We recently purchased a new Bronco from Cecil Ford in New Bern. Very easy car buying experience. Our sales person was Eric. We ordered the Bronco over two years ago when we lived local, so had to come from out of state for the purchase. Eric came in on his scheduled day off and we really appreciate that. The manager and finance person were both great to work with as well. We traveled 750 miles for the purchase with a trade in. I was worried there would be a surprise price change on the trade but I was absolutely wrong. I never ever trade in vehicles but Cecil Ford offered a very fair amount for our Lexus. I was happy that all went smooth as well. Appreciate all the help!

I had a really nice experience. Juan helped me tremendously through the buying experience, and everyone else was just as friendly and helpful. They worked hard to get me the best interest rate and deal possible. I definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle through them. All the Ford body styles are also looking really nice for all their models.

Went to find a 2020 Ford 4x4. I wanted to trade in my 2017. First they wanted to sell me a chevy. I am at the ford dealership, not at a chevy place. started to get upset. Then a greedy imitation of a man came up to me and started telling me about down payments. I had already told him I wasn't gonna give anything down and I was thinking about trading in my truck. He kept on pushing the down payments and then he came up with some line about needs and wants. It's all about how much money he needed to get out of me. They showed me a 2020 Ford F150 Lariat, with scratches all over the truck bed around the body. It looked nice in the inside. Even with my trade-in they still wanted $800+ payments. I said "No." Very upset with this idiot, I left. The next day, I was in Austin, went to a dealership, (Not a Ford dealership). They had a 2021 Ford F150 Lariat, which my wife now drives. With payments of $525 and I didn't even have to trade-in my truck.When the merchandise is the same, the dealer makes the difference. Yeah, greedy greedy greedy

We had an oil change and there was an issue, human error. We called and explained the issue. They asked us to bring in the truck. Tom Gonzales the service manager listened and then took care of the problem. He even gave us a free detail. Five star customer service. Thumbs up.

I highly recommend y all to stay away from here. I had very bad experiences with this dealership. There unprofessional. Every time my car goes in their shop there s always something else wrong with the car. Had nothing but bad experiences.

A year ago I ordered a Ford Raptor from another dealership. The truck never came in so I began looking for one. I saw a post on Facebook for a Raptor and was able to make a deal over the phone with Jorge and his team. The whole process was exactly how the car buying experience should be all the time. Without boring you with lots of details, I tried and tried to get a fair deal on other raptors for a year, with no luck. I m so glad I contacted Jorge and put my trust in them. They even picked me up from the airport. The delivery process was super fast, thorough, and exceeded my expectations. The sales manager was super easy to talk to and the finance guy Doug (Token) were awesome. Thank guys!

On my way across country I hit a jackrabbit with my Shelby GT350. I was towed in and right away these guys took care of me. Overnighting parts and working overtime to get the job done. I can t thank them enough!!! Great place.

Very welcoming staff, interacted with almost every employee at Ford. Spoke to Omar miwa, Vicente Torrez, Juan and manager Mr John all very helpfull, Went for a trade in and got the best deal out of all Del Rio, came out with a 2023 F150 Lariat that I love. Thank you Cecil Atkission Ford!

If you like a dealership that cares about how they treat a customer this is not the place. I recently had to take my vehicle in for some repairs and let me just say it is hands down the worst. I Hope other people have had better experiences and that this is an isolated incident but i don't think so. I discussed the poor service with a few friends and i was not surprised that they to have had bad experiences with the service at the dealership.I will say good luck to you and i hope that you have a better experience than what i had.

Have had a wonderful experience at Cecil Atkission Ford each time I have gone. They are extremely helpful and work fast. I had a great experience with Eduardo Lee when I needed a signal light bulb replaced. They did it within 15 mins after I walked in! Will definitely be bringing my Expedition back in the future. Have been treated with respect and kindness every time.

Warranty battery replacement and 4 wheel alignment. Techs couldn't install battery box properly and cracked the paint the rocker on my new car (drivers side under door, probably when techs were exiting the vehicle). Very visible damage in the sun. Called and told them what happened, service manager said I could have messed up the battery box when I removed the cover in the parking lot. See for yourself. No comment yet on the paint. Damage on the paint can be felt with my fingernail, will eventually flake off. Thanks! Pictures posted!

