I greatly appreciate the constant communication with updates. More amazing is, once the parts arrived, I dropped my car off on Thursday and it was fully repaired with matching paint like new 6 days later!!! Very friendly staff! Thank you!

September 2023 (2nd review)Carstars does it again! Special thanks to Matt and TJ (I learned the name of the painter) for repairing and repainting my new-to--me BMW 330i ZHP just right! Not two days after I bought this beauty from a friend, some low-life POS here in Denton keyed it. But since I needed a front bumper repaint and a dent fix on another door, it just got done all at the same time.Just like my front end repaint of my 1998 4Runner (below), Mat was willing to work with me on lowering my out of pocket cost as much as possible by allowing me to remove body parts to allow me to save on labor and reinstallation costs that the shop would charge. This actually allowed me to remove the black door and front bumper protection parts (black strips) and recondition them with a graphene-type black coating. Just like last time, Mats and crew did a solid job. I opted not to blend the rear passenger door panel to save a grand or so and they still did an excellent paint match! The key scratches along the passenger door are all gone as is the dent that the previous owner's wife put in it. Also, I had Mats and team paint the front bumper as it was faded pretty bad, and lastly there were a bunch of white door dings caused again by the PO's wife. Oh, the shop also does mechanic work. They fixed the rear passenger door's window regulator and now the window works as it should.The car looks AMAZING. She'll be a garage queen for sure for now and I have a bunch of little things I need to do to get it perfect. But again, the paint job is fantastic, the service was great, and the communications by all parties kept me informed and happy.Thanks again for the second time in a year, Carstars!****** PREVIOUS REVIEW ****I had a great experience w/ the team at Denton Carstar and special thanks to Mats, who clearly understood that I was wanting to save as much money as possible but still want a quality paint job at the end. My beloved 1998 4Runner (owned since 2000) spent most of its life in CA and has been one of the best vehicles I've owned and has taken me to far off places but has reliably performed on the day-to-day stuff that life threw at me. Needless to say though at 275K miles, I didn't want to break the bank getting it painted. I called about 7 different places and 5 of them never returned calls so I went to Carstars because it was close to my work place. Mats understood that I am a car guy and take pride in this vehicle. He allowed me to remove some exterior parts that I knew how to do to save on money, and I really appreciated that. From there, he and the crew there turned my vehicle over to me in about 8-9 days. The paint looks great! Oh, the prior paint job from an autobody place in CA had delaminated at the 10 year mark as they said it would, so this was a repaint. Anyways back to the paint job, I don't see a single flaw and I hope it lasts as long as they say it will. So far so good, no complaints. Highly recommend that you talk with Mats!I've attached a bunch of before and after shots though the after shots do not have the fender flares and the antenna back on as I'm waiting for parts.Service: Painting

I brought my almost new 2023 EV in for extensive hail damage repair, and everyone at Carstar was polite, fast, and helpful! They told me it would take about 4 weeks, but ended up finishing the repairs even faster AND it looks good as new! We got a detailed walkthrough around the vehicle after the repairs and reassurance that the work is warrantied. Can t ask for better!

I cannot say enough good things about CARSTAR. The staff was awesome and friendly.. They communicated with me throughout the process and answered all my questions. My car was finish actually a couple of days early and they made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. Never would know my car was in a wreck. Would recommend to anyone.

We took our vehicle in on a Monday and we got it back the following Monday. They were fast and sent text message updates while the car was with them. They were truly awesome! Definitely recommend!

They replaced the front bumper under an insurance claim. Then fixed an irritating wind noise from a sprung door at a fraction of what a dealer wanted. No need to replace the entire door for 5K. Best of all they cleaned the interior including the dog hair. It s like driving a new pickup. Excellent experience all around.

I had an excellent experience. They kept me up to date with text updates which was very halpful. When I picked up my car, the guy that did the walk around of it with me was incredibly nice. Would definitely use the again.

We used CarStar for repairs to our company van after it was rear-ended. The repairs were delayed for a long time through Nissan, but they kept us informed with the status of the parts and once the parts were in, they completed the door repair very quickly. Thank you guys!

They did an excellent job fixing our car. They were professional and personable. Our car was towed another place first and we had a horrible experience with that place. They kept it for 2 weeks and basically did nothing except take things off. Carstar was definitely a breath of fresh air and I would recommend it to anyone.

They did amazing on my car!!! I got sideswiped and had to get some exterior body work done. They were all really nice and helpful there. But, Viviana was super nice and patient. She updated me on my car while they had it!! Big thank you to her and the mechanics.

Carstar was recommended by our insurance company. They were prompt with their estimate and getting our car into the shop for repairs. The car was ready when expected. After getting our car back we noticed an issue. We returned to Carstar, they addressed the issue and our car is back to the same car as before our auto accident.Thank you. This place is pretty good. Everything things went well and on time,I bring my car for fender bender repair,My rental car came and pick me up. Told me the car will be ready in weeks time.Surely car was ready in one week later.Everything looked perfect, left my rental car for them to pick up from the repair shop. I picked up my car yesterday and it looks fabulous after suffering bumper damage due to a rear-end accident. Their workmanship and customer service was wonderful. A great team to work with. They ordered the needed parts and only had me bring the vehicle in when the parts were on hand. They gave me updates on the vehicle's repair status and did excellent and timely repair work. They were even nice enough to laugh at my joke (which is one I'm sure they hear frequently) when I told them they were great and I hoped I would never see them again. :)

Got an estimate from Steve who was friendly and professional We set a date for the repair. I took it in thinking it would be 3 or 4 days. They called me day 1.6 and said it was done. I brought my car in after minor damage from a hit-and-run. The first step was getting an estimate and everything was explained to me in great detail. The staff is very knowledgable and thorough and very courteous. When I brought it in for repairs again was explained the entire process. It is also very convenient that they are partnered with Enterprise and getting the rental car was a pleasant experience as well.
