Pulled up and was immediately greeted. Told him needed oil change he said I could stay in car if I wanted and considering I was having an issue with my back it was good to hear not to mention I had a toddler with with me. It took maybe 20 minutes and I was gone. All the staff was very helpful to all customers and when they weren't busy they were helping each other. It was a great experience. I will be back

Today was very stressful for me because my car hadn't passed inspection. I ran into Jiff lube and was engaged with two wonderful people one was the manager and a very nice young lady. They assisted me and solved my problem now the inspection is Good . Very grateful and happy .

Excellent service Daisha greeted me as soon as I open my truck door. She was on point and very friendly. This is what I look for in customer service when I spend my money with different businesses. I rather give companies like this my money because it seem like that appreciate me . This my me old fashion to some but to me great customer services goes a long long way we lots of people. Thank to all the worker at Jiffy Lube Pasadena center street . You all made my day better with the service and a smile. Awesome 5 stars keep it up.

Tried to force me to buy wipers from them. I purchased wipers a couple of months ago, and all of a sudden they are torn . Wouldn t bring my vehicle here unless you want it damaged.

On 31 January, I had my oil changed and a Jiffy Lube near my house. I owned a hotshot trucking company which I drive myself as a owner operator. I left my house on the first headed towards la Porte Texas with a load. On a stop I made I noticed I had oil dripping from the bottom of my motor when I looked closely it was coming from the oil filter, but I wasn t sure because, I also had my transmission fluid flushed and I thought maybe my transmission was leaking, so I found a local Jiffy Lube. I found one here on Center Street and I went in there and told them my problem that group of guys that were there was super attentive. They got my truck in there finding out that the fuel filter that was put on there had a tiny hole in it and also the gasket was blown out, thank God I found out when I did and thank God I took it to them cause they replaced my filter topped off my oil and told me to have a good day. They didn t even charge me but he did ask for the phone number of where I had it done, and I gladly gave it to him. Just want to say you guys are top-notch and I owe you guys if I wouldn t took my truck to you i could ve blown my engine they told me five stars in my book thank you guys.

Oil change took over 90 minutes.Washer fluid was not check.Floors not vacuumed.Prices now higher than a giraffe'sbutt. Other than that, everything was great.

I had never experienced such good customer service from everyone in a mechanic shop. The service was a great and convenient. Always show genuine concern if they see something that could be an issue and oftentimes they can fix the issue if it's something that they can do, saving you from having to take it to a different shop which may cost more.

Went in for tire rotation. When i pulled up and asked for price they said $25 but I was billed $30. Team was friendly and efficient. AC was out inside which kind of sucked but I appreciated the teams service and efforts.Service: TiresService: Tires

I don t like to leave reviews unless they re good ones but I don t want this to happen to anyone else. I took my new car to get its first oil change and this place has great feedback. They showed me my air filter was still good so I only got my oil changed. When I left for work the same day I started hearing really loud scraping so I took it back. They forgot to screw my skid plate back on so the plate was scraping and sparking on the road. My brand new car! Waited a few days bc they had to order the skid plate. They got that in but forgot to order the screws. Finally got everything put back on my car. Now it s time for my next oil change and the new place I got my oil changed from said whoever I went to before broke my screws so they can t get my air filter out. So 3 months after the jiffy lube incident I go back and am there for over 2 hours so they can fix this new problem. The staff was very apologetic and put in an air filter for free but I ll never go back or recommend this location.

Went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated and was told they couldn't rotate my tires because my 4 door SUV was too narrow for their rack? Ok I guess. They had 4 people each doing something to my vehicle to inspect it and change the oil but it still took about 35 minutes to do. Also, a synthetic oil change was around $110 which seemed pretty high. Overall I'd get my oil changed there again but that would be about all I'd get done.

This place will always try to upsell you on unnecessary parts when it comes to a safety inspection or an oil change. No place will fail you for windshield wiper blades unless it's this one just in order to charge you an arm and a leg for some really cheap brand of wiper blades. My wife went in there without my acknowledgement for the state safety inspection, why I don't know. Got on the phone with the manager, got argumentative with me. You don't try to up sell a customer with every little detail with a part. As a former certified technician myself, and if it's a simple part such as a light bulb or wipers, yes you can offer to change it but it's such an easy one that you can do it yourself and that should be suggested to the customer or offer to charge only for the part and installation is for free, that's good for business. I did also fail to mention to him that when I got my oil change done over a year ago there, of course they were trying to find something wrong and rip me off. They stated that my rotors were scorned and that I should change all of them and the brake pads as well. NOTHING WAS WRONG with them, didn't even offer to lathe them to smooth them out, just change everything just in order to break my wallet. The rotors are perfectly smooth, brake pads are just fine on this day. Don't ever take your vehicle here, always take it to a local certified technician who will be helpful and try to save you some money.

Very poor customer service, people were very rude. On there phones, while eating on the floor. Showed no respect. Left my doors open in the rain, then couldn t even clean all the water off.

Was deceive and lied to at the Deer Park, TX Jiffy Lube on Center Street. I have taken all my vehicles to be serviced at that location since the 90s. My last visit I was blatantly lied to by two of thier technicians about issues with my vehicle regarding passing inspection from license plate lights being burned out to my serpentine belt needing to be replaced. The belt was in good condition and all safety lights were in working order. I believe they did not want to or were unable to perform the state inspection but all the technicians had to do was say so. I am very disappointed on how I was treated since I have been nothing but loyal for over two decades.
