These guys are the best. Called 48 people on google and they were the only one available same day. Diagnostic done within 2 hours. Had my part to my trailer shipped in overnite. Got the job done asap and was rolling about my merry little way. Thanks Ruben. Will definitely be back if I ever run into any other problems. Highly recommended. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I told them they re the one that did all the work unfortunately it s not under warranty counterman was it there are you with me the manager behind the desk tell me is only a 90 day warranty and charge me for an alignment waste of time getting my truck drive doing the same thing call and tell them my wheel is not centered and alignment wasn t done a waste of time and a rip off will never step foot back in that place management and counter help is a joke

After being ghosted by two other repair places for weeks, I called Atlas. They told me about their first come first serviced policy and true to their word I now have air conditioning in my motorhome. These are now my goto guys for my RV.

Worse auto experience I have ever had. Took my truck in early August didn't get it back until mid November. They first tried to overcharge my coverage company. They kept trying to replace items that were not broken. Then they gave me the go around about trying to contact my coverage provider. So I had call my coverage company, which kept contacting them. They would never call me back and they used the person that was helping me went on vacation, then they say he quit. This is after I had to call them again. Then they charged me about $1,500 when I had full coverage. Will never go there again. Helpfully this will save somebody else from being taken advantage of.

We have gone to Atlas for several concerns I had with our SUV.After reading the reviews, I wonder if they have gone to the same shop I do.Here's a rundown of my experience with them.First, the motor went in our SUV, they were able to replace the motor at a great price and it was replaced at a reasonable amount of time. The check engine light kept coming on in my son's car and I was unable to pinpoint exactly what the problem was. The guys in the office worked with me on a time that I could bring it in to be looked at. They were able to help me by diagnosing the problem and set a time when we could bring it in to be fixed. We haven't had any problems since! They have also done the alignments on all my family vehicles.I will and do send all my friends over to them! They are a small, local, family owned business. They take the time to help and listen.I have had zero issues with this company. As a woman, most shops like to try and take advantage of me, thinking that I don't know anything about vehicles. Since becoming paralyzed, I am unable to do the maintenance and work on my family vehicles any longer. I am glad I found a place that I can trust.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I will never take my truck here again. Had a motor installed- leaks oil(brand new motor). Lights not working when I got my truck back nor cab lights. After the new motor was installed- my truck was towed home- the mechanics couldn t figure out that my TCM( transmission control module) wasn t getting power. They can t troubleshoot problems nor have the software.

Excellent service. My car kept eating through tires. Took it in for an alignment. They went through the suspension, did the alignment and then they took the time to show me the before and after results, and also explained what everything meant on the alignment sheet.Awesome service here.

If you want to waste your time and your money, this is the place to go. Our company asked for Trailer repair, slack adjuster and s-cam.They start taking parts out, find out this is what we need. Wait for another day to order the parts. Next day they got parts, and job was 5hours total. They spend on this trailer like 12hours, what you need to do with that I don't understand.0 communication, 0 update. You need to talk yourself for update, and after that they are lying to you about it must be done in 2hours. After 2 hours same updateThey need to change the attitude and managers, because they will go out of the business.Don't go to this place.

Make sure when you go to this store you write down speceifically what you want and video yourself telling the salesperson. They oviously do not understand basic english. We went to have a new u-bolt set bent by them brought them the old one and told them it needed to be seven inches longer than the factory one we brought. they brought us one back that was ten inches longer and swore up and down that we said ten. They then went back and had it made right when they came back we could not leave with our new ones without paying for there mistake ones!! We drive all the way back to our shop (which is thirty minutes away) to find out one of the nuts that was purchased with the new u-bolts is split halfway down the middle. Buyer beware!!!!

Had them do over $600 in repairs. The work they did wasn't done properly had the same problem in less than 5 months and they don't want to warrant anything. Then tried to change for servers that they didn't even perform. Will not go back and don't advise anyone else to.

I was traveling thru TX after visiting family in FL.After a tight turn in FL lot, hopping a curb with RV off-track, and arriving in Fort Sam Houston, I observed a equalizer shackle that was showing daylight on one of the shackle straps. The shackle strap bolt hole had been elongated.I called Atlas on a Friday and, after explaining my RV issue, they suggested I come in on Monday. Arrived at 08:30. Considering the damaged shackle strap, I could go no further till I got the suspension repaired and I was hoping for a fix.Jason (?) evaluated my problem and had a couple of mechanics make the repair, replacing both shackle straps with ones that were obviously more stronger. I was back on the road shortly after 10:30. Great guys; very courteous and understanding.Worth noting: their shop was full with several commercial vehicles in various stages of repair. It was obvious to me that they handled my problem with expedience in spite of the workload on hand. I want to thank them for helping me out of a very severe problem. I highly recommend them.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I brought my RV in to have some work done, and they lost my keys. Now I understand the mistakes happen but instead of owning up to their mistake and letting me know so I could have brought them a spare, they decided to just re-key the vehicle. When I came to pick up the RV I thought they were being generous offering to drive the vehicle around for me and leave it running upfront, when in reality they were doubling down on their mistake and we re hoping I would just leave without noticing. When I confronted them and told them I was not happy about the new keys that look like they belong to a golf cart. I was told a manager would reach out to me. It s been over two months now with no call. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be coming back.

