Klement Ford was the best car buying experience I have had. Period. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My paperwork was super fast and explained clearly. I even got my license plates in the mail within a week. The 2022 Ford Bronco Sport I purchased was clean and they even made sure I had a full tank of gas when I left. Shout out to my sales person John Talley! Thanks again!

These people are great! I bought my 2023 Platinum at Bill Utter Ford who is also great. However, I live closer to Karl K. and I used their oil change service. They came and picked up my truck, changed the oil and checked all the things. They gave me text updates every step of the way. After it was all done, they drove my truck back to the office and gave me the keys. It is a wonderful service and I will be using them again. Great group of humans!

The service department is great! Hailey was easy to work with and kept me informed. The warranty service preformed on my F150 was fast and I haven t had any issues since. I will definitely be a customer when it comes time to upgrade the truck!

Took my 2020 F-150 in for general issues. Chuck handled everything from there. He kept me updated on the progress of repairs and time required to complete them. When the truck was ready to be picked up, Chuck advised me about their valet service. My truck was brought straight to my driveway, 40 minutes away. Very nice service since I had been in the hospital and couldn't drive for a couple of days. This is my second purchase from Karl K., I will be back for the third!

Was a customer and employee bought a 2023 escape st anyways quick lane manger likes to leave lugnuts off and blame on other people and pretty much anything he can possibly deny and shift blame onto they put well water in coolant and not to mention tire shine in the interior plastic cleaner if you want your vehicle taken care of with the least amount respect possible then would recommend ps I quit with 2 weeks notice

First off I want to say that everyone I met was very helpful and friendly. My disappointment is with several things however. Part of going to a dealership instead of another place is to have the service appointment and have the service guy walk up to you and tell you that your vehicle is done. I made an appointment 48 hours ahead of time online and showed up 15 minutes early but upon arrival I was told that appointments don't matter as they don't really have any schedule and that it is first come first serve and that I would have a three hour wait. Bummer, but I went with it in part hoping it wouldn't actually take that long. To my relief it wasn't 3 hours but it was over 2 hours. This was my first time at this dealership's service department and I had to find my rep after getting a text that it was done. This is and the false hope of scheduling is actually why I didn't give 5 stars. I want to give five stars but because of this I can't. Kyle was nice, but I am used appointments getting ahead of non appointments and my reps going to the waiting and explaining things and then taking me to the cashier. Maybe I am just spoiled but this is the standard I am used to, having experienced this standard with several brands and dealerships. I had been waiting for 2.5 hours go the extra mile, I am really nice not the angy nut customer. I try to go the extra mile to be nice. Perhaps this was just a one-off and I am absolutely willing to update and improve the rating.Updating as Hallie from Karl Klement Ford called and explained that their appointment system just went online this week and that Kyle hadn't known that it was up yet. I can understand this, new systems always have hiccups. She said in the future it will work as one would expect. So I am going up from three to four stars for now and when I go back hopefully we update this to five stars. Thank you Team Karl Klement Ford for the effort!

Exceptional Service that Restores Faith in HumanityI recently had an unparalleled experience with Karl Klement Ford's service department that not only restored my faith in humanity but also solidified my loyalty to their brand. After facing immense frustration and apathy from several other dealerships, including a particularly disheartening interaction with Bill Utter Ford, Karl Klement was a breath of fresh air.From the onset, Crystal and Chuck in the service department were nothing short of incredible. Unlike my experiences elsewhere, where I was given vague timelines and minimal support, Karl Klement showcased an exemplary level of customer service. They were personable, respectful, and extremely competent, turning a stressful situation into a manageable one.They were the only dealership to recommend Ford Roadside Assistance for a complimentary dropoff because my car wasn't drivable, and that was just the first sign of their customer-centric approach. What truly amazed me was the speed and efficiency with which they operated; within an hour of the vehicle being dropped off, I was informed of the diagnostics and assured that the repairs would be completed by the next day. Once the work was done, they even offered to deliver the car to me!This experience was in stark contrast to my previous interactions with other Ford dealerships in the DFW area, where the lack of customer service, compassion, and integrity had me on the brink of giving up on the brand altogether. I was seriously considering selling my vehicle and going with a more customer focused brand. Sales people treated me well. No gimmicks or greasy back and forth manager to sales people games. What they said is what it was. Truck was clean filled with fuel and ready to go when I got there. I drove from Bryan to Decatur to get this truck i was in and out when I got there and I'm loving my 2022 super duty

I did not buy anything at the dealership. However, I had car trouble and James, the manager, stayed very late, allowing me to wait in the parking lot for a tow truck so I was safe. He went above and beyond! I can t thank him enough for his kindness. That s what good wonderful people and service is!!

Have recently purchased a vehicle from here. Performed all my own maintenance on my vehicles for last 20 years, but no longer have the time or desire. Been looking for a dealership to start a relationship with that I can trust. Karl Klement has since done several services on my new truck as well as a fairly involved wreck repair. Their collision center was a pleasure to work with and had the truck fixed like new. Had a issue with a recent service visit on my old truck. Had to bring it back to their service department. They not only resolved the issue but went far above and beyond what was expected. Karl Klement has earned my business I we will be buying my wife's next vehicle here.

