$20 for a simple patch. Took the tire to them already off the car. Other places charge $5-10 for one. Should ve asked for prices before they did the job. They don t have prices posted anywhere. Go somewhere else

Storefront closed during office hours. Pic taken at 5:44 on a Tuesday. Did not answer their phone and there was no voicemail set up. Would love to support a woman owned local business. Hopefully they make themselves more readily available to potential customers, edit their posted hours, or provide a way to contact.

Fast and friendly! She came to me to put my spare on, took her literally 30 seconds, she was so fast! It was less than an hour for my new tire and was fairly priced.

Fantastic experience. Flor was very friendly and cheerful. Her prices really are the best around and she does a great job. It s worth it to wait, rather than go somewhere else nearby. I ve been to three different tire shops in the area and this one is by far the best.

Called ahead to check on my tire size ..didnt have it, but Flor did everything to find my rare low profile tire within 30 minutes at a great price. Very honest ppl. New tire came with 40k warranty and 6mo roadside. Overall thumbs up. Will def be coming back

FLOR IS VERY ATTENTIVE TO HER CUSTOMERS AND WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE 100% SATISFIED. SHE HAS MET ALL OF MY TIRE NEEDS ON ALL OF MY TRUCKS, TRAILERS, AND SMALL TRACTORS.THANK YOU FLOR.JC

I had a tire blow out on the road and was able to drive it straight to this little shop to get it patched up. It took less than 20 minutes and was only $15. The owners are really sweet people too. I am headed back to get a quote on all new tires because they are so great.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience with the owner , I called a head of time to see if they had the tires I needed when we got there unfortunately they didn t have it after all but she apologize for the miss understanding and the owner was the sweetest lady and was able to work out a good deal with us so we could go back tomorrow to get 4 new tires for a good deal and was able to leave with a tire today so we wouldn t be driving on a mess up tire! She s a powerful hardworking woman who s doing a wonderful job would highly recommend going here!

Wow!! The service here is amazing. I've been here a few times this time that I came the owner is a nice lady and she had no staff working for her that day she changed two of my tires and surprised me and she was super fast. I got two used tires the cheapest all around Austin they were almost brand-new.

I had my tires changed so quick I didn't had to wait to get helped. Waiting time is about 10 min max. Great Customer Service and the used tires I got were at a very affordable price. I recommend this tire shop.

It's the best tire shop around del Valle/ austin. The shop owner knows her stuff and the workers are amazing. They tires are almost new. I will only shop here from now on.

Great place to go too! The owner is an amazing women! The services are have been great when I got the owner and everyone there is very knowledgeable and are very helpful definitely recommend to anyone needing there tires fixed!!

I prefer going to this location way out in Del Valle just to get my tires and fix a flat than going somewhere else where you get mistreated. The owner is an awesome woman and very knowledgeable and helpful. I will always recommend to come here no where else.

Incredible service! I got a flat and within an hour of calling Auto Relief they came to me and put a new tire on my car. It was for a great price as well

Very nice people who work there. Tire was taken care of and they even told me what they thought the tire life would be after the type of flat I had. I appreciate that little bit of advice. I'll be returning to this location for these types of fixes.