These guys really took care of my 2008 Newmar Dutch Star 4304. It is hard to find a shop that works on Coaches this big. I brought it to them for an alignment because I felt the Coach wandered around the lane too much unless it was completely straight and flat. They found tie rod ends were worn and the alignment was out of adjustment. They found the tie rod ends locally and replaced them including resetting the alignment front and rear since on tag axle coaches the rear is just as important as the front. Eric was my Service Advisor and he was very friendly and accommodating during the whole experience. The Coach no longer wanders around in the lane. Thanks to Atlas Truck Repair. I would recommend them to anyone with a large Coach needing front end or alignment work.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Took in a old fld 120 for bad rear suspension bushings and king pins. Showed up to pick up the truck guy said something was wrong with my brakes truck would just spin the tires since I had a "bad brake" took of home tires would just spin and lock up while stopping took the truck to another mechanic shop and they saw the problem right away seems like they placed a spacer under the rear suspension backwards and suspension was way of if you look closely look at the airbags you can clearly see one is higher than the other called the next day and they said what did I expect it was a older truck not their problem! If I could give them negative stars I would double check next time but no next time for me! Hahaha 3 years later they say contact them what are they going to do to help me? I could have died because of their mistake I spend money elsewhere to fix the problem you created by not doing repairs correctly

If you want to waste your time and your money, this is the place to go. I took my motorhome to get the parking brake fixed, as well as a handful of minor diagnostic/maintenance requests, and after they had my vehicle for 24 hours, I called for a status update and was told it was being worked on and that they'd call me in an hour. 2 hours later, I called them again, only to be told they'd call me back in a few minutes with more info. 1.5 hours later, with no communication once again, I drove there myself to find out more. They told me they couldn't fix the brake without ordering a new part, which would have been totally fine if they had told me earlier. They also did none of the other things I asked. Then (and this is the best part) they tried to charge me for all of it, thinking they had actually fixed the brake. After telling them no, since they hadn't done anything at all, they charged me $150 for 1 hour of labor to "diagnose" the issue I already knew. In the middle of all of this, they also spent 10 minutes trying to figure out where they out my keys. Very poor communication and grossly overpriced. If you need something repaired on your truck or RV, keep looking because this place is not the one.

If there were a zero star option I would give zero. Where do I begin? Oh I'll start at the beginning which set the precedence for the rest of the debacle. I dropped my classic truck off on a Friday, filled out a form with my name, phone, email, and the work I wanted done. On Monday I called and they didn't know who I was, where my truck was, or what was being done on it, and then asked for my phone number and email. I asked them to replace the suspension components and the rear main seal.It took a month for them to complete the work. I had to call and get updates. They never called me unless I called first. After the suspension was done, then the rear main issue was looked at. Why wouldn't that have been done at the same time? It took a week to get parts in and then they were the wrong parts. I was constantly told the truck would be done "tomorrow" or the "next day or 2" but it was never done on time. Iuse thus truck for work and was renting a truck in the meantime which was $1700 for a month.I finally called again after days of getting the run around and they said "honestly, we lost your keys"THEY LOST MY KEYS.They replaced the ignition cylinder but not the door locks, tool box locks, or steering wheel locks. Not to mention my house keys were lost as well, and I have to rekey my home. The locks and toolboxes alone are several hundred dollars along with the time and expense of having to get everything remade or repurchased. When I finally picked the truck up they wouldn't even offer to compensate me. I had to argue with them while the "manager" was on the phone to the "owner"I ended up still paying more than $2500. I now have a truck that I can't take anywhere because I can't lock the doors. As I was driving home I realized that my speedometer was suddenly not working. The steering still pops and clunks like it did before I brought it in, and there is a significant vibration at highway speeds. Whatever you do, turn and run as fast as you can from this place of business.

Save your money and go to another shop. I specifically dealt with Eric and it was a terrible experience. According to Eric, the truck would be out within 2 days. Well they had my truck for 2 weeks. They did not once call me for updates. I had to call them to find the status of my truck every single time. After 3 grand of work done to my truck, I had to bring it yet again because they didn't fix it properly. Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic

I got halfway done with a leaf spring job I was doing and got hung up on the other side with seized main eye bolts. They quoted me an 1.25 hours to cut the bolt and install the other spring for me. They ended up taking close to 5 hours while I waited, it was a bear, I know because I tried removing the bolt with heat for a number of hours. After all that, Matt kept his word and still charged me just for the 1.25 hours. I do all of my own work on my projects and am very selective when I need help from a shop. This is an honest business and they (especially Matt) have earned my respect and my business if I run into trouble again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I tried to fix the AC in this workshop and the price was too high. I also asked several times if they had put the refrigerant liquid back and they assured me that they had. when in fact they were left with the product and the truck without a drop of coolant. I do not recommend this Atlas workshop to anyone. Friendly but excessive expensive

I have been to several other shops and gotten my truck aligned and none of them did nearly as great of a job as the guys at Atlas. Was able to get truck in the shop within the first day of calling them, and the whole staff was friendly, funny, and efficient at fixing my truck. It rides much better now, and they were very fair with pricing. I am told this is the go to shop if you have a lifted truck or large commercial truck.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I had an air break issue in my Motorcoach. I called Matt at Atlas and he set me up fo next day service. Because I had to take the bus from the RV site to the shop, I did a test run in the truck I tow with the rig. When I arrived, I met Matt at the counter and he introduced me to Charles, the shop manager. These guys did everything they could to help me figure out the problem and fixed it the next day for a very reasonable price.I would highly recommend Atlas for any truck service you may need and will do the same for anyone who asks me!Service: Brakes
