Better than the store across the street I don't need the engine size when I buy wiper blades

Car died while driving. O Reillys tested my battery and told me that it was a good battery. Drove my car back to O Reilly s and they told me it was the alternator. Got the alternator replaced, and the car died again. Charge the battery they said it s a good battery. Ran another test and they said that the starter is bad and that that was draining the battery. Replaced the starter in the car. Died again after the battery have been charged.. clearly its a bad battery! That s still under warranty. Staff member Michael says as long as the test says it s good he can t replace it. Because of their opinion I have a new alternator and starter for no reason and still can t drive.

Helpfulness abounds. They read my codes, tested my alternator and didn't pressure me to buy anything. They didn't seem rushed and discussed the possible issues. Will be my go to for future needs.

Just left O'Reilly's with my youngest granddaughter to buy a filter for my AC and her and I both were greeted with very kind employees. Who went the extra mile to put a smile on my granddaughter's face. We need more people like this in the world. Thank you kind gentleman for putting a smile on my granddaughter's face and thank you O'Reilly's

The employee was awesome got my items that were ordered online right away. He was very nice... for sure happy getting car parts here then 2 other places I have been and treated crudy at both them. Thank you very much

Super helpful people at the counter, when I stated that I wasn't sure what the difference between different brands of the product I was needing they asked clarifying questions without being patronizing so that I was able to get what I needed the first time.

Nothing out of the ordinary as far as being a generic auto parts store. The people that work there make the difference. They put extra effort into tracking down the part I needed and got it to the store. They are knowledgeable and have great customer service.

I was impressed. I went in 29 June 2018 to buy a windscreen protector.Hadn't bought one in years. Didn't know the measurements. Scott W.went out to my car with tape in hand. Got the measurements and showed me the selections. Most were a little too large but we found onethat does the job. Scott even said I could bring it back if it wasn't the best fit. I'll go back......

Came in this morning to ask if they could help me see if my fuses were blown guy refused to help me at all I will not ever be back to this O'Reilly's on Morton Street O'Reilly's on the other side of town is great

This is awesome parts store. Very helpful counter associates.Went in looking for a special wrench to remove locking lugnuts on my jeep wrangler and he said that all he had was on counter but after checking in back ,he said he got one in the day before and thank God it was the one I needed.Check this oreilly out on Morton Street in denison Texas.You won't be disappointed

Since Henry Ford developed the assembly line cars are fairly uniform. I may not know all the appropriate terminology but I know what I want and that it is not a custom part.However I do appreciate help and spotting something cheap which they have done in past.

Had a flat tire while driving to Tsaile, AZ. Had to have my car towed to O'Reilly to get a new tire. They were super helpful and got my back on the road.

Employees aren't very organized or professional. Sold us on buying a more expensive antifreeze "for the rebate offer" and then didn't have the rebate form.

Poor customer service. I initially called asking for a part and I was offered something completely off. I showed up with the part I needed in hand and kept being offered other items.
