Somehow they got my review taken down. So I ll becareful with wording. Stay away from them they will take advantage and do a bare minimum job. They charged the insurance company 13k lied to me and told me I would get a discount and keep 2k which they made me give back or they wouldn t work on my car. They kept my car for 6 month. I would drive by the shop during the week and they wouldn t be there not to mention they charge you for storage even though they are barely working. They don t have staff.. it s only Mike and his brother and dad.. they pretty much just bondo and glue according to the dealership that diagnostic on car after they were done.. Do not give them any cash and demand receipts.

Michael and his crew helped repair the passenger side of my Honda CRV after it was T-boned in an accident. After I called, they immediately took my car in and provided an estimate to get started. Michael is very responsive and available any time of day to provide updates. They provide quality work as well. Would take my car back for any other body repairs if needed!

Great work at a great price. Lots of communication along the way. Super quick turnaround and very happy with the finished product. Hard to find a trustworthy body shop that does solid work in short time. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

If I could give you no stars I would . After being in an accident and out of a car for four months received my car in a terrible condition broken radiator and condenser no fluids battery stopped working . Bumper and hood don t fit . and to say gave this man $4000. And when I call the man to fix it he asked for 2000 more.

Mike is a good guy. And he did get the job done. But after three repaints, three weeks, and $2,000 spent, the paint ended up like you see in the picture. It is dripping down the side and I do not trust that if I were to bring it back for a fourth repaint, that he could do it properly.I am now forced to take it elsewhere and pay someone else to fix this.I really didn't want to leave this review but here we are...

I STRONGLY suggest that you try to find any other mechanic before going here.Originally I thought my experience was great, until I found out that the part that was supposed to be replaced, was actually not replaced.When the car was done, there was damage done to parts of the car that weren t damaged before. He says I have to pay more to have it fixed.When I had originally asked for receipts or for proof he would say ma am i have a business, I m not trying to scam you He clearly did not purchase the part the first time I dropped it off. he did send receipts when he finally did buy the parts after the second drop offHis excuse for lying to me about the completed job was that the insurance didn t give enough money for replacing the part that was supposed to be replaced, and there was miscommunication with him and his co-workers and they put the original part back on. But I was told that the job was done this should not happen. It s really funny because he told me it was not safe to drive the car with the original part and he was glad it was fixed.A few weeks later he called me saying that the part was actually on its way and I needed to drop my car off. (I had to go back to him because Insurance and I had already paid him)Then after he had my car, he changed his mind and said he needed to order the part 2 weeks later (because he was waiting on more money from insurance)..There were some issues with insurance, so then he said he was waiting to purchase the part because of that. (Remember he said he initially did place an order for the part and that s why I dropped off the car)He was very unprofessional. He yelled at tHe insurance rep and hung upon us.Every week he d say it would be ready by the weekend. After 6 weeks (not including the 2 weeks he had it initially-when he claimed the work was done)of hearing this, I finally got the car back.He s really good at making up lies and making you feel like everything is your fault. If you want to see text messages or any other proof of this, I d be happy to share. He was definitely trying to take my money from me and had not the littlest of guilt inside him after knowing that he messed up initially.If It were me and I genuinely did just make a mistake, I would have worked extra hard to make sure it was perfect and done asap. There was none of that here.There s so much I can say about this experience. If you want to see/hear more, let me know. I will show you why you should not come here.It is my fault for ever taking my car there, but I m hoping you don t make the same mistakes that I made.

I would highly recommend zaps collision for getting body work done. Mike, the owner, is very friendly and more importantly, transparent. Nothing is worse than not knowing what's going on with your vehicle, but Mike kept me informed through the entire process. The people here are very accommodating. I got into an accident on the way to Dallas. Because I m a college student, I was tight on funds. The man was very kind and worked with me. It was a tremendous help and a big life saver. I highly recommend Zaps and their services.

I had a great experience with Zaps auto repair. I dropped my Nissan Titan off after I damaged the right rear panel. Other body shops wanted to replace the panel, but Mike said he could fix it. Sure enough it was fixed and looks like new. He s super responsive if you need anything and always follows up to see if everything went well. This is pretty much the first time I've ever written a public review, but i HAVE to. If i could ever recommend anything to a stranger on the internet, it would be to N.E.V.E.R take your car here for ANYTHING. And believe me, i hate to make a man lose money, but i can almost promise you that you would be able to fix your car with 0 knowledge better than they can. EVERY place i take my car to, they look at the job that was done and they say, "whoever did this job scammed you." Don't believe me, read the other comments!! To their credit, they will "fix" the problem, but it will be the cheapest way possible, and it W.I.L.L have problems in the future. I can almost guarantee it. They CAN'T paint, will up charge you for things they "found after" etc etc. and you WILL WAIT MONTHS!!! IN MY CASE 15 MONTHS!!! i wish i could leave 0 stars!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!

My front bumper was completely falling off, and I was certain it d have to be replaced. After going to two different places that were not able to help me, I came across this little place. Steven and Michael were both exceptionally accomodating. While waiting, they called me with updates and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. They completely fixed my car without having to replace the bumper, saving me probably hundreds of dollars. On top of that, they estimated that it would take 2 hours to fix, but I got a call from Steven within 40 minutes of leaving that my car was ready. I m so grateful to them for making my whole week!

Very fast and professional service. I contacted Mike and he got me in immediately for some body work. I dropped off Friday afternoon and picked up Saturday afternoon. These guys are great people and for the price there work is pretty decent. Turn around for my vehicle was not so bad. Had some major damage on my front bumper and they had it looking like new. Your not gonna find any other place to do body work on your car for this low and this quality. Thanks Mike!

decent work for the price. had some over spray in some areas of my truck. still waiting on a pin strip and detail to finish my job up. service was done in November and they won't return my calls.

Went to this company after I was involved in a car accident. Since I had to pay out of pocket, they were the cheapest I found and the reviews were good. Little did I know what I was getting myself into! Paid them close to $3000 and received my vehicle not running and pieces screwed together. When I asked for a refund, I was told no so I guess I will have to go the legal route to give it back. Been dealing with this for almost a year and I m out thousands of dollars that I don t have. I am a single mother of 3 and I was without transportation until recently when I had to buy a cash car just to get to work. Please don t let these good reviews fool y all. Lesson I learned: maintain insurance and cheaper is not the best route! Smh!!!Service: Body & Trim

I'm not sure were to start. Paint job was maybe a 2 out of a 10. Wanted cash up front, needed more money for supplies. Rushed the paint job, over spray everywhere. Runs of paint in numerous spots and missed parts of the car with no paint. Did not stand behind his work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. If you subpar work done on your car, if you want to fix your car again this is the place to go and they will take your money and do very poor work. Stay away. I wish I could put up pictures of there so called work.Service: Painting

Never been in an accident and had to deal with body repair and or getting it fixed at someone else s expense. They have made it a wonderful experience and super simple! The good reviews are likely made by the auto body shop themselves hence no pictures from the so called great work... these guys are very shady and will do some horrible work they will put your car back together with sheet metal screws literally please find a professional shop that you sign paperwork for the liability of your vehicle because if you are a woman that knows nothing about cars like me they will definitely take advantage of you like who has the heart to take advantage of someone during these trying times(COVID-19 unemployment etc) talk about no heart. honestly they re from out of town and now here in Dallas texas trying to scam people please find a reputable auto body shop because this isn t it.
