Huge thank you to the whole crew over at Caliber Collision. Kelsea is a Rock Star, and I don't think I could have trusted my baby to anyone but her.... I knew my truck was in good hands.I'm a helicopter truck lady... so Kelsea not only did a superior job, but also put up with me, and for that I am grateful.10/10 - would completely recommend!

My car got rear-ended and this was the first time I had ever been in a collision so I was nervous about the repair, but Kelsea did an amazing job!!! Outside and in everything looks perfect like new! So thankful for how communicative and kind everyone at Caliber was and how smooth the process went! It was even ready before expected!

This was a unique experience dealing with a collision repair shop. I got constant text updates about how the repairs were going. I was given an estimated time of completion and it was ready on time. The work was impeccable. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. They made the entire process fairly seamless for me. They kept me informed the entire time, and even got my vehicle back to me sooner than anticipated! My car looks great!

Friendly and helpful staff. Kept me informed of everything going in with my repairs every step of the way, and had me going earlier than quoted. Very happy with the work done and will definitely be using Caliber for any future needs.

Was dealing with Dustin initially, very nice and professional. When I got my car back, my alignment and steering wheel was off. I bought my car a year ago, brand new, so I knew the steering wheel being crooked was from my accident. I took the car back and Dustin helped me out again, they re did the alignment and we thought maybe that would fix my crooked steering wheel it did not. So, I took my car back a third time and dealt with Chad. He was very nice as well. Tried to get it fixed and when I picked my car up, was told the alignment was still off some but that it was taken care of, and that they had a hard time getting someone who knew how to fix the steering wheel issue- but they got it fixed. Well, I have given up. Noticed the second I got down the road it wasn t right. My steering wheel is still off. Visibly so, after being told it was fixed. This is angle of the steering wheel for the vehicle to drive straight- visibly dipping to the left. Although the service and people are nice and professional, gave 2 stars for having a car that isn t fixed.

Kelsea was so amazing!! I just had damage to my front bumper + headlights, she called me frequently to update me on the timeline, when parts were gonna come in, what parts she needed, etc. The whole process took two weeks which was a shorter timeline than I expected, and I really appreciate everyone who helped get it done :)) They also cleaned the outside and inside of my car which was such a nice surprise!

Marco is a top notch estimator and facilitator. He will make sure your vehicle is repaired to a very high standard. He is your quality control! The communication process was phenomenal. Marco kept me updated every step of the way! I Highly recommend this body shop! My vehicle was cleaner when I picked it up, than it was when I dropped it off! I have been doing business here quite a few years and they keep the same high standard and customer satisfaction, they've had for as long as I can remember. My vehicle was involved in a collision on the passenger fender and door, they replaced the fender, wheel well, door, mirror, and painted everything including the grille and front trim over the bumper. They went way above and beyond with their work and customer service, not only was the outside clean after the repairs, but they had also detailed the inside of my vehicle before returning it to me. I was very impressed and satisfied with my visit.

The work took 4 weeks not 3 like promised. The quarter panel that had to be fixed was not bolted on tight. The new replacement bumper had a big gouge in it when I got it back. They damaged my hood on the 2nd trip to try and "fix" the mistakes. I'm missing trim inside the engine bay the car is not the same as promised. The adjusters are pushy a holes. 3 weeks ago I was promised replacement trim no one has followed up. Chad was the guy that should have. It's unacceptable I will never use them again I would advise the same. Of the damage and after they "fixed" it.

Nothing like having to return multiple times to replace parts they installed.Poor customer service, have never had a time i didn't have to return my truck for warranty work. The only reason this poor excuse for a repair shop is in business is bc USAA insists you use them for the best service. My car, truck and my sister in laws car. All had to go back again and again to fix the repairs they did. The parts say on for a week then hang there until you take it back 3 or 4 times.

Stefanie at the denton location was great. Car looks brand new and Stefanie responded back to text messages in a timely manner. Sierra, the girl in the front who answers the phones, is rude and hung up on me twice and lacks customer service skills as far as patience and working with the customer when the insurance is 3rd party. I recommend the shop, but avoid interactions with Sierra for an impeccable experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They took wonderful care of us here and we really appreciated the time and attention they gave to us and to our car. We had regular communication with Chase as our car was being fixed and he explained everything in detail. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend them!!

The customer service was spot on!! My advisor Vivian kept me up to date with the progress on my car the entire time. She was awesome! Even offered to help me pick up my car after her work day ended. The work done on my car was very good although I do need to call them with one minor thing to check out. Otherwise I would recommend if you're not using the dealership which I've always used.

I took my vehicle to this Caliber Collision after a minor fender bender and could not have had a better experience. From the estimate to the repairs and all of the communication in between, Vivian parks did a terrific job. She was professional, informative and answered any and all the questions I had with ease. The repairs and paint to the body of my truck were great. I have no complaints in regards to that.My complaints would be that there is almost ZERO communication throughout the process. Week 1 I got a text message with very little detail. Week 2 the same. Week 3 I had to call for an update. Going into the 4th week I had to call and got fed up waiting for them to figure out why a service light was coming on. I was told it was ready to go aside from that so I just picked it up and the light never came on.Tonight I went to put diesel in my tank, and the freaking tank nozzle wasn t bolted back into place. It was just hanging. The only thing holding it in place was the bottom of the truck bed and it could have very easily fallen down and got caught under the rear tire. It s the little things that keep people as repeat clients. Poor communication and the lack of inspection of work is why I won t recommend their business. Next time I won t go anywhere based on my insurance s recommendation. It was my first auto claim, that s my fault. But please, do your homework before deciding who to trust with what s keeping you on the road.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been to a couple locations when I've gotten into an accident but this one did by far the best job repairing my car as close back to the way it was before the accident. Good customer service
