quick to say it was not covered. Who is this person? Is she certified to give out that information? What if it had been my grandmother and read the mileage wrong, what if i was tired and read the mileage wrong, why are they so quick to tell you over the phone it s not under warranty. Customer service is so poor these days especially with these receptionists. I will never buy a car here again. I have a 2017 Jeep that couldn t pass inspection. That s ridiculous. Let me make sure that everyone knows that manufacturer s warranty is only covered under 36,000 miles and don t ever take the receptionist word for it. Carmax will soon open and well sorry to say that your business will be effected.

I am giving them one star only because I have to in order to leave a review. We purchased a new Ram on April 17th. I stopped in a week prior to test drive the truck. I was told they needed $500 down to hold the truck for the week until we came in to buy it. That's fine not a big deal. We came in on the 17th of April to drive it off the lot. But after we agreed on the price and were waiting on finance our sales guy, Brandon Wiley, decided it was time to tell me about the RODENT DAMAGE under the hood.(Hindsight we should have just took our trade-in and left.) Brandon said they ordered the part and would call me when it came in to replace it. I get home and I start noticing some discrepancies with the interior and exterior of the vehicle. The windows and mirrors were dirty and had streaks all over them. There was some type adhesive on the passenger side of the windshield and some more adhesive on the tailgate. So I sent Brandon a text telling him about it and him and his manager, Rick Martinez assured me they would get my truck a full detail when I came in to get the replacement part for the RODENT DAMAGE as long as I left outstanding remarks on their survey. So I drop the truck off about two weeks later to get that part replaced, spray in bedliner, window tint and a full detail. They said they would throw in a full tank of gas and a free oil change. I get a call from Shane over at the service shop saying my truck was good to go. He said they replaced the part filled the tank and completed the full detail, window tint and spray in bedliner. I go to pick up my truck, it had been raining so I wouldn't be too upset if the exterior was a little dirty, and open up the door and the interior was dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. So I go inside the service shop and talk to Steve. His response was a big help. Steve said "I don't know. Shane will call you." Then on the way home I noticed they only filled the tank to 3/4's. Shane calls and apologized and asked to bring it back for the detail. And they had to fix the tint on the passenger side window. Brought it a back a week later and picked it up today. Apparently Classic's definition of a full detail differs from the rest of world. Windows and mirrors were still dirty and had the same streaks on them from the day I pulled it off the lot. The dashboard was dirty and the center consol was as well. Shane was not there again so I had to deal with "I don't know" Steve. I told Steve not to worry about. I gave Classic Dodge three chances and they did not make it happen. We bought a car from Classic Mazda three years ago(which was the car we traded in and was already paid off before the deal with Classic Dodge.) and we were not that impressed with them. We thought we'd give Classic Dodge a chance. Boy were we wrong. I still set the bar pretty low for Classic Dodge considering their neighbors didn't impress us, but I had no idea these guys would be bringing shovels. My guess is once you buy from them and drive off the lot they got what they needed from you and they don't really care about their customers after that. I got some free oil changes from them but at this point I think I would be better off paying someone else to do them. If I could I would give them negative stars. I could have went anywhere in the metroplex to purchase a truck. I chose Classic solely on the fact that we would be putting money in the pockets of the people of the county that we reside in and those people chose to let me down.
