They were amazing when dealing with 2 different insurance companies to fix the body damage! The whole experience was pretty stress free and they went above and beyond to get everything covered so we had no out of pocket! Our vehicle was fixed so fast and they communicated with us the whole time. Would recommend to anyone needing body work.

Bobby did a great job with my 2009 Honda Accord! Front bumper looks good as new.Fast turnaround and a great deal too. I have found my auto body repair shop. Highly recommended.

I visited this shop about a week ago. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I like many, was traveling to the area to visit family but I hit a tire on the freeway and it knocked lose my undercarriage. I couldn't drive back home to Houston like this so I had to find a local shop on a Saturday so I could drive back home Sunday. No shop was open, and I mean not one, but I was able to come across Collision Master and gave them a call. They were open and told me to come on in. I came there, not knowing what to expect. I met with the wife who helps run the shop and the machinic of the shop, Bobby. They were such lovely people. Bobby looked at my car and put me to the front of the line since my matter was urgent, gave me a reasonable price and had my car fixed within 45 minutes (which is insane). He even allowed me to see what he did on my vehicle so I felt confident that the issue was fixed and that I wouldn't have this problem in the future. Bobby & Justin did an amazing job with my vehicle. They were able to get my vehicle in right away, most other places were 2-4 weeks out. They made sure the work was done in a timely manor so I would not go over my 30 day rental coverage. Bobby was so nice and gave me a ride to the rental place to pick up my rental! They also worked with my insurance. They even gave my husband a great quote for his vehicle and will be using them soon for him. This family owned business did an outstanding job fixing my car! All of the men were very kind and helpful in explaining everything. They were able to get the back of my car put back in its proper position within just a couple of hours the same day I called, and late on a Saturday afternoon! This business is absolutely amazing! I had waited 6+ months for other businesses to even get me in to get a quote. They got me in and quoted in 2 days.They worked on my behalf to get the difficult to deal with insurance to comply and pay for the damage their driver caused. Collison Master then made sure the insurance company gave me adequate per diem so that the rental would actually suit my needs.Collison Master always answered my calls and ensured my satisfaction with all aspects of their service. They were extremely polite and easy to deal with. They made sure I was taken care of and informed at each and every step along the way.Also, they were FAST! I was quoted and repaired within a month. Most of that time was due to the insurance company lagging behind or shipment of parts. If the insurance hadn't drug their feet as much, it could've been even faster.Lastly, the quality of their work is very well done. I can't even tell I was ever in an accident.
