I took my RV back to the dealership four times for the same problem and they were unable to fix it. Logan RV repair came out was able to diagnose the problem in about 15 minutes and fixed it. That was nine months ago and I have had no issues, we have dealt with many Mobile RV Repair 90% of the companies out there subpar waste your time and your money. I don t typically leave reviews but I just want to get the word out if you have the opportunity to work with Logan RV repaired you ll never look back.

Did a great job on our RV refrigerator, the electric heating element was out. he replaced both of them.

Responded quickly and fixed the problem but it only lasted a day. Came back and fixed it without extra charge and followed up after we left the area to make sure it was still working.

Logan RV repair was extremely prompt and professional. We had AquaHot issues while traveling and while he could not obtain the parts to fix the problem within the timeframe that we were going to be in his area, he gladly showed us what to order and how to perform the repairs once obtained. He guided us through the entire process and followed up with us, even though he did not have to go above and beyond to do that. He cares about his customers and helping out any way he can. I cannot recommend this service enough! He is also a certified AquaHot technician.

The earlier reviews are extremely misleading and not at all what I experienced with Logan RV Repair. My black water tank still has a pinhole leak, strapping rusted through, no insulation, leaking drain valves, and its underbelly covering laying on the ground after several months of promises, excuses, and lies.Seems everyone else's repairs were far more important than mine and I was led on with excuses about backorder parts, wrong part shipments, personal emergencies, personal issues, and employee illness. I've been rescheduled more times than I can recall.Today's no-show broke this camel's back when I was put off several times with "I'm busy and will call you back.", "I'll call in 10 minutes.", and still no call. Then when I do make contact he was bold enough to say he was busy working on his own home and RV in preparation for the forecasted freezing weather and getting ready for the Christmas holidays. Really???Now I'm the one who has to make the repairs with freezing weather fast approaching, because he's totally unreliable and can do what he says he will do.I wouldn't recommend Logan RV Repair to anyone. Please keep scrolling and roll the dice with any other RV repair service the Logan RV Repair.September 10, 2022, was the first day I followed up for a status of the tank repairs. Here it is December 20, 2022, and still nothing. Three months! No justifiable reason for this kind of customer service.

NOVEMBER - I had a major leak and needed my flooring replaced ony RV and Jeff did an amazing job! He answered all my questions and always promptly responded when I contacted him.Fast forward to January - I needed help moving my rig (new to RV life!) and Jeff did a wonderful job helping me move it and again answered all my questions.I will continue to Logan RV Repair because he is a local business and I trust him to do a great job at a reasonable rate.

Jeff is a true professional with boat-loads of experience! He is quick to diagnose any issue and resolve it perfectly. I ve used his services a few times now after owning a new Thor for weeks! We were in Dallas area for just a couple of days camping. We called Logan RV Repair on Sunday morning because of an issue with our gray water tank. Jeff called us back quickly and asked us to send him pictures of our issue. He knew what the problem was but couldn't get the part we needed before we were leaving town. He told us how to repair the problem temporarily to get us home. Worked like a charm. We really appreciate his time, expertise, and willingness to walk us through the repair. Highly recommended!

Logan came out on the same day I called him. I was struggling with trailer sway and wanted him to inspect my hitch setup. 45 minutes later, and after explaining to me what I need to look out for when I do it myself, he had adjusted my setup and fixed the issue. The trailer handled much, much better than before. He even stayed a few minutes longer to explain some things that we didn't know about our trailer. I'm glad I found him, I will use him again.

Logan came out , and helped me repair a leak. In my case the leak was unrepairable in my fresh tank and needed a new tank. But I insisted Logan to repair it to get me by until I have to buy a new tank. This isn t a permanent solution of course , but it s been few months and repair came out better than expected and still no leak coming from bottom of my fresh tank.

Logan reinstalled my hot water heater after having it repaired and also packed the bearings on my wheels. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner in my RV is up and running again.

Stranded and one call and Logan rv repair asked me to take pictures of my shackle that was broken apart from my spring on my toy hauler and he located replacement parts and arrived and repaired my shackle and got me going back on the road... great customer service and very professional... would recommend Logan rv repair if in need anything to do with your rv around Fort Worth TexasService: Steering & suspension repair
