This is an organized well stocked store. Been here a couple of times and always find what i am looking for, but if I don t the friendly knowledgeable staff always ready to help with a smile on their face. Really recommend this advanced auto parts. Check it out for your self, so if there is a doubt. You will see i am not pulling your leg.Today ordered online about 15-30 min before they opened. As soon as they opened it wasn t even 10 min when I received an alert that my stuff was ready to pick up.Oh man! How i love quick and efficient.Thank you advanced.Ample parking, 2 entrances/exits and easy access from either direction of the street.

The employees here are awesome!!! They are very helpful and patient with me every time either on the phone or in person... I no longer go to any other parts store... This is how customers are supposed to be treated!!! Thanks guys and girls for making our shopping experience a breeze!!! Derek Berry...

Not helpful on picking out the parts needed to repair a broke water tubing connector to my truck windshield wiper. Went to another local auto supply competitor who took the time on part selection and how to repair!

I was up there yesterday around 4 and the people were so helpful and nice we were fixing my friends 05 corolla battery terminal. I will be back, I didn't have a ride up there after I got home. thank you so much

The store was empty and the guy that assisted me looked annoyed i was there. Unhelpful and even sold me the wrong item. I would say just go to autozone for some real help

Went to bring a part back for it's Core charge. The Manager Mrs Tracy did a great job and was on top of it all! She was pulling parts sending out orders delegating part deliveries and on the phone and helping other customers! The store was clean and everyone was very helpful! Excellent Customer service and great at what they do!

I needed a new battery ASAP on Sunday, Labor Day weekend and Joshua was a huge help!! He quickly checked my car, confirmed it was battery and replaced it within 10 mins. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Glad I live near by so I'll come back when needed! THANKS to JOSHUA at ADVANCED AUTO PARTS!

Very disappointed in management at this location. Joshua was helping me and doing great with a battery and the manager stepped in and started being rude then told Joshua to go home for what seemed like nothing. Not my place to speak about but the manager was very rude and very unprofessional.. I will no longer be going back to this location because of that incident.

Today I went in to get some wiper blades and this nice young man "Brandon" was very helpful and has great customer service. He was attending to my needs, as well as answering calls. He even took the time to install them. I live in Pasadena, but will make the trip to your Deer Park location because of the great customer service I received. Thank you Brandon!

Called the Deer Park location on Center. I was in need of a battery and for it to be installed. My battery was located in the trunk easily accessible but I was told it s not under the hood we won t touch it. I said no problem and went to Autozone on Spencer Hwy close to Center St. A young man named Jaime installed the battery with no problem or fuss. It was very helpful to me as my arm isn t capable at this time to do the job (see pic of my right arm)

I Will never go back to the deer Park location again! I sat in the store at the front desk for a good solid ten minutes... I seen two guys in the store that worked there... not once did I get .can I help you or .... hi ma'am, can you give me a couple minutes, I'm helping someone else at the moment. NOTHING

Am disabled. On two different occasions I needed my battery/alternator checked and an OBD scan. I parked in the handicap parking spot and called inside the store and told them what I needed. They were very friendly and came out to help me without me having to go inside.

Who knew that changing a wiper blade could be so difficult. But thanks to the guys at Advanced Auto Parts...they got it done for me. Thank you so much. Advanced Auto Parts is MY store.

They advertise on their website that they will take used antifreeze. When you call them they have no clue and say no they do not accept it.

I went in to Advanced after going to O'Reilly's and Auto Zone. Both of the other stores DID NOT have the part I was looking for (VVT Solenoid for '07 Toyota Yaris). Advanced Auto Parts DID on fact have the part in stock and the price was comparible to what I would have paid elsewhere. The employee also mentioned that since it was an electronic part that it could not be returned and asked If I was sure that It was the correct part before I purchased it to save me from losing money. I appreciate things like this because most employees won't tell you things like this and would rather make a quick sale. Employee was prompt and I didnt jave to wait more than about 4 minutes to get my part and get out of dodge. Thanks

they have better deals on parts versus their surrounding competitors and the will, i believe but dont take my word for it, will match prices

Clean and organized store. Extremely good customer service. Justin was very helpful with helping find what I needed.
