I had a wreck in my Ford Explorer and took it to Welsh. I talked to both Brad and Lindsey (the Deer Park Manager), and they were terrific. They were very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions regarding my situation. They were easy to talk to, friendly, honest, and transparent. I appreciate all their help navigating the wreck and getting the car repaired. I will definitely bring my vehicles back to them in the future should I need a collision center. Thank you, Brad and Lindsey, for everything you did to help us!! I appreciate it.

Dropped my car 5 days before Christmas. Even with half days and holiday closings, they still had my car ready promptly. Lindsey was great at communicating the process and touched base with me during the time my car was there. The car looks like it just came out of the factory. Excellent work and service. Highly recommend. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if I do need a car repaired. This is where I'll be going again.

Lindsey was great to work with. Very professional and thorough with the entire process. Appreciate everything she did to get my car fixed. I didn t even deal with the insurance of the person who hit me.She needs a raise!

Don t recommend this place. I took my wife s car there to have the front end fixed from a hit and run then they called to say it was ready. The head light was not in right, they said ok I ll fix it. Then went back again and still the same. It took them three times to fix a freaking headlight. Very poor work! Make sure y all check y all s stuff over before paying the bill!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was my second time coming in for installing a new windshield and I have been very satisfied. They got me in quick. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in need of their services.

Great people great service had my car repainted on trunk and sides. Looks amazing and it s a older car. Matched color on point if there was 10 stars I would give it to them. Wish I would have thought of before and after pictures but I didn t. Very informative of what is going on during the process. I picked them because of reviews and the were right. Good job Welsh

I meant to do this when they repaired my car, but I was really busy. I was truly amazed at the friendly and courteous atmosphere. They kept me informed on what was being done. They didn't release my car as predicted because they were not happy with the paint job. When they finished with my car you couldn't even tell that I had been side swipped. I highly recommend them. I will take my car to them any time I need work done. Thank you for a job well done.

I so apologize to Welsh collision repair for taking so long to thank them publicly for the amazing job they did on my SUV. I couldn't have picked a better place to bring my vehicle. They were very kind and very professional, always keeping me informed on the progress. They were even prepared to help me find the right rental car for me. This is a great place for auto body repairs. Very friendly people, did a great job!! A piece of trim work popped off about 2 weeks after I got my car back and I called them. Lindsey is super sweet and said she'd order it and they'd put it on for me. They were even nice enough to touch up some of the small rock dings on my hood with the extra paint from my previous body work. So glad I found Welsh Collision on Google AND I used them based off the comments left by others. Some places I googled had terrible reviews!

I had just move to Pasadena, TX and didn t know where to go, so I looked up collision centers and their reviews and they were not wrong with the 5 stars. Lindsay, I believe, was always on point with keeping me in touch with every move they made on my car. The collision team did an awesome job in the repair of my front and back bumper. I m super glad I chose them to fix my car. I have no complains about the work made to my car. Just picked up my Toyota Sienna last night. The folks at Welsh stayed overtime so I could have my vehicle back yesterday, even washing it and cleaning the inside! Lindsey was great at keeping me informed about the problems/progress and Brad was super at explaining everything. I was able to leave my Enterprise rental car with them to be picked up today, so I didn't have to worry about that. This company was recommended to me by someone I trusted--Christian Brothers on Space Center drive, and I have to say the were 100 per cent correct.

Had several cars repaired at Welsh all to great satisfaction. I now recommend them to any family or friends that need repairs after a collision. Brad does great work and the customer service is outstanding. They will go the extra mile to work with you and make sure you leave happy.

They deserve 5 stars...After Harvey, the seal on my windshield opened up a hole and so it when raining outside it did the same in my car. Their estimate was fair and for 5 days of work. Well they did it in 3 days and almost $400 cheaper then my quote. I appreciate the honesty because other locations would just pocket the $400. They are fast and friendly and I would use them over an over. I tried until it rained to make sure the work was done right and after last night's thunderstorm..everything in my care was dry. They even vacuumed my rugs and washed my car for me. Awesome place!!!

Great, fast service!! Dropped my car off Monday got it back that Friday! Lindsey updated me on my car, every other day. She has great attitude, and customer service skills. I definitely recommend!!!

I actually just picked up my car today and I couldn't be more pleased with the work I had done at Welsh Collision Center. The owner of the shop is polite and informative, the work was of excellent quality, the price was incredibly reasonable, and everybody there was helpful.My car is now back on the road in less than 36 hours and everything is just perfect. If I ever need to get any body work done on my car in the future, I will most definitely be bringing it here.

They are great people and took great care of my car. They worked directly off of the insurance paper work and they found more damage beneath the exterior of my car and took it directly to my insurance. Linsey was great at keeping me up to date about what was going on and when it would be done. They even washed my car before giving it back.

Quality of completed repairs were beyond by expectation's. Lindsey was extremely helpful on finalizing paint selection for my 2002 F250. Was better than new. They repaired heavily damaged right front quarter panel. Ensure parts were No 1 quality. Got my batteries replaced with Ford dealer with warranty. Have done this myself and had to work with different ford dealers till warranty was met. Replaced left fromt tire to match tire that the insurance paid for and had the undamaged right front rotor reconditioned and new brake pads. Truck now drives with no play in the wheel, brakes just as good when new and the front end alignment is true. Highly recommend this shop. Was so happy with my repairs that I'm now having my son's Tacoma worked on.

Meant to review this place months ago. Absolutely fair and honest people own and operate this business. Always stunned at the affordability of their prices. Exceptional service from the friendly service from Lindsey at the front desk to the professionals working under the hood. 10/10 would recommend.

Used Welsh when I had a wreck and also when my husband backed into my mom's car. Fabulous service. VERY satisfied. Hope I never have to have body work done on my car, but if I do - no worries because I know my experience with Brad's shop will be delightful!

After seeing all the glowing reviews I decided to take my vehicle to Welch. I cannot recommend this business enough, they are the best! They take care of their customers with top notch service. They continuously updated me throughout the repair process. If you ever need work done this is the place you want to go!

Been going there for several years. My wife and I have had four wrecks and they made the car look like new. I have also referred for people to them. They give a lifetime warranty on the paint finish. I've been back once due to my fault and they didn't charge me.

I had a couple scratches in my brand new truck so I went to Welsh because I always drive by and they are always busy and I'm glad I did. The owner looked at them said they could help me out. For a very reasonable price they got both of the scratches completely out, you could never even tell they were there. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would trust them with my vehicles no question.
