Could not ask for a more pleasant experience. I ask to have an inspection of my RV, front to back and AJ and his team did exactly that. Once I gave the go ahead to proceed, they did an exceptional job of looking at everything on my RV. When I approved the repairs, I could not have ask for a more prompt and professional job they did. They have a great team and I will recommend them to anyone who has concerns about their RV.

I reached out to RV Expert the first week of Sept about some minor damage to the under body of our trailer. Christie was the person who text back and forth with me. I explained the damage 3 different times over 2 months including pictures and the after 2 months of me chasing her for an estimate, she said they needed to send someone out. A tech came out for about 10 min, took the same pictures and measurements I sent and said they would send over an estimate. I then never heard back and then text again to which she immediately replied that in order to give an estimate, I needed to pay $185. This was never communicated and makes absolutely no business sense. I am chasing them to give them business and they try to scam some money by saying it takes time and effort to prepare a proposal and they won t provide an estimate. Very poor experience and seems greedy to charge $185 for 10 min of work to gain a customer. Be aware.Reply to their responseThe fee was never communicated. Ever. You couldn t even remember what was wrong with my camper but you are stating that you remember the details of a conversation from 2 months earlier. Why would I wait for two months if I knew that was your policy. Millions of service companies provide free estimates with the same costs as you. The service tech spent 8 min at my house and literally took the same pictures that I already sent. 8 min, checked my gate log. Please don t lie.

Very good communication on when they would arrive. Both gentlemen were very polite and listened to my feedback about the water leak. Cleaned up after themselves. Over all 10/10 recommend!

Rv Expert has installed 2 ac s and rebuilt my furnace on site in freezing temperatures! Excellent customer service and top notch technicians.I would recommend them to anyone.

Thanx to their expertise, the Mobil crew had our slide motor back on track in less than an hour!! He even found our batteries to be low, to prevent further problems.Thank you!!

Deserves more than 5 stars! Love this mobile RV repair service! Great customer service, professional technician, reasonable pricing, and honest! Highly recommended! Diagnosed our hot water heater issue immediately and installed a new outdoor mini frig on the RV.

AJ replaced my A/C unit and discovered a problem w the converter in my main electrical box, had it fixed within minutes!!! So very grateful!! The A/C unit hadn't worked for several years n right now it's cooling the entire trailer!!! Whenever I need something fixed in the future, you can bet that The RV Experts will be my 1st n only call!!!!!I highly recommend them!!!! N just fyi, it's a rarity for me to recommend anyone for anything. But this company is the BEST!!!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Great place! AJ (the owner) is a great guy, with integrity. He truly cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable. AJ saved me a ton of money by keeping me from chasing the wrong problem, and pointing me in the correct direction! I will do business here again!

We are very impressed with the service provided by the RV Experts. From Deb that schedules everything and completes the billing to Freddy and his team who do the actual repairs. They even worked with our extended warranty company as well. We will use this company again and will refer our friends to use them as well! I will never call any one else except AJ. Even if another RV repair person is passing through our campground or not. He's never let me down and been fair in his appraisals. Always professional and courteous. A good company which is hard to find these days.

Unfortunately due to the demand I was not able to get someone to come out However Deb was so helpful over the phone & gave me some trouble shooting advice. She was so friendly & patient. I made a trip to their storefront it was very clean & they had the part I needed to fix my door.

Service was Great! Don t waste time with anyone else. Worth the wait if you have time to wait for them to see you. They are busy because they are professional and knowledgeable. You know the job will get done well and thoroughly. Rest assured!

AJ and Finch were incredible with knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond in not only replacing our awning, but also in taking the time to look at future replacement items while getting all the information/photos needed for each project to provide us an accurate quote. The way AJ and Finch handled the awning replacement was amazing to watch and their openness about answering questions was greatly appreciated. They made us feel very comfortable and they also seemed to enjoy their work, which was so nice to see. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. :-)

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond to get my elderly, disabled Dad taken care of when his A.C. went out on this RV. From the owner to the office assistant, this company truly cares about their customers. This RV Repair business is THE BEST that I have ever used. The owner, who has 13 years experience, personally does the repairs. Their rates are very reasonable, and because he knows what he s doing, he s fast to wrap up the issues. He provides soup to nuts services. I have used his services twice and had no surprises.I am thrilled to have found this young man to resolve my issues. You can always reach his staff. Wow...very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of work. I had an issue on a Sunday and called in the evening when I arrived at my campground. I got a prompt call on Monday morning and they were able to schedule me right away. Couldn't be happier with the service provided by AJ and Angel. I would definitely use them again.

The RV Experts are mobile so I don t have to drive my motor home and leave it (and get someone to follow me there to give me a ride home). They come and do the work I ve asked for and sometimes are finished and leave before I speak to them! I love it! My invoice is emailed to me and I can quickly and easily pay my bill online.They are truly excellent!Service: Electrical

My A/C had stopped working and I was scrambling at the last minute to find someone to to come out and look at it, called the RV Expert and he came right away the next morning and had a new A/C installed in an hour, big thanks to y all for being able to help me out on such short notice, 10/10 definitely recommend these guys.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Excellent customer service! They were able to get all our repairs done on site, they did all the leg work with the insurance company and got it all covered except our deductible. We will definitely call them for any further RV needs!

Christy was a tremendous help! I was stopped overnight at a rest area when my batteries lost power at 5 am. I called RV Expert when they opened, and Christy helped troubleshoot the problem and gave me great advice to get back on the road. Her concern was for me to be safe and get on my way. Refrigerator not cooling. Guy took one look and advised we replace fridge with one from Home Depot. Even had a photo texted to us as what to buy. An hour drive to nearest one. Hour back. Got the old one out and wrong thing. Ours is 12 volt and he had us buy 110. Won t work. Back to Home Depot. Fast 55 dollar service call for nothing.

They went above and beyond to help my elderly parents get electric issues straight and service a/c. First time in 2 years my parents have all working electrical and a/c. All done in a timely manner. I highly recommend these people. They are amazing.
