Brought in a truck battery and the manager asked if it was a 6 volt (obviously 12 v). Asked them to charge it and came back an hour later only to find out that they haven't charged it. They should've told me that there were too many batteries being charged already. If it were a regular employee it'd be understandable but having this typa guy as a manager is dumb

We came in expecting to pay more, and to install the battery ourselves. We were helped by Jessica, who found a great price, and went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us with installation! We are so thankful for her effort and expertise!

I went to the store today planning on spending a lot of money on parts, I was helped by a girl named Megan and she told me to try these things instead of spending money on parts. She really seemed to know what she was talking about and I immediately trusted her, which I m glad I did because what she told me did work, and now she has got my car running and I really really appreciate her advice. Zach helped me get good new spark plugs and coils for my Lexus. He knew what he was talking about, and was more than happy to answer questions. Great customer service, great advice! Nathan was there pitching in too.

One of the items I bought was defective and the other failed after a few light uses in less than three weeks- I understand these things happen and it isn t the store locations fault. But- I went to this location to return them and they were unable to look up the receipt by phone number. The employee Kamryn was condescending and repeated himself when I asked a question about looking up the receipt. He said they were looking it up but instead used my driver s license to do the return.I won t be back to this location, and I honestly doubt I will shop at AutoZone anymore.

Autozone on West University had great prices on brake pads. They were actually the only store that had them available for my vehicle. Thank you Autozone and the Assistant Manager that helped us.

My '89 Bronco was running too rich, and the store Manager found me the O2 sensor that corrected the issue after I had the part installed at Bobby Gentry's Muffler shop. Great work Auto Zone!

Joseph A., the Parts Manager, was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable about my car products, and willingly assisted me with finding the correct parts and educating me on their services regarding Brake Pads. I will forever make this Autozone my primary store because of the wonderful service that I received. Thanks, Joseph. You re the best!!

Nothing but a good experience. Over the course of three days working on a major product was able to bounce ideas, get the right parts, and when walking back in the door, had the staff asking about the progress. Customer service was some of the best I have seen in a long time.

Great service and very friendly!!My friend and I both stopped at autozone together two times during the same day to fix separate problems on separate cars. First my friend needed his battery replaced, then I needed my headlight replaced. Aaron the associate who helped us both times was super kind and funny. He went out in the heat each time to help us with a great attitude and honestly made our day! We appreciate him so much.

I'm a truck driver run a refrigerated trailer. Had a battery fail on me just shortly before I was due to pick up a load. This location had Commercial Services and had the battery that I needed helped me save the load I was supposed to pick up. Everybody in the store was very helpful

This review is a very mixed review.The service of the guy helping me was great and he was doing all he could but the older lady that is working here is VERY rude.She was barking @ all the workers here constantly while we were here and while he was helping us.She walked over to our counter and said "move over, this lady needs to come over here " (referring to another lady she was helping out on the other counter.VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!Management needs to teach her how to act to and around customers or she is in the wrong line of business!!!!!(I have added a pic of the lady since she is not wearing a name tag.)

I went to this Autozone lastnight to purchase a low beam headlight for my Honda civic. The older male employee helped me get the headlight as they re all behind the counter . Long story short I attempted to put the new head light in the parking lot for roughly 20 mins it just would not go in .So I walk in an ask if they could assist me . The old male employee said no because Autozone requires 2 employees all times in the store . So I walk back outside an attempted to put head light onto car I was not able too . So while doing so the second employee went to go help this other customer immediately she was a mid age Caucasian women . At this point I was furious so I went tell the old male employee hey you literally told me it requires 2 employees in store minimum . An walked out . So the next day I go to another Autozone they tell me it was the wrong head light bulb and they provided me the correct one and help me out it with no problem .To conclude I would recommend auto zone to write that individual up or have a talk with them this is not how you treat people . I hope the next customer does not have to experience this in the future .

Unfortunately owning 8 vehicles you are gonna need parts. I have been an auto zone customer for over 20 years. Forgive me for not remembering the store managers name but he runs a nice store. All associates are courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me locate a part Sunday that was presently had out of stock. I returned on Monday to resolve a rough shifting issue. He not only help me find the right product but offered a funnel to help add the lucas transmission fluid. Lthanked him for the funnel and said this type of service is why I don't think twice about coming back. Thank you proving that someone still values customer service.Frank Mason

I normally don t leave reviews because it s not something I take time to do, but I had to for this autozone location specifically. The people that work there are very helpful and patient. I had to replace my alternator and battery. It was a learning process and they were nothing, but kind and relaxed every time I went in. Very chill people.

HORRIBLE SERVICEDidn t help any of the customers there (3people). Old man said they couldn t leave the store. Guess that was an exception when the white lady came in. Smh. Guess he s a manager so nothing will be done about it. Worst experience I ve had in a while. Go to a different.

6/27/23: Was in town for a training. My truck had some power issues. Came in during a short break between classes and the guys helped test my system. The battery was too far gone to perform a test, they offered to charge it and allow me to return later (because they are open until 11pm). I told them I would be cutting it close too which they said I could leave my truck and come back whenever I was free. Turns out I made it at 10:30pm, they stayed and helped diagnose the issue. Fantastic group of guys and great customer service. Thank you.
