Overall great experience. I found these tires off Facebook. They said like new. They were like new. These tires come new with 15/32nd tread dept. I measured when I got home they were 14/32nd tread depth. Can't get any better than that. The place is super clean and smells good. Nice clean restroom. I would highly recommend for your next tire experience. This hombre is very nice and fair.

Seemed very friendly and professional. The store was very clean and very organized. Way more organized than the average tire store. Unfortunately they did not have the particular used tire size that I needed. They were very accommodating and reccomended another store that might have what I needed.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Very hot day and offered me to wait in the office, which was very nice, and help myself to water and snacks. I have cancer and medical bills are killin me so I decided to go with used tires. Got a very nice set for a very nice price! Awesome!

Horrible customer service! Website says open 8am got there at 9am til 9:30. Fin ally called and the guy picked up and said we open at 11am cam back and sat there til 11:36. Tried calling again and it sent me to voice-mail twice. I work overnights so I was trying to get my tire fixed. Could have picked up and explained if there was a situation I could have been understanding. Not only did I waste my time but I wasted gas too and still didn't get my tired fixed.

I went to this shop on a Sunday, before winter weather hit to replace a bald tire. The gentleman who took care of me took time to find a replacement tire, and went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate how I was treated, and my tire is like new.

My friend went to this shop and oil change for over 100 dollars really? She thought it was a good price I told her no she will stop going here she share her story too late I went and this guy took advantage of me haha, I bought I used tire and when it was installed he charged me 50 dollars yes 50 DOLLARS, walmart has cheaper tires that this guy and new, I just moved to Denison and I tried to support local businesses, but I can't afford its prices, that's why I go to Walmart, thank you Wal-Mart

This place is great. I needed some good used tires to make it through and I spent half the day driving to different shops trying to find decent tires at a good price. I never realized how difficult and frustrating this process could be. I finally ended up here where not only did he have great used tires bit his prices were better than all the rest, so if ur in need like I was for something to help get u through then then definitely stop here first!

I love going to this guy. Very friendly and always does me right financially. Has good used tires and new tires. Oil changes are no problem. Nice waiting room for comfort. A+

I had a sensor come on saying my tire was low so took it to this business. The gentleman was very kind and respectful. Took my tire off to look at it and no leaks. Told me to come back if sensor came back on and he would check all tires. I highly recommend this business! Very honest!

The man the runs this shop is always very pleasant to work with.He has always gone above and beyond to fix our tire issues.He stays open later than most shops which is a huge plus when you don't always get off work by 5.He will always get our business.Another visit with the shop today for brakes.They always go above and beyond to give the best service available.This shop will ALWAYS get our business.Thank you for all you do.We continue to be customer's at Indy tire shop.This man still goes above and beyond to help you.He is a blessing.

I had 2 front tires that were worn down, one in particular that was dangerously showing steel on a Sunday. I got 2 used tires that looked virtually brand new and the guy that was running shop was friendly and also gave me a quote on lower control arms. Decent prices.

If I could give it less stars I would I literally went and just needed a donut temp put on because the steel belts were showing in my tire and I asked begged and pleaded to take the $4 that I had the rude Hispanic guy there told me "No $10" then I asked if I could use their bathroom he said "No!" then proceeded to tell me I had to leave. I was parked on the side of the building by the front door facing the main road so I wasn't obstructing their business yet he wanted and asked me to leave even after I told him and showed him that my car was running hot from an accident so I needed to let it rest to cool down. This hispanic guy was rude, uncouth, and needs to learn some American humility and kindness because everything isn't about screwing someone over. Not everything. I'LL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! We need to find someone else that'll work on Sundays because it seems that's the only reason this gets good reviews. I went on a Fri @ 1:30 pm and got treated like a slave on a plantation.Edit: After the owner replied. I will definitely return but with someone different in a different vehicle and this time my camera will be on. So there will be no way that the treatment can be denied

I drove up from Howe based on the great reviews online. Im sure this is a good local business but my experience was not great. Info said they open at 9:00, didn't see anyone when I arrived at 9:00 so I called and was asked to "give them 10 minutes". At 9:30 they finally opened the doors but did not have any tires to fit my truck. Totally understand they can't stock every size, just unfortunately ended up as a waste of time and miles. I'll likely give them another chance, their reviews are great..

Very rude on the phone !I was actually interested in buying a whole set of tires and was willing to drive the hour and 17 minutes that it takes to get there. I understand people are working and are busy but the person I spoke with seemed rude and annoyed that I called and hung up on me after just 45 seconds Of talking. I was only trying to find out what used tires they have in my size or if they had a set. He didn t say were busy can you call back later or even hold on let me see.He said I don t know man come look for yourself Then he hung up& I was just left holding my phone like.Wow Really! ?

Always a good experience at NDY Tire Shop .. Friendly , Very Knowledgeable , tells you if you need to replace front end parts , struts , shocks , etc....I have bought 2 full sets of quality used tires from these folks and would highly recommend anyone who needs tires or any automotive repairs to go check these folks out before you go to some scam shop , my dad was a mechanic for as far back as I can remember (40+ yrs. ) and I would have my dad look at my car after I got tires put on at NDY and these folks were right on the money telling me what I needed to replace .. Not many honest and knowledgeable shops around theses areas anymore .... Go by and check them out you want be disappointed...

Had a blow out on 75 it was was 15 miles away but we ll worth it he got me back on the road in no time I arrived at 6:10 he had to cars ahead of me and he closes at 7 pm but with no hesitation he let me know he had the two cars but could take care of me. Blessed to have found this on Waze. Thank you!

This is hands down the best tire shop in North Texas. They will give you fair and HONEST pricing. This is the type of place you could send your grandmother and know she would be taken care of.

The guy there was so helpful and nice about it. We came in the shop with a flat and right away he got to work. He charged us $12 to fix the tire! I honestly recommend this on sooo many levels

Each time I've gone here I have to wait forever and there isn't even any other cars there , the last time we pulled in the bay and the worker was talking to his buddy obviously and instead of cutting his conversation short he made us wait for 20 min. I suggest you go to the next tire shop if you want to get it done quicker

Best tire shop Grayson, everyone else talking about 140$ for a single tire, labor and disposal (which is a total scam because they just sell the old tires to 3rd party s for recycling but the guy over here said 40 for labor and a tire and he got it done in less then 5 minutes. Best experience I ve ever had with any shop.

Very helpful man. Didnt have the tires i need....( not one place ive tried yet has ) but checked my front end for me and went the extra mile for a customer that wasnt even buying anything!!!

Had a flat tire in front of my house with no spare called them up it was 40 for the tire and only 20 for a service call much cheaper than we were expecting. We will be definitely using them again
