I went in at a later part of the night and was looking for a part that not a single staff member knew what I was talking about. One staff member shuffled me to another staff and to another. I was giving the location and the name of the part as descriptive as I possibly could. Well even though I don't think they completely understood what it was I needed it didn't stop them from trying there hardest to help me. I ended up leaving empty handed, but that was fine 100% of there attention and effort was put into trying to get me what I needed and I really do appreciate it. Thanks guys!

This was my first time ever going to advance auto parts to by parts for my vehicle. I had Chase help me find the right bolts for my vehicle and he came out and installed it for me. Very nice and patience. Just because he display excellent customers service advance auto parts just got a returning customer! Thanks again!

Great service. Quality parts at a fair price. They always walk me to where I need a part in the isle and help me remove or install the battery, wipers, or whatever. Never a hassle to return something if I have proof of purchase under my phone number. Always call ahead as they are just as friendly and helpful on the phone and sometimes have to order the part for me. Today I got a new 4 year battery with zero hassle. Only wrong part they ever gave me was for a 2005 Carrolla PCV and I go there all the time for my fleet of cars.

My wife was having an issue with her vehicle. We assumed it was the battery, so off we headed to Advance to have her battery tested and purchase a new one if it was needed. James asked us some questions asking about what was happening with the battery and what were experiencing. After explaining our issue, James ran a test on the battery, and unfortunately, the battery scored a big fat "F". James took time with us to make sure that we understood what the issue was. My wife's car battery is in a tricky location to replace it, but James took the time to make sure the battery was not just installed, but installed correctly. I've been to many Advance Auto locations across several states and I've never had the level of customer service that we experienced tonight. James went above and beyond for us, and for that, we are grateful. Thank you, James!

Ordered a part online for my mom to pick up for me since my truck isn't working. They gave her a box that had already been opened and was missing the gasket. I called and asked if they had another one in store before leaving my house in krum, they said they did. I made sure to ask them if they had another one there and was told yes we have it on the shelg. I got there to exchange the part and surprise they didn't have another one in stock. Look I know nothing about how their prices compare to other companies, but their customer service was ON POINT. When our car died in the middle of the parking lot in the pouring rain, they stepped up and helped us out in a big way. Having literally just moved into town that day we were a little overwhelmed, tired and lacked any and all supplies needed to fix our now spent battery. These two superhero employees swept in and saved the day. They found a large particle board in the back, then they held this piece of sawdust wood above their heads as they replaced our car's battery.5/5 starsA+ new battery3 year warrantyAnd one heck of a story.

Great resources.UPDATE- I RECENTLY VISITED THE NEWEST AUTO ZONE ON UNIVERSITY DR IN DENTON AND MAN NAMED - ZACH -- HELPED ME .HIS KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY VEHICLE AND THE PARTS AUTO ZONE PROVIDED WAS OUTSTANDINGAND SOLD ME THE PARTS TO BE ABLE TO PASS INSPECTION -THAT DELIVEREDRESULTS FROM CHASING A LONG AWAITED TROUBLESHOOT.THANK YOU ZACH FOR MAKING IT HAPPEN RESULTING IN A SOLID INSPECTION AND A CLEAR CODE FINALLY.HE ALSO TREATED ME NICE & VERY RESPECTFUL WHICH IS MORE THAN A LOT DO NOW A DAYS -HE SHOULD BE THE GENERAL MANAGER OR BETTER YETFRANCHISE OWNER.HE IS DEFINITELY OUR" GO TO GUY " FROM NOW ON AND AUTO ZONE IS OUR" GO TO " AUTOMOTIVE STORE IN DENTON , TEXAS.THANKS ALOT ZACH!!!

I really felt they were out to get my money. I spent a lot of money there and time. But, it was never fixed correctly. The car spokesperson talked the entire time. Never listened. I ended up taking my car to Ft. Worth where all of the issues were correctly identified and fixed. I was very disappointed by the treatment I received there. I also felt that part of the problem was that I was a woman. They didn't seem to take me seriously until my husband showed up. No. I do not recommend them. They also over charged me for things that I did not agree to. When I pointed it out, the spokesperson agreed to take it off. It was close to a $1000.

There's a guy up there named James who I think diserves a special shout-out. He's been there for me as I overhaul my truck while also using it to get to work. Having a guy like him for me to get reliable information from during all this time has proven invaluable to me and my family. He even got his hands dirty on a partularly difficult situation where I would have been out of work for a week of I didn't get things going again. So I want to say thank you to everybody up there, my wife has always talked about this store and now I know why.

My car would not start, got a jump. This was one of the few places open at 7:30 on a Friday night. They checked my battery (yes, it was bad) and installed a new one in less than 20 minutes!! So happy, don't have to cancel any weekend plans.

This location is always helpful and is always able to get me the parts I need, when I need them. They have a large selection of parts in stock and can usually get just about anything the same day.Also, shout out to the store manager Brandon for always going above and beyond to help out and take care of the customer.

Came in a few weeks ago to get a headlight bulb for my van. Asked if he could assist since i haven't had the van long&maybe cuz i had a guy with me,he assured me it was easy. 20mins later we replaced the bulb. I went back inside to see if it needed to be recycled&he said uh no. And hang onto the packaging so you can go to Sam's Club or Best Buy to get your other one. Seriously?! Wow! Definitely won't be back.

I came in to purchase a new battery and the staff was very friendly and helpful! My car wasn t starting so I had to get a ride to the shop and Danny offered to drive to my apartment where he helped me change the battery there! Very thankful, he deserves a raise!!!

I have meant to write a review earlier as it is important for me to point out how professionally and respectfully I was treated by the front desk and especially the store manager. On Nov. 12, 2018 I brought by Passat battery (their top of the line AGM 94R size) which was kaput and past the warranty by one month. I had the receipt scanned in my phone. The store manager did not hesitate for a moment to give me a full refund after gathering all the facts! Unfortunately the shop in Denton that was working on my car had to put another battery from a different shop, otherwise I would have been glad to get another one from this store (maybe not AGM this time).

This is by far the worst auto parts store. You can shop at. They take your money when you buy lifetime warranty parts, then refuse to swap them out.

Poor customer service. Skinny white dude and Mexican hiding behind counter in parts isle looking suspicious and gossiping instead of helping out with parts. Don't recommend in Denton. Manager must be a scumbag like the stooges working there today. Thank you

Worst place as a customer. Me and my wife just left that place. So my wife ask the lady for help, the lady said she busy right now, but when another customer walk in. She was quick to help him. What wrong with yhis world, SMH. Embarrassing

New go to store for parts. They gave me the wrong piece but they happily took the return back and ordered the right size no questions asked. Had the right piece in less than 3 hours.

Brandon went beyond my expectations. Right part, great price, I don't believe I will be going back to O'Reilly's anytime soon.
