Grabbed a vehicle from them. Had transmission problems before my first payment was due.They towed the car to a shop for free, but I had to pay $250 out of pocket for repairs.At least they let me extend my payment. Make sure to thoroughly test your cars before purchasing.Overall: I m satisfied but kinda bummed that I had to pay 250.00 for repairs. Even the mechanic at the shop said this should ve been covered.THOROUGHLY test vehicles to know what you re getting.4/5 stars

NEVER AGAIN GOING TO BUY FROM THEM. Bought a car for 9K and they said nothing wrong and after 2 months have bought I had to already replace the battery, all the tires, all spark plugs and then 3 more months later I had to replace the alternator and the whole engine. And even worse there was in my exhaust pipe and I am only getting 9 miles to the highway. It takes 70 dollars to fill up my tank every single time. I love my car but dang a lot of problems. I spent maybe 12K on mechanical bills. I still have but I got the car in October of 2020 and I started having problems in December of 2020.They told me they could not do anything because it is as is warranty. I would have gave them a zero star but I couldn't. I don't recommend anyone to go there even if you desperately need a car.

This dealership has been very good to me and my family. If your honest with them they treat you like family. I ve been with them for almost a year now and can honestly say I have no complaints. they helped me get a discount on windshield wipers for my car when they went out. And have been very understanding when things don t go as planned. I plan on staying with BMG for a long time.

I bought a truck here three years ago and never had any trouble with it. In here today to trade it in and get something else. Great people great place. Jeff is by far best sales man have dealt when buying vehicle. Same guy after buy car as he was when selling it.

(Anyone else notice the owners antagonizing remarks on the bottom of the bad reviews? If he sincerely meant it the customers wouldn t be leaving these reviews)My son traded in his 09 ford for 1,000 on the trade and put 1,000 down on a 2010 Toyota Tundra less than 2 weeks after the purchase date the truck he just signed to pay almost 500 a month on wouldn t start they towed the truck and want him to pay for the repairs when there was clearly something wrong from the start. My son ask to get into a different truck and they said sure if u pay 75% of what you owe on this one off or if you can afford 2 truck payments. I understand as is no warranty but there has got to be some kind of law protecting buyers from scams like this one!!!! Please stay away for this place

I was referred to BMG Auto to see Jeff Rivas by a few people in the Decatur Area. I was looking to buy a car for my young daughter and Jeff showed us the perfect vehicle..a Ford Edge..that had the safety features I wanted for my young daughter. She loved it and was able to get her financed right away, when everywhere else didn't want to talk to us because of no credit history. The follow up service has been great! Daddy's turn next and I will be going back to BMG Auto! Thanks Guys!

I've bought 2 car's from the location is Decatur, the guys up there are awesome, Jeff is my go to sales guy, he will do everything he possibly can to make things work for you, I had a repo and bad credit, I went in with $2500 and walked out with an excellent 2010 Volkswagen GTI. I'm about to be returning for my 3rd time to purchase another car. Will continue to do business with these guy so long as they stay in business!

I bought an 08 Chevy truck from them and I love it. They are very easy to deal with and are willing to work with you if your short on cash. Go talk to Jeremiah he is a good guy who will treat you like a person!

I have been a customer with BMG for about 7 to 8 years now. Have bought two different vehicles through them never missed a payment. Went to try and trade up last week to purchase another truck and was basically given the cold shoulder from Jeff at the Decatur location. We were looking at a 15 Ram and had talked with Bob at their overflow lot. Bob said he couldn't do a deal because Jeff sold me the Titan that i was in right now, said he would send the numbers to Brian the owner and get back with me Monday. So i call Bob on Monday and Bob informs me he passed it all to Jeff. So i call Jeff, someone answers and says Jeff's running errands can he call me back( this was at 330) I say yes give my cell which they already have. Never hear from Jeff untill my wife calls him Tuesday evening. Of course Jeff acts stupid like he knows nothing. So after my wife goes back and forth with him trying to get a deal on the Ram we just say forget it. We have perfect credit with them and they didn't want to lower our interest rate from 18% to atleast 12 or 8. WOW!!! This place cares about one thing and thats taking your money. If you need a car I understand you have limited options because ive been there, but I would strongly advise going to Neighborhood Autos down the street, or Auto Nation Ford in Frisco. Auto Nation will work with you thats where i went and the next day was driving a 2014 Chevy Silverado with a 50000 mile warranty at 12 % interest. Glad I don't have to get bent over a barrel by BMG AUTO ANYMORE!!!!Oh yeah and Jeff is the worst salesman ive ever had to deal with...no joke!

I drove the 04 gmc yukon off the lot in Decatur & on the way home check engine light came on, the back tire had a nail hole that I didn't see so started going flat fast. They didn't have a jack in the trunk only parts to one. Had to go get it fixed first thing the next morning the patch that someone put on was off.Called them to tell them about the check engine light & he acted like he didn't know about it. He sent me to their mechanic & it's going to cost $580 or more for bad converter & evap leak! Then 280 or more for aftermarket converter. Also have to hit the dash board just to get the dash lights to work just to see how fast I'm going. They just wax up the cars &tires just to make their lemons look good! So not happy!Also called for a jack & all I get is I'll go look in the back to see if we have one & call you. Did they call back? Heck no! They sure won't pay to fix it neither! They don't offer to give your money back neither.

Awsome ...these are the best autos we have ever purchased.Were keeping ours.Fast helpful and friendly.Our pu 2004 aki 2005 mothers car ...never a problem.But if there ever is.I will be using BNB again.During our experience with these people and mrs green.And her extreamly curtious team....We hit health issues.Absolutely they works with us.But they knew that we paid like clockwork..as a rule.a trusting relationship.They did help with a few late payments.No one does that these days but these good people did.Of course they called me with reminders.Make no mistake ...they are business people as i am.They wouldnt treat me any different.But knowing our payment history.Which moms was always perfect ...mine was untill dragging along A few month due to unexpected horrific health issues...Well_Heart attacks are no fun ...drop of income to retirement.And the waiting for the chec k s and due date processing-They were very good to us.As good as our vehicles still are.BMG we appreciate you and you are highly recommended.In fact I recommend your services to my sister recently.

Friendly.. Fast... Service been looking for a Good DEAL ON A HONDA PILOT for along time. Low miles dependable Suv , they had a great selection. Most of all awesome staff. Thank you Pat, Jeff.

My sister is buying a van from bmg,af aft one month i have had to start buying her new tires.it is pretty darn scary that BMG is aloud to sale vehicles that are running on bald tires and claiming that they pass inspection.they better be prepared for their bald tires to be taken back to them.

Good cheap cars. You won't be paying an arm and a leg here, but be careful with what you choose. The cars are all sold as is, so if there is a mechanical failure, it is on you. No credit check is required, but you will need a down payment.

Worst service ever, I purchased a car here about two months ago they promised me a smooth running 2007 honda civic si. As I was driving off with it for the first time the clutch gave up... Don't recommend it to anyone stay away these guys are liars!

Are you bored and "got money to blow'. Do You want to get screwed over, someone to lie to you , disrespect you , and even have the partner company that tows your vehicle steal personal items out of your vehicle? If this is you purchase from BMG!I too had a check engine light come on omw home from purchase. No money back. No offer to fix . And the towing company stole my triball hitch that BMG says they would replace at least 4 times between 3 people but never did....... only offer was to return the truck and part ways empty handed. What? 5k down on 8k and I'm supposed to just walk away? .Boy do they have some lies to tell you