I dont truly believe any business will ever be truly perfect but this review and rating is based on the way Victor De Los Reyes and Oscar Davila's compassionate treatment torwards ensuring that I am treated like family. Treated as valued customer even when I sort of was not their customer to begin with.Yes, it is rare to have a business treat you fairly however, these 2 gentlemen have proven to me that kindness still exist.The used 2015 SUV I bought is a disater... Wait! I did not buy here. I bought it at Ken Stoepel Ford KerrvilleI have written a review and an update on them as well.Its important to understand that I bought this SUV with a limited warranty from this other dealership because many dealerships will treat you differently if you did not buy from them. I wish I would have wait til Cecil had the vehicle I was looking for.Regardless while having issue after issue these 2 gentlemen have given me rides picked me up and even delievered my vehicle after one of the repairs. I live 40 mins away in Brackettville.They make this dealership amazing! They make it very easy to say its somewhere worth your while to trust and to shop at.

Absolutely garbage service department! They had to take my truck in 5 times to have them fix what they kept messing up. They last time I took it in they messed up my turbos and tried to change me for their mistaks.Got a new truck from the sales department, which they were amazing and did everything they could to resolve the situation. I took my new truck back in to get a tire rotation and they forgot to put the wheel cap back on they tried to deny that they lost it.Again, the service department is absolute trash.

Be wary! I was going to buy a vehicle from them. I primarily dealt with Doug Humphreys. Besides the extremely intrusive questioning and attempts to give unsolicited life advice he also was part of very unethical dealings. I requested they send the paperwork over to review because I had a 4 hour drive to get there. When reading the paper it showed an expensive warranty that only exceded the factory warranty by a few thousand miles. Basically worthless. At first I was told the financing company reqyored it then I wazs told they (Cecil Atkison) were requiring it. When I asked about it they said they required me to buy it and gap or they would not sell me the vehicle. I asked an owner of a large vehicle warrany company that is a friend of mine about this and he informed me that what they were requiring was not legal. When I asked he salesman the next day about this he got mad and said the truck was no longer for sale. Shady business and shady employees. I have the paperwork showing the required warranties as well as the text messages and recorded calls verifying what I have said.

What a great place!! Was visiting my son and needed an oil change/tire rotation/check up......had all that done.....for free! I was told it was "on us!" Very friendly staff especially Eduardo Lee.....thank you!

Cecil Atkission Ford is a great place to find a new vehicle. From the first minute we stepped on the lot, Vicente was welcoming, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He walked us through the process and it is apparent that he truly cares about the customer. We had an interesting situation, and he went to bat for us.The sales manager, title clerk, and front desk employees were also great! I mean the entire team! Even down to needing to borrow a pair of pliers and a screwdriver to get a rusted screw off the plate, the mechanic team didn t even hesitate.If you need a new or used vehicle in Del Rio, this is the place to go. Vicente is the man to talk to, but honestly from the short interactions I had with the rest of the sales team, anyone there will be able to help you out.-Josh

Go literally anywhere else.It took them 16 hours (8 hours on two days, imagine how difficult it was do deal with commuting) to not figure out why my A/C issue, then charged me for freon and a diagnostics fee anyway. Thanks.Don't worry, if you made an appointment in hopes of the mechanics prioritizing your car, they will not. It will sit in the lot until they feel like they have time to work on it, probably still working on someone else's car from the day before.Best part: it was not my aftermarket radio controller, it was flooding water behind the firewall due to clogged drainage under the wipers, which was shorting my climate system. Wish I figured it out sooner, I would have saved about $300 for nothing.

They replaced a tire for me, but failed to mount the rest of the tires as I requested and told me they could do it another day when I was clear from the beginning of what I wanted. Inflation was also improper and valve cap was missing. Unprofessional as the techs and advisors were loudly complaining and cussing in the office and could be heard in the waiting area. Luckily I am from out of town and won t have to do business here again.
