I had a great experience at Mousa's. Mr. J and Mr. Jody were very knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything to me. Very honest as well. I had a bad lifter and they explained the whole process, timing, pricing and even 1 option I had to possibly fix the issue, but couldn't guarantee it. It didn't work but they were understanding that it was an expensive job and that if I looked somewhere else they would understand. They even referred another shop to me that could possibly do it cheaper. Honestly, because of that I decided to stay local and give the business to them. They kept me up to date throughout the process and had my truck ready to go as expected. I really didn't want to get rid of this truck and it is running like new! Highly recommend.

I ve had a great experience with this shop. I brought in my car after having a bad experience with another shop but in Pasadena. Having taking it here after that was a great decision. The staff was very helpful and informative. Pricing is decent. They were able to complete things to get my vehicle inspection ready without trying to overcharge me. Especially considering it s an old car that I just need to get to work. They were able to explain to me the diagnosis and were very communicative throughout the time it was being worked on. I felt I was having more of a conversation about what I was comfortable with doing and spending. Definitely wish I hadn t used so much money elsewhere to not even have my initial ticket completed. Anyway, great customer service and Jay specifically came in clutch with knowing how to work on my car. I didn t realize how important it is to know a shop with knowledgeable mechanics.Update got more work done and still good and efficient so I m happy :3Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

I called in to ask about pricing for my vehicle. The person who answered the phone was very rude. He was yelling and saying " WHAT WHAT". His tone was very condescending and seemed like he didn't want to work. Maybe he was in a bad mood? Please keep your attitude at home sir. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Mr. Mousa is honest and straightforward and his team does good work at a reasonable price. I go here for all my auto repairs because they start on a project when they say they are going to, and complete the work correctly in the time frame they say it will be completed in, at competitive or lower prices compared to other local auto repair businesses. I've had several repairs done here from lifters and valve replacement to transmission and front suspension work and they have always fixed the problem on time and within $10 of the estimate. As long as they are open and have the ability to do the work, I will go to Mousa's for any repairs that my vehicles need.

These guys are awesome. Got me in and out in record timing. Wail (yes that s his name ) is a wonderful funny guy with tons of personality and makes your feel like family on your very first visit. Work is trustworthy and fairly priced.

Fast and friendly service just like every other time we have needed one of our vehicles maintenance. They are really wonderful people who go out of their way to get your vehicle fixed and back on the road safely and promptly.

The best mechanics I've ever met. I went there to get a pre purchase inspection. They were very detailed and explained me every daily of the truck ... super honest guys ..... I mean SUPER HONEST. I live in spring but if i lived in around that area I'd definitely be Theo regular customer !!!!Also, you'd be surprised how they are well informed about the world and other cultures. Not your typical mechanic

These guys are great at what they do, very fair, and so helpful! They won't lie to you on pricing, and are quick to let you know if there's an additional issue before just repairing it. I'll always take my vehicles here.

Do not use this place! My parents took their 2012 Chevy Sonic to get the wire harness, thermostat and thermostat housing replaced. Will had quoted them $800-$900.A year later, yes a whole year, the car is finally done. Will is no longer there, but now the owner Mousa wants $2600. He claims it took over a year to get the parts and there was more work they had to do. They never got approval for the additional work. He won t give them an itemized bill for everything and is now holding the car hostage.Service: Electrical repair

If I could give a zero, I would have. Took 2 weeks to replace timing belt!! Then when we came to get it, had to wait 30 more minutes cause they forgot to change the oil...this is no exaggeration

I have lived here since 1976 and have used many mechanics and shops over the years. I generally use shops near me and I have to pass a few shops in order to reach Mousa's. Over the last couple of repairs my most recent choice of a very reliable and trustworthy shop with ASE certified mechanics that I have spent thousand's of dollars with would charge $100.00 to computer diagnose and pinpoint the issue with your car. They would deduct this charge if you had the vehicle repaired with them. Recently they stopped this policy and the charge was not deducted. When my car began misfiring lately I suspected a vacuum leak but could not find it. I called around looking for an old fashioned shop that could diagnose my issue without the need of the higher tech computer hookup since it's a 19 year old car.Mousa's answered saying to bring in the car and they would diagnose the issue and provide a free estimate. ( I had gone to my local O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery last week and they pulled up the Failure code for the service engine soon light as PO171 - Lean Bank 1 - could be an Oxygen sensor they said) When I went in to Mousa's the mechanic ( Wail ) asked me what it was doing, hooked my car up to the OBD2 reader and pulled up the same code, he asked me to start the car, put his head under the hood placed his hand on the manifold tilted his head so his ear was to the manifold - listening, after about 45 seconds he said it sounds like a vacuum leak. I said that's what I think! It was Friday afternoon so I told them I could bring the car back on Monday and leave it so he could find it.When I arrived on Monday morning Wail quickly found the leak while I was waiting It was simply a missing rubber cap on an un-used port hiding behind a mass of wiring and hoses. The old car is back up to speed, no chugging rough idling or excessive gas consumption..and no 100 dollar diagnostic fee! Thanks Wail and Tarek... I'll be back for the Safety Inspection...Emissions test...Oil Change..fuel filter.....radiator flush...... I do try to keep the old car well maintained.

Wale has been taking care of my family and I ever since I was a little girl.(22yrs old now) They are friendly, get the job done well, and are reasonably priced. Wale is hilarious and always has a smile on his face.

Worst place you could ever take your vehicle thy not only took several month's to even be done but the mechanic was making me and my friwns very uncomfortable and weird vibes please don't go there unless you want to waste money and be around creepymen
