the Auto Key Replacement service is an actual expert in her field. On base, my car's keys were locked inside. When she got there, she identified the problem and swiftly came up with a solution.

**NOT A TENANT**We kept calling to inquire about these apartments and the line was always busy and after much frustration, we finally decided to email them and we received an automatic reply that this apartment complex is under new ownership and management. The email did not specify how we should inquire about a new apartment lease. It did say the new property manager's phone number which we called. He didn't answer, after texting he promptly replied and let us know we could not apply for this apartment until 30 days before August as he has no idea if someone will renew the lease. Unfortunately, we have called several apartments who can sign leases this early and we cannot wait until the last minute to set up housing for our student. I sincerely hope they get these kinks worked out soon.

The new owner, Joseph Pool, has not paid the remaining deposit. I moved out on July 15, 2022, and it is September 9th now, and I am still waiting to hear from the new owner. Very disappointing. I contacted him several times and have not heard a single word. They legally have to return the deposit within 45 days. Update: It is April 17, 2023. I have not heard anything from the owner about my deposit.
