Took 3 attempts to get my car right. No rental coverage even though it's warranty work. Less then 6 months later paint is peeling. Wouldn't take my car here again. *Update. They are now giving me a rental at their cost. *

I had a great experience throughout the whole process. Everyone was very professional and the attention to detail was unmatched. Andrew and Nelson took great care of me and had my truck finished on time and with perfection. Definitely gained a lifetime time customer.

Caliber Collision West Denton ( west of Razor Ranch)South west corner of University Rd(380) and I 35Convenient location with friendly professional staff'They do a lot of insurance claim work but will work with youif you have a small job out of your pocket.They just did a little under carriage repair for me and I waspleased they would handle such a small repair.I would go back.Glenn

Great experience at this Caliber location. I originally had my estimate done at the Keller location and had to switch to Denton due to a temporary relocation. Jay was great to work with, the transfer between locations was seamless. They provided text updates as my car went through the repair process, they completed the work ahead of schedule, and my vehicle looks flawless once again. Should I ever need this type of service again, I will 100% return to this location!

Michael was extremely professional and helpful when I had to turn my truck in. He kept me updated constantly throughout the process and was always open to any questions and took the time to listen to any concerns I had and responded to them appropriately.I had a horrible experience with Enterprise rental and was at an odd point of my coverage ending over the weekend and my truck being ready that next business day. Michael took the time to deal with the insurance and rental contacts to get the coverage extended over the weekend.Michael truly went above and beyond for me and my family and I cannot recommend him enough. I have not seen such professionalism in ages where it seems that quality and customer service fall short everywhere else. Well, it didn't with Caliber Collision and Michael as my rep. He truly did an amazing job.Thank you.

I had the most wonderful experience here. I crashed my truck a couple weeks ago, I really messed my truck up when i wrecked it and ran it into a tree and some barbed wire. I thought it was a goner, BUT these guys did magic on my precious truck. They made it shine and look brand spankin' new. I've never seen a truck shine as purty as that, I'll tell you that much. I went and checked on my truck Sally and the manager there was so nice and made sure they did her justice. If I ever happen to get in a wreck again, or if I know someone who did, I'll be sure to tell them all about my experience here at this caliber. They truly take pride in all thier work. Thank you caliber for taking care of my Sally.

Was in a wreck and pretty much thought my car was un repairable. But the team at this location definitely pulled a miracle! My car looked, smelled, and even drove off the lot like a brand new car! Michael was amazing and gave me updates the entire time! I m truly grateful to everyone who worked or even touched my vehicle at this shop!

Andrew was the service advisor that took over my claim was fantastic. He exemplified superior customer service and made my customer experience so much better. He is truly an asset to your organization. He was professional, communicated status of claim and showed compassion for our situation. Without any hesitation he just took care of us even though he was not original person on our car! He is keeper. Please let him know I will only use Caliber because if him and his manager Cody. This is the 3rd trip I ve made with my car to caliber and I am always happy with the results and service. Brian, Andrew and Nelson have always kept the communication open and kept me informed. If I ve had questions they ve been able to get back to me within 24 hours and have been fair/honest with the pricing. I ve paid for out of pocket services here and I never feel like I m being ripped off. Thanks!

Top notch! Best customer service and communication I have experienced in a very long time. Most companies these days do not value your time nor how important communication is. Everyone is just a number. Not here. I was consistently updated every step of the way. Car was returned in show room condition. I can t say enough how much I appreciate my service adviser Nelson Guzman. He was absolutely wonderful through my whole vehicle repair process. He was honest, respectful, and always very kind. Being someone who knows very little about cars/car maintenance, I was always very thankful that Mr. Guzman would explain the process of repairs very thoroughly. I also want to mention Miss Janice at the front desk was always incredibly kind and friendly as well. Very thankful for the team at this location!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Andrew Bryant and team were amazing. I called in and spoke to Janice who told me I could bring my vehicle in to have someone look at it. I met with Andrew who was very professional and polite! He was very informative and provided me with what my options were to fix my car. I highly recommend Caliber Collision West Denton!

It s rare you have a positive experience with service departments or body shops, but when I went to this location, I had an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and eager to help. I worked with Ethan mostly. He did everything he d promised he d do in a prompt manner. One of the parts came a little later but he still called to notify me which I appreciated. They found a better solution to the issue with my gas door than the original diagnosis. To me, this shows they can think outside the box and they really had my best interests. Cody was also super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location. Excellent service!Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision in Denton (380 and I35); they exceeded all expectations and their customer service was top notch. Janice at the front desk was always very helpful and pleasant and Nelson called 2 times a week to let us know the status of our vehicle. Even with a supply chain delay, he never gave up trying to find the part needed to complete the job! They truly know what good customer service is!! Recommend highly!!Service: Body & Trim

Call and ask for Brian V! He's awesome. I called for an estimate, he fit me in two days later and had my car fixed within 10 minutes, no charge. So knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful experience!

Would not recommend, I was told that the last 2 weeks that I had my rental that caliber would cover it since the insurance would only cover so much, they had my car for almost a month. I was going out of town after getting married and caliber assured me they would take care of it. 3 weeks after I got my car back enterprise pulled the money out of my account and now caliber is telling me they do not cover rentals and are trying to figure something out, it s been 2 weeks and haven t heard a word.

Great group! We have used them for car wrecks and hail damage, we are family with 7 cars so we have been customers many times! Always professional and user friendly. I was so happy to have Caliber Collision on I35 and Hwy 380 repair my vehicle. I was in an accident that was not my fault and was assigned to this location. Everyone there was so understanding and helped with the work to my truck. They answered all questions and stayed in constance contact with me so I was never unsure of what was happening. They did excellent work on my car. They had a tough time getting parts due to the supply chain issues well out of their control.
