Had some Continetals were no good on 450 Ford. Karl Clements Ford wouldn't help. The Decatur Store manager called the tire company and sent pictures to help me.Really appreciate it.

We called ahead to check in in advance, were quoted a price comparable to our last tires, and our van was in the bay within minutes of arriving. We're on a road trip back home to Houston and wanted a seamless experience with our family of 4 plus the family dog along for the ride and we got it. Kudos to Riley, Cameron, and their crew for getting us back on the road with as little pain as possible! Discount Tire is our go-to for tires and we definitely weren't disappointed.

I needed a wheel rebalanced and stopped in to see if they could get it done quickly. Cameron assisted me at the counter and told me he had 7 cars ahead of me. I told him I would come back at a later time as I had to work in a couple hours. He then said we could schedule an appointment to cut the time down. I told him I would do so online. He then asked me for my keys and said he would personally pull my truck in and balance the wheel while I waited. I was content with coming back and understood they had others ahead of me, however, Cameron took it upon himself to go above and beyond. He recognized an opportunity to show why Discount Tire is a great place to do business. He restored some of my faith that businesses still care about their customers. Discount Tire found a good one when they hired Cameron! Thanks for the great customer service!

Went in to get my tires rotated, was told I didn't need it. Every other Discount I went to after this did a rotation without any issue. Went in another time to buy two tires, wouldn't sell me any unless I bought a set of four. Tried another Discount Tire, sold me two tires no problem. Took a tractor tire in, had confirmation over the phone that they could set the bead and air it up. I get there and they tell me the tire is old, and I need a new one. I tell them to bead it up anyway, they refuse. I take all of my business now to Decatur Tire, they are first class all the way. They got my tractor tire on and seated well, told me the tire has plenty of life left in it. I will be taking my business to Decatur Tire from now on, and telling my local friends to do the same. Don't waste your time with this place.

Had dropped off some tires and wheels to be mounted and balanced for my roadster. Riley helped me out, super pleasant experience. Very nice young man he was and answered my questions and I know that the wheels will not get scratched up and they will be perfectly balanced when I pick them up.Thanks, DTC and Riley

Have been to this store several times and never one left without some sort of issue. Most recently dropped a tire off for a flat left it for 24 hours and was untouched when I arrived the next day to pick it up. No phone call or anything! I will never return!

This store is fantastic Alec was great he helped me with my TPMS lights had gone haywire. I had just a week ago bought a full set of wheels and tires at another location, apparently that location had broken one of my stems, he had the guys fix it up at no charge. Thanks DIscount in Decatur .

JT took care of me when I went to Discount Tire I have always used Discount Tire they're very fair. However JT had Superior customer service and was very helpful I can't express to everyone how they should use Dicount Tire in Decatur texas and I'm sure they will get the same service that I got from JT it was exceptional and I appreciate that I had to get a tire replaced and it was very quick and with a smile and I wanted to say thank you

Rylan went above and beyond to get me taken care of when we couldn t find the locking lug nut key for my wife s vehicle. Thoroughly impressed with the decatur location and won t be going anywhere else for wheels, tires, or wiper blades. Keep up the great work!

I bought a new Chevy 2500HD Truck and was not satisfied with the wheels. I looked online at what Discount Tire offered and found what I liked. My wife and I went in to purchase the wheels I had selected only to find that XD wheels had discontinued them. So instead of the counterman saying ok, well sorry and we leave he went to a drawer and pulled book out from XD brand wheels and found me some wheels I liked even more. The price was close to the same and they had to order them. I figured at least a week or two to get them in, no it was the next day at 2:00pm and they called and told me. I made a quick appointment and they were installed. I have always had a great experience with this store and I wish I could think of the man who assisted me. He was great. Wheels make the truck look great and they ride with zero vibration. Perfection! They even make my bass boat look great too. Very happy with their service and work performed.

