Have been waiting for over 5 hours and still waiting in the lobby for a simple oil change. I would give 0 stars if I could. Charged us for a cabin air filter including the labor and the filter was sitting in the passenger seat still in the plastic bag and not installed. Old cabin filter was never removed.

I am not local. Received a low tire alert (extremely low). I Googled and saw Goodyear just down the road. I brought my car in on a weekday afternoon. They not only got to my car quickly, they patched my tire, didn't try to say I needed a new one, and also blessed me with a Military Discount. Thank you for the fast, friendly and HONEST service!

I don t like to complain, but I had such a poor experience with this Goodyear. I needed and alignment and my oil changed. I waited all day for a call about my car and never received one. When I took things into my own hands and showed up 8 whole hours later, my car hadn t even been touched. They were ready to charge me for work that hadn t been done. I saw them pull my car into the shop and do the work last minute because I was there asking questions. They only ended up doing an oil change and told me that an alignment was NOT what I needed. I left my car there all day for nothing basically. I could ve gotten a quick oil change somewhere else because that s all they ended up doing. I probably won t be going back here. The only semi-positive thing about this visit was the girl who helped me out up front. She was friendly, but seemed a little lost because when I asked about my car, she couldn t give me an answer.

This Goodyear rocks! Jessica Columbo does her very best for you. She always gets me right in and gets me on my way. I get my tires here and also routine maintenance. Highly recommend!!!

Drove half an hour, waited another half hour after they said they could work on my vehicle, then they changed their mind, because they said it wouldn't go on their rack(I don't know why, they didn't even try).Jessica, the clerk was nice though and did refer us to another shop.

Paid for the Better package, which clearly lists a 4 tire rotation as included. I got the receipt at the end of the service and it didn t list the rotation as having happened. When I asked if it had, the desk attendant, Jessica, said if I don t ask for it specifically they won t do it. When I asked why they wouldn t do it if it was listed as part of the service, there was no answer. I won t be coming back

Overpriced. They up sell you on everything and you have to knowingly request the basic stuff. Really unimpressed with this place s business practices. They do, seemingly, good work though.

I went in there today and the three women were especially on their bitter full of contempt attitude. The shortest one with curly hair on top even glared at me and muttered "what did you say?" with a snarl. And yes... I do go out of my way to complain when the customer services is horribly bad. Can we not be treated that way when we attempt to conduct business?

My car went in for a routine oil change/inspection. They said my car was all good to go but I ended up having a few warning lights come on immediately after pulling out of the lot. Management sheepishly denied that they did anything wrong when I returned to find out. Once I had paid they were not interested in helping any further. I have other friends who have reported similar experiences of poor customer service. This is the first Goodyear shop where I have had a poor experience. I would recommend taking your car to the dealer (Hyundai and Ford are great) instead of coming here.

I purchaced 6 tires from Goodyear in March 2016 for my motorhome. I had a slow leak on one of the inside duels ( three years later). I took it in and they found that the valve stem was damaged. They changed out the valve stem for no charge. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service!

I had to get all my brake pads and rotors done. They inspected them for free and even gave me a discount! The whole process took 3 hours and the men there were helpful and gave me their honest advice.

Went in to get a flat repair at 5 pm. The ladys behind the counter told me there was a vehicle ahead of me and it would be a 45 minutes before they got to it. I said thats fine I'll wait. She then said it was an oil change and she wasn't sure if they would be taking any more work orders after that because it is an oil chnage. Having experience working at lube shops like this i knew it should only take 15-20 minutes for a oil change. Then the other lady pipes in and says it takes so long because they have to check all the filters. Well as far as i know most vehicles have 4 filters and it takes five minutes to check them xause i doubt they're going to drop the transmission pan annd check that filter because thats a whole different work order. The oil filter would be changed with the oil change so... not getting why it would take so long to check all of them. Then she throws in "oh yeah its also a tire rotation" yeah okay. Needless to say if you don't want my buisness I'll happily go somewhere the do and will probably do it cheaper.

Last month I had a screw removed from my car's tire. A few weeks after the service was completed while cleaning my car's wheels I noticed that there was some damage done to the rim of the tire that had the screw removed. Based on the location of the damage it was quite clear that it was as a result of mounting or dismounting the tire. I brought the car back to the stop and spoke to them about the damage. I was told that since the tire repair was done weeks ago that they were not liable for the damages. I probably should have done a more thorough inspection of the wheel following the repair, but I took my car to Goodyear because I expected a level of quality that comes with the brand, but it appears that is not the case. From now on I will be taking my car to dealership.

Very friendly and helpful. Not my first visit, and I've always had such good service that I take all of my vehicles there for tire rotation, oil changes in general maintenance.

No point in making an appointment for an alignment. They go off a first come first serve basis. The work and service was fantastic though.

Not super communicative but they sold us a pair of replacement tires and installed them while we ate breakfast nearby. They even discounted the price a little.
