Nice helpful folks, I purchased a used transmission from them (other things in the past as well) and it was already pulled, when I got there they loaded it in my truck for me and offered tips as to what to go ahead and replace before I installed it so I wouldn't have to take it back down, and no they didn't have the parts, front and rear seal, to sell me so it wasn't a sales pitch.

Bill was extremely friendly and helpful, and he is very reasonable with his prices. They worked quickly to complete the work and were very considerate. A great experience!

Great place to shop for auto parts. The only problem is there prices. They will at times charge more for a used part than you can buy it new!

I JUST CALLED THIS PLACE TO ASK A COUPLE QUESTIONS WHO EVER THE MAN WAS THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY VERY RUDE, WILL NOT BE CALLING OR GOING THERE.

Stood inside the office without seeing anyone for twenty minutes. Very disappointing. Called many times from within office. Left without ever seeing or talking to anyone.
