He changed out my Hot water heater on my RV to a tankless Hot Water heater. He couldn t get it to come on after installation. He trouble shot it and found the regulator was bad. I was thinking great another day taking cold showers. But Mr. Billy had one at his shop. Had it fixed within minutes. I can t tell you how much I appreciate him. Very friendly and professional, and it cost me almost half of what Camping World quoted us.

Stayed in Shreveport LA for the night and our slide malfunctioned ... turned out to be a short in the power switch. Billy came out the very next morning and was able to identify the problem and help us get the slide back in gave us all the part information and data needed so we can get it fixed when we return home. He knows his stuff and we were super impressed with his knowledge and totally appreciated all of his help!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!

SAVED OUR VACATION ! Bought a new travel trailer from a local dealership a month ago. Slide broke on the second use. The dealership that I will not name (but is a major national dealership located in Bossier) basically turned their back on me as soon as I drove off the lot. We had this vacation planned for months. I called B&T on Tuesday. Thursday evening, just in time to leave, I was picking my rv up at the shop - fixed and ready to go! Prices of repair very reasonable considering I was in a bind. Billy was incredible. If it wasn t for him and his dedication to customer service, our vacation plans would have been ruined. If I could give more stars I would!

We brought our new to us used Kodiak toy hauler to B&T RV repair. When I first spoke with Billy he told me he was 3 weeks out on even starting work bc he couldn't get good help. We brought it to him knowing the slide wouldn't work. When he was able to start on it, he communicated with me about the issues he found, what it would cost and how long it would take. Then I asked him to look it over and told him the previous owner had said there had been some minor roof damage that he had repaired. That was not the case.Billy sent me pictures of how bad the roof really was and that it had not been repaired. So now I have a new roof, a new antenna, a new slide and am happy with my trailer. I know that if anything at all goes wrong, I can call Billy and Traci and they will help me.If you need repair work done on your RV, you can not go wrong with this company.

Billy and Traci went above and beyond to accommodate my family while we had a custom axle made and delivered to their RV shop. They stayed in contact with the axle manufacturer, (and Fed-Ex) helping to expedite the whole process. During this experience they treated us like family, making sure our needs as a full time rv family, with young children, were met, while we were stationary. We not only received excellent and professional service from Billy and Traci, but we made new friends.

These guys ROCK! They went above and beyond for us. Right when Billy was diagnosing our problem, I received a phone call that my dad had a heart attack and not doing well at all and I needed to get back to Missouri as quick as I can. Traci ordered our part right then and there. Had it shipped overnight,arranged to meet the UPS driver out on hwy to get the part earlier, came back to our campsite,installed new jack,and we are on our way.THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH! Not only are these two professionals they have compassion in thier hearts.

Breaks on our airstream weren t working and Billy and his wife came to the rest area we stopped at. He worked through the wind and rain to figure out what was going on. Ended up being a break actuator that needed replaced. He called around and found a RV park for us and even make calls just to check in on us while we were waiting for the new part to come in. Once it was all fixed and we were on our way back home he called just to check on us and make sure everything was working out for us.We couldn t have asked for better service. We re moving to Texas this year and we will without a doubt use B&T for all our RV repair needs.

Thank you guys SOOO much on the awesome job you did on our Rv last Dec 2019!You did a top notch job on our Jayco trailer in a very timely manner!( we had some very serious damage to the roof and air conditioner).We had no issues going thru our Canadian insurance company as a result of your professionalism!!( your estimate was bang on!!)Please use us for a reference if need be- you have our number!!;)Larry and Linda from Canada

Needed the hydraulic coach leveling lines replaced on my motorhome and while it took some time to get an appointment he got the job done better than factory and have not had any issues since. Well Done!
