DO NOT USE Very very rude and unprofessional Priced by my uncle the week before and was told diagnostics would be $75 and to send me in then I call and ask and the woman said $100 I said that strange last week it was $75 and she said his tools subscription went up so it s $100 then she gets DJ on the phone and he says it s $150!! Then they both over talk me on the phone and the old lady says we aren t working in your car and hung up! BEWARE do not go to a place like this! I think it s sad that people can take advantage of folks just because I d wayyyyy rather pay more and get told the truth than be lied to about pricing even before it started I really think it s because I drive a Lexus that they tried to price gouge me I can only imagine how much he d charge! I hope I find the other shop the other reviewer on here wrote about seems like a better experience

Great service! My car was in and out on the same day. They were able to fix my headlight and the staff was very nice. I will return for any future repairs.

DJ worked on my Saab not usually his thing but he fixed the problem and got it running good enough. Nice folks easy to work with. I appreciate the honesty and reasonable pricing.

I was impressed with the server Dennis provided. I had a brake light issue from both sides of my 97 Silverado that I tried for 2 days to find and fix. When I took it to him finally, not only did he fix it in about an hour and a half but I had the opportunity to have it back the same day!! I thought the experience was awesome!

Horrible service, rude and sarcastic receptionist and mechanic. Paid $90 to be told "it's broken" with no information on why or if it was worth the $4,300 I was quoted. Was belittled for not knowing how much mileage was on my car when they asked. You have my car, why don't you know?? Had it towed elsewhere where treating customers decently is a standard. Sad that businesses become so complacent like this.

I honestly don't know how this place has so many good reviews. I've never encountered a more rude person in this industry in my life. When my wife called for an update, she was ridiculed for not knowing enough about cars and was IN TEARS when she got off of the phone. I called to see what was going on, and they both literally LAUGHED AT ME when I asked what made my wife so upset. She doesn't get upset easily, and neither do I. I am shocked at how we were treated. Proceed with caution.

Absolutely best place I have ever had to repair my Excursion. He fixes what s wrong and not just hit and miss things hoping it s fixed as my past experience. Reasonably priced and very quick and prompt. Diesel mechanics are herd to find. Thanks Mike Putman for the referral.

My beloved Passat timing chain broke and wiped out top half of engine. They fixed my car and the car runs perfect like nothing ever happened. Their price to do the job was significantly less than what I would have paid at dealership (as in 1/3 the price). They are obviously very skilled mechanics as VW engines as all German cars are very complicated.

Best electronic and computer mechanic in Grayson county honest effficiant and completely knows his business. Reasonable prices and nice peaple.and has more computer equipment and knowledge than the dealerships.

Denison has many specialty auto repair shops. If you can get an appointment since he is so honest and fairly priced, see if you can use DJ's Auto repair on Crockett in Denison. I have been using him for over 20 years. One of the best diagnosticators, honest to a fault. The real way to know about a shop is how CLEAN and organized it is. DJ will take care of your car just like his shop, you can eat off the floor. He also has a web of others he will recommend if its work they can do better. He sent me to a specialty transmission shop which was less expensive and brilliant in performance. Friendly service. Takes the time needed to do it right. I have had gas tank replanted, alternator, brakes always with out any issues. The only place I take my car.

I probably would have not bothered to rate this had I not called for a diagnostic inquiry and couldn't finish my sentence without the receptionist cutting me off. No thanks. I'll go elsewhere.

Called to ask if they could remove a stuck 02 sensor bolt, they said it would be 100$ just to remove it.