Discount Tire in Decatur saved the day! I found a nail in one of my tires while at Eagles Canyon and needed it fixed to get my car back on track. Riley was a rockstar and helped me out on a busy Saturday morning! He unloaded the wheel from my car and immediately inspected it for nails and other damage. Adam was able to plug the hole, load the wheel back into my car, and I was out of there in no time! Fantastic team and service!

Mr. Riley T. assisted me today. He is one of the nicest people that I have met as far as having people help me in a business. He was very professional and focused his attention directly on helping me and didn t get sidetracked like I see a lot of people do in busy stores. He didn t try any quick sales pitches or any funny sketchy business and he answered every question that I had. I appreciated that he was able to look back at my history and see what tires I normally go with and my purchase history. From now on I will be waiting in line until he is able to assist me.

Got me in first thing in the morning when I called with an emergency flat tire on my trailer that I needed replaced while on my way home to Colorado. Staff were so professional, courteous, pleasant, and efficient! I didn t even have to remind them to fill the trailer tire to max psi, which I always have to do at other tire places. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Riley was so friendly and patient despite dealing with the Fourth of July weekend rush. Actually, all the people working the front room seemed nice! And I m glad it seems Discount Tires is actually properly staffing instead of chronically understaffing like everywhere else seems to be. I d definitely come back!

Absolutely awesome! We're on a tight budget right now, and they were very willing to work with me as much as possible. I got my repair done with a shorter wait time than expected, and everyone was friendly and nice. Definitely recommend.

I arrived just before 9AM on Saturday, July 29, 2023, in need of 2 new front tires. Cate said there were 2 Yokohama tires in stock so I paid just over $580 and was told I should be out of there by 11AM. At 11:05 I was informed they no longer had the Yokohama tires I already paid for and they offered a set of 4 tires for an additional roughly $180 more dollars however the tires were bigger than what belong on the vehicle. Then a manager said that I would need to pay roughly $360 more instead of the $180. By this time it was 11:30 and I had wasted 2.5 hours of my day there so I asked for a refund. I will not be back with any of my 4 vehicles to any Discount Tire shop.Just Tires will be my new tire shop as the prices are MUCH more reasonable and they know what tires they have in stock and do not try to bait and switch you.

I have visited the Decatur location multiple times in the past 5 years. The staff is great. As a female, I feel like they treat me with respect unlike some other vehicle maintenance shops. I had an issue with a tire that I had purchased from them but had somehow not put the extra road hazard protection on. I live on a country road and accidents happen; so I always get the extra protection. Even though I had not paid for it on that tire, the staff confirmed that I had put it on other tires I had previously purchased from them and they honored it anyway. So instead of being out $200+ it only cost me $35 to add the coverage to the new tire they gave me. With their excellent customer service and free tire patches, they have continued to maintain a satisfied customer. AJ at the front desk and Chris, the manager, both treated me with respect and were very friendly and helpful.

Place has turned into too much hassle for me. If you need a tire fixed or patched - probably a good go to. If you need custom fittings or tires for special apps, they are just too finicky. Have used them 4 times, and 3 of the 4 have been bad experience. Incorrect balancing, missing parts on $1800 purchase, wrong parts ordered etc.

Possible backdoor shenanigans but still better than Walmart.I went in for a flat repair. I was told I was given a new tire because it was under warranty. They did NOT put on a new tire even tho the paperwork shows they did. Neither did they check my tire pressure after I asked them to. This is my third time going to this discount tire and then only time it wasn't a good experience. I may update my review on my next visit...

Ok I can't tell you how much this place rocks. I came to see if they could possibly fill up my tire and they told me that I would have to replace all 4 tires. I told them that I can't afford to that. So the manager said he feared for my safety and replaced all 4 tires free of cost I can't thank him enough

They were SO helpful. We came in after experiencing a flat on 287. They were so kind and quickly were able to find a replacement tire and got it installed in barely 20 minutes! They gave clear explanations of what the problem was with the tires. I d also come in with a cut from putting on the donut and they offered a bandaid and Neosporin while we were waiting for the vehicle. Highly recommend!
