I love the employees! They are so nice and very helpful. And just so everyone knows, since other places have stopped making keys, that's just one of the services they offer. They also will work on your small engine equipment. Can't go wrong by shopping there. Who knows you may find just what you needed. SHOP LOCAL!!

I really like this store. It almost feels like a step back in time, but with modern items to purchase. They also have some items you don't often see. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I brought in my Honda push mower and I really appreciate the honesty of this company! It was going to cost more to fix than the mower was worth.How many companies are this honest anymore??I will recommend and seek them out when I need services again.

I've never been in a business that felt more like home. The way small towns were when we grew up. I've been coming in for about four years and the ladies always have a smile and a friendly word. I took my weed-eater in and although they were busy the mechanic took a quick look and was able to fix it in about 3 min. They are knowledgeable and honest. They could have made me leave it and pay for the time even if the machine was still under warranty. I truly appreciate this company and their attitude towards their customers.

Wow there's nothing like a Western Auto they used to be all over the place back in the 60s 70s I'm glad to steal one in Liberty Texas and Cleveland Texas you need something go to Western Auto and date the people are very helpful very nice whatever you need they don't have it they will order it thank you Western Auto for still being around

Western Auto is one of the very few businesses that actually care about the quality of the products they have on their shelf. I've never bought anything that was trash.. they are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if your looking for QUALITY in product and their employees make you feel very homely. They are the best!

Simply just the best experience walking into Western Auto. Unique items you don't see every day and stocked items for home, landscaping, farm and work that are made of great quality. Friendly folks work here that treat you like family, too.

I always get what I need here usually without having to order it like you have to do a lot these days. I really hate to need something now only to find it takes 5-8 business days to get it. These guys in parts are very knowledgeable about a lot of different things from chain saws to go-carts. For lawn equipment when the big box stores change to winter stock in early July, Western Auto has stock year round. We don't have much of a winter here in Southeast Texas so we really need a store that works like things should, not mindless zombies there for a pay check. Thanks guys

Very friendly down to earth people that go way beyond their job duties to make sure you're satisfied before you leave .not to mention they have two of the best small engine lawn equipment mechanics around over all real great place to go

The prices are high. I wish they would drop the prices around town. This is why small businesses don't last in Dayton. I'd rather drive out of town to get a better deal or order online.

Brought them my mower in three years in a row for same problem. Each time they told me different things to remedy the problem. Talked to owner and told me something altogether new. Said I need to buy stabilizer additive, that they sell. When I asked for some kind of consideration on cost for newest charge he said he would knock 15 off(the cost of additive) 87.00. It wind up costing 89. They might be cool when you're buying somethingBut when it comes to doing right thing. In my opinion wasn't neary enough.

One of the girls in parts was on the phone trying to get Prescriptions refilled with 4 people waiting. The other girl was busy with a customer. The wait shouldn't have been that long