Summary - Fair Price. Great Work. No Shady Business. Great people.They did a wonderful job on getting the truck repaired the first time after trying two other locations. The car delivery is a must plus the car gets cleaned well. I did have to reach out to get answers of current status but this is probably due to me not being a patient person. When I did reach out I got an quick response and they did not mind me challenging them by asking Why and instead explained further. I worked with Haley and will say she would be the reason to bring the truck back since it was the best service we have had. (Never talked to techs directly but didn t have any reason too)

My vehicle was fixed in the timeframe mentioned. I'll start with that.Somewhere along the lines, customer service has gone downhill at the Ford dealerships I have been to. This time, I came in for a warranty claim. I had a few issues I wanted checked out at once. One of the issues, truck fan was running hard when sitting, I had to ask the guy 3 times to write it down before demanding he write it down bc "if he couldn't replicate it then there was nothing he could do." I'm the customer, write it down and tell me that after you try to replicate it.There were other not so pleasant interactions throughout the exchange and even on the day of pickup, when I payed more than $800 over my deductible (bc apparently the warranty covered labor, but not enough labor foe their rates) I was greeted with, "we are NEVER accepting your warranty company again bc it takes too long to get paid." How is that MY problem?Sorry, but I'm not one to be made to feel bad about bringing you thousands of dollars of work that I already know I'm overpaying for by bringing to the dealership. I wasn't happy about paying over my deductible but I did (btw, that $800 over deductible was the negotiated down labor rate)Either way, if one of my guys treated customers (who were not looking to cause any problems) like he was the entitle one and not the customer then he wouldn't be my guy. I know for certain, this guy will never be used by me again thoughI will reiterate tho, Karl klement Ford got the vehicle in faster than other dealerships in the metroplex could have so that is the silver lining.

Extremely satisfied with their service and customer service. Had Oil Change, Lube, Tire Rotation and vehicle checkup done. Used their Pickup and Delivery service which was phenomenal. Everyone was pleasant to work with and they kept us updated about service work being done as well as pickup and delivery status. Will definitely use that service and their shop for future work.

The collision department is better than anyone around. The parts took a long time to come in because of supply and demand but hey got it fixed up as soon as the right parts came in

UPDATE: 4 stars down to 1 - this review is ONLY about the service dept. I have experience with sales to speak of.Decatur Ford service started out strong when. I first began receiving service for my truck. After the 6th 10,000 mile service, here are the take aways-1. they are very nice2. Seldom do they complete the tasks they agree to - claiming they forgot despite it being written on the service order.3. Fail to put parts needed for access completely back together after service4. Parts break that simply shouldn t, they claim ignorance.5. They replace expendables despite not needing [and being told NOT too] and charge stupid amounts in labor. Filter change (not needed - charged $36 in labor for what they already had to check during the service call) - this happened multiple times6. Gas lighting on repairs that the truck itself stated it needed.7. When you bring issues up to service; they never fix it - never reimburse for their mistakes - they simply ignore your calls and surveysIf you need service, drive the extra 30 miles to anywhere else - at least then you ll get what you deserve - which isn t small town kind people who pretend to be your neighbor only to steal your money then act like your too stupid to realize it. /first experience below/ Lately my experiences at ford in general has been very poor - but took my power boost in for its first 10,000 mile service and it was a pleasant experience (despite not completing the recall and trans flash as requested) - I ll give y all another shot

*Updated:My experience with Karl Klement Ford started off on the wrong foot but Derek and his team went out of their way to mend that first encounter.Honestly, if you're looking for dealership that knows how to put the customer first Karl Klement Ford is it. James was my main point of contact once I arrived at the dealership and he really is top notch. From the time I arrived to the time I left the lot, my experience was outstanding! Will definitely buy from them again.

These folks do it right! I called the New Sales Manager, Todd Counts, about the availability of a 2023 F150 King Ranch, only to find out it had been sold earlier in the day. We talked about other inventory, but they really didn t fit my needs. Mr. Counts offered up locating the truck I was looking for and transferring it in and we agreed on the price. No haggling and no back and forth. The next day he called to tell me my new truck was on the way from the other dealership. At this point Sales Rep, James Statham, stepped in the help with the details. James is my type of guy .down to earth and tells it like he sees it. I was kept in the loop and made an appointment to take delivery. When reviewing the window sticker the VIN looked familiar. Yep, this was the same truck the other dealer in the area had already priced to me .only, the price Todd and I agreed to was $5,600 less. F&I was a breeze with no hitches. James spent time going over the finer nuances of the truck and the final inspection. Coming from an auto background early in my career, including owning a used auto dealership at one point, I recognize an approach that is customer oriented and one that is dealership oriented. This is a customer oriented dealership and you can feel it the minute you talk with them and walk into their dealership. Todd, James, kudos for the professionalism, honestly, and transparency. From one salesperson to another....job well done gentlemen!

Worst example of customer service follow through I have experienced. Sales representative ended up never calling me back just went silent, managers didn't answer their voice mails. Simple addition of bedliner to truck I purchased took 6 weeks and 20 plus text and phone calls. Never once were they proactive in reaching out to tell me what was going on. Needless to say, good luck but you will not have a return customer. Sad to say, I do actually think you don't care.

Very disappointed with service. They definitely don t care about helping their customers. I was left in the dark for most of my experience and it seemed like they didn t care about my situation or try to get it resolved in a timely matter. I would for sure recommend going anywhere else. I know I will never go there again, and any future ford purchase will definitely be somewhere else.

I have a 10 year old Ford Mustang. I went in for an oil change. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, checked my alignment and brakes and washed my car. As a female, I dont check the brakes and alignment as needed and I feel very grateful the Ford guys have my back. Two thumbs up!!

My dad and I bought a couple trucks up there a few years ago. Couldn't have made it any easier. James Statham helped find what we needed and communicated with our banker to make it possible. Hopefully I'll be back in the next year to buy another new truck.
