I worked with Fred and he was great. I called from OKC and they pulled the newly acquired vehicle out of the service department so I could see and test drive. They had it ready for me the next day. Thank you all, I love my XT6 Sport!!

Great service! UK was my service advisor and he was very helpful. I had my AC serviced and my rear brakes checked. I'm very pleased with the results and they even washed my car! Billy Owen took me to and from the dealership so I could wait at home while they worked on my car. I will definitely be a repeat customer, thanks Classic Chevrolet!

It was great! Mike in the service center gave my car an oil change, tire rotation, front end alignment, and had my car washed all within 1.5 hrs. He was waiting for me when I pulled in their garage, and was extremely helpful and nice.

Great experience buying my first Truck at Chevy Classic. The google maps took me to their old location but then I was able to figure out. Staff was very friendly and through the process the interaction was very seamless. Bobby did a great job in helping me out. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase their new/ pre-owned vehicle.

The new facility is fantastic. The super modern technology in the service area gave us high confidence that any need we have would be met if needed. Kenneth Southern was AWESOME. He assumed a sale, but was never overly pushy. We feel confident that he is going to support us through the entirety of our ownership.

I have been to several dealerships and I have chosen to purchase here because I received professional, courteous service. No pressured sales tactics and friendly staff. All my questions were answered and they gave me a good deal on a used car. I left with the car I wanted and a price that didn t break my bank account. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. Would recommend without reservation!!!

I was greeted immediately and all my concerns were addressed very prompt and professional My vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner. All issues that needed addressing on my vehicle were explained in detail of my options. 1st class operation I will visit again.

I wasn't going to do a review because I didn't want to write anything negative, but due to the really bad experience and they continue to ignore me, I decided to. I bought a truck in February 2024 and all the paperwork was done with them putting the WRONG truck on the paperwork. So, we then had to go back and do it all over again, second time my address was wrong. Then it lead into a 3rd time of signing, at least I could do it electronically. A week later about 2:00 I was told I had to sign something else that day. I live an hour away and was not able to get back there that day. I offered to come up the next day, but since it was the last day of the month they said I had to sign that day. I declined so they sent Gunner M. to my house to sign the last document. on February 29th. I asked right then if I could have a copy of it. He told me they would email me the next day. A week later I called asking for a copy of this one last document and was told someone would call me back. Surprise, no one called back. The following week I traveled to the dealership and asked him and Trey J. for a copy of the last document I signed. I was told some story about Corporate hadn't posted it yet therefore they could not give to me. I was told give them a few days and it will be emailed to me. Again, no response. A month later I went on their website in the Contact Me and completed a form and nicely gave a summary of what I was still waiting for. ZERO response! It is now April 11th, I bought the truck Feb. 27th of this year. It is TOTALLY irresponsible for them not giving me a copy of one document to complete my records AND again ZERO response. Every step of the way purchasing this truck was VERY unpleasant. I have bought a LOT of vehicles in my life and this was the worst experience that I have ever had. Shame on their customer service. Still waiting.....

I am the person who overpays at carmax just because I hate the process of buying a truck from a dealer. This was the easiest experience I ve ever had buying a truck. I was interested in a used F150 from out of state and Brad took as many phone calls as it needed for me to be comfortable. On my 3rd call to ask about a feature on the truck he found a dent that hadn t been seen yet. He was super apologetic that he missed it and sent me plenty of pictures so I could assess it. I flew into DFW and Brad arranged for David to pick me up and drive me over an hour to the dealership. The truck was in better shape than described and I couldn t be happier. I was there less than 15 minutes before I was on the road for my 7 hour drive home. Next time I need a vehicle, I will contact Brad first, even though I m 7 hours away!

We just dropped in to the dealership, late on Saturday. It was cold and windy, but Miguel came walking out to meet us as we were driving around the lot. We weren't planning to make a purchase that day, but we found the car that we wanted and Miguel and the Finance agent Trey made the process simple. Excellent service!!!

I made a purchase with them in March 2023, I have barely driven the vehicle and the transmission has already gone out, I reached out to the dealership to see if there was anything they could do to assist me, the representative was rude and did not seem to care. I will not be purchasing again.

Fred Mask was the best salesman a girl could ask to do business with. He made the deal and transition into my Jeep Latitude 2019 very smooth and the deal was very straightforward. Trey Jacob and Todd Black the Finance Guys made the buying process, the extended warranty, including gap coverage very reasonable and part of my package deal. I am so grateful for this whole experience and my new to me car!

Bobby, the salesman, is fantastic, but Ron the used car manager leaves a lot to be desired.We were within a day of making a decision on a SUV and when I called the next day, the one we decided on was in the shop, because it had been hit on the lot. The manager then said, it would depend on how much it cost to fix it as to if he would be able to come down on it at all. We were talking about buying 2 vehicles from you.That's Bad business, when you have one price on a vehicle and because of an ACCIDENT, on your lot, you think you're going to make me pay for it!First off, that wasn't my fault! I'm not paying for someone else's damage to a vehicle on your lot.I used to think the world of your business, but I'll find another place to take mine.

Excellent customer service and support! Recently purchased my wife a new 2024 Chevy Trax and the process went smooth from start to finish! Everyone from the salesmen to the new car sales manager to the finance guy were all very knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family and use Classic Chevrolet in the future for all of my car buying needs!

I have used a different dealership in the past for my service needs. Although the other dealership took care of me, Classic Chevrolet went above and beyond!!! I will absolutely continue to use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone!!!

My experience was amazing. I worked with Mr. Tommy and he was very friendly and easy to work with. I couldn t make to him Saturday so he held the car for until Monday. His customer service was so great I drove 5 hours just to get the vehicle from him. The entire staff was friendly. I m pretty sure I talked to everyone in the building at one point because of how friendly everyone was. Mr. Tommy had the vehicle ready to go and soon as arrived he made sure I knew everything about the vehicle and made it feel like it was mine before I even arrived. Definitely will recommend to other people to shop there. The sales manager is doing a great job of making sure their customer service is top notch! Thank you to the entire dealership for valuing our time. Lastly Mr. Tommy went out of his way to text me around the time we were supposed to get back just to make sure we made it safe. That is a man of great character!

Couldn't ask for better service are company had been using bob utter thank God I never have to go to bob utter again. Had my oil change and state inspection done in less then hr and they had to fix bob utters mistakes after they charged 800$

I just read Jared s review from 2 weeks ago and can only wish I had the same experience. Unfortunately, I dealt with Dana instead. 3.5hrs into the 4.5hr drive to my appointment at the dealership, Dana calls to inform me of hail damage from the night before. I appreciated the notification but the previous day he told me he d bring it inside to have it cleaned up & ready to test drive for our appointment. Due to the hail damage he couldn t sell it that day so he said once the insurance provided their assessment he would give me first right to refusal on the vehicle. We stayed in contact for about a week and each time he called me I had to remind him of which vehicle I was waiting on and then he d try to sell me a different year or one with different specs that I didn t want- it got old. Finally after 8 days of back & forth still waiting on insurance he finally admitted he sold the truck as soon as insurance released it. He then proceeded to act like this wasn t an issue because he had the same make/model just 2yrs older & excessive mileage that he would take out his commission on the sale Absolutely not the way a company should want to be associated with doing business. A very disappointing experience overall.My apologies for the one-star but one employee ruined it for everyone.To Dana: Honesty goes a long way. Also, invest in a notebook you can reference before you call a customer so you don t waste their time asking the same inquisitive questions every time.
