I had the opportunity to work with Mike and Pablo, and it was a wonderful experience. I literally bought my car three hours away from the dealership and they handled everything efficiently and had my purchase complete by the end of the day. Mike even went out of his way to transport the vehicle to me so that it was more convenient. Young Chevrolet is really set apart from all the others because of the way they handle their customer service. It was a great experience and I highly recommend using them!

Ralph was a terrific salesperson! Zero pressure. Clint was excellent in his manager role. Jeremy was also terrific and very personable in finance. Only complaint I have is the non-negotiable dealer add pack that s not exactly inexpensive. But, that s the way the game seems to be played today and the consumer loses. All in, terrific and fast experience. I was in and out in 3 hours. Will give them business again.

I would like take this time acknowledge the team at Young Chevrolet with a Big Thank you. Also a special shout-out to my sales person Mrs.Barbara C at Young Chevrolet. She did an Amazing job she respected my request and had other options (vehicle colors) lined up just in case I changed my mind. Also special Thank you to Sal in finance he did an Amazing job explaining my coverages and other options to explore for additional coverage. He worked his magic with numbers and I came out with a awesome deal on a great vehicle. I can't leave the rest of the team out at Young Chevrolet a Big Thank you to you all. We bought a truck there that I had seen online in late October. In early November, rebates and incentives had changed, but they still honored the price I expected. We were also from out of town and in a hurry to get to a time specific event, and they worked hard to get us through as quickly as possible. The sales and finance process were both very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Young Chevrolet made the entire purchase of my 2024 corvette stingray very easy . I am an out of state buyer and they were very helpful . Alexis was my sales person and he was very good at communicating with me & answering my questions and I had a lot of them since this was my first car purchase ever . Ask for Alexis if you are in the market to buy a car . Ana & Darren in the finance department made the financing part of the purchase super easy . 10/10 would recommend .

Pay close attention to this review: 10/10 HIGHLY recommended. They are honest, made me feel very comfortable (hard to do!).Young Chevrolet is under new and amazing management, so forget the baggage from the past as things have changed! Let me give a shoutout to everyone I dealt with first. Greggory McCoy is the overall GM and a sharp powerhouse of a manager, Bijon is Finance Director (this guy is sharp!), and Barbara (the mother ) of the dealership is a blessing to Young Chevrolet and has a heart of gold they were second to none.In a short amount of time, these gentlemen and staff have turned this place around compared to the prior reputation due to poor management; was a bit spotty to say the least.Due to my prior occupation with negotiations and known for being persistent, the sales staff had their hands full with me. Mr. Eddie Sanchez was the manager of used car sales and was my first point of contact, and Hunter was the Salesman. Hunter specifically was amazing in how he managed my questions, concerns. He s partially why I m blowing up this review.Not ONE TIME during negotiations was I disrespected or felt that I was burdensome, this would have lost the sale.In conclusion, it is my sincerest recommendation that young Chevrolet is where you should buy your vehicle. Their service and parts are of the biggest in the nation and will take care of you till the end of the life of your vehicle. Their customer service is seamless and unconditional.

This was my daughter s first brand new vehicle and our sales agent Barbara was fantastic and took a lot of time going over all of the features of the Chevy Trax Active with her. The finance manager Sergio got our payments where we needed without too much back and forth that normally keeps you in the sales office for hours and Heath or Keith got the agreements put together quickly so we were in and out of his office fast to take home her new car.

We'd been shopping for a 2024 Camaro for several months, and knew exactly what we wanted. Our experience at 3 previous dealerships had been less than stellar, to say the least.When we arrived this afternoon with no appointment, we were greeted by Mamadou, who was welcoming and informative. So refreshing to have a salesman who actually wanted to sell a car. We enjoyed our interaction with him immensely!We then had the pleasure to meet the finance team, and these gentlemen were incredible, and made the whole transaction as painless as possible.We weren't planning on leaving with a new car today, but we definitely came home with one, and we'll be back!

Never traveled so far for a new vehicle. 8 hour drive for the truck they had that I desired.I Did alot of work via text and email until everything was established.Ken, in management, Jacqueline in sales along with David from finance were all super at working on this deal.Can't thank them enough!! They made my trip down very comfortable and expedient.

Friendly atmosphere! Awesome customer service. Eagerness to please customer. Hunter, while new to the industry is very approachable and made me feel at ease. Young Chevy did an amazing job for me!! Best of all it didn t take long. We didn t have to wait all day or anything like that. We went in. Met our sales person (Mr. Diop) picked what we wanted. Filled out the application. We wanted a certain # & about 10 minutes later we got that # & off we go to financing & home with our new vehicle. Top Rank place & people.

I have been to three different Chevy service dealerships around the Metro I normally tend to go to the one in Grand Prairie just because they never let me down but I wanted somewhere closer to home. After going to the one in Richardson going to another service team had me a little sketchy. This service department exceeded my expectations, I wish I remembered the name of the lady who first checked me in 2/24 early morning the experience started from there she was exceptional. I say she was because she had a smile she was quick and thorough. While waiting she came out and informed me of what was found in the check gave me some insight on how to proceed and what was needed on my end for them to help me from their end. I have no complaints but these guys mostly the lady who is the face in the morning deserve to be bragged on GREAT JOB guys no wonder you are ranked #2 cheers to making #1 soon!!!

After speaking with a saleswoman over text I was ready to never return to young Chevrolet. My husbands family and I have used young Chevrolet for over 20 years and were always pleased with our experience, but the complete unprofessionalism from this individual almost ruined that. However, we decided to try to come in person. Xavier went above and beyond to help us. I purchased my previous Equinox here in 2022 and hated to lose it recently. Because of Xavier, the sales manager, and the financing manager I would once again recommend everyone to young Chevrolet. I would just advise them to steer clear of young woman i previous spoke with to avoid the disrespect. Xavier on the other hand deserves so much praise for his customer service skills, kindness, and willingness to help.

Had a great experience here and it all started with my salesman Angel. As he transitioned from being a mechanic/tech to working a sales position, he truly knows his stuff.Angel explained everything about the car in great detail to make me more informed overall and confident about my purchase. I ve done the dealership process many times and it can be a pain. But because of Angel s great communication and assistance throughout the process it was truly a breeze. Highly recommend you choose Angel as your salesman if you want to purchase a car at Young Chevrolet.

I would like to commend Mr. Frankie Espinosa for his excellent customer service. Frankie was responsive to all of my questions and concerns, and I was able to complete this purchase in less than 3 hours. Additionally, He set up an appointment with the service department in order to remove certain aftermarket items from my truck for the new purchase. He should be commended for a job well done. called In to ask about two parts and talked to this guy Chuck, I told him that I was going to arrive 5 min before they close because I was coming from a distance and asked if he was kind enough to get the parts ready for me so I wouldn t hold them up. HE LAUGHED AND SAID YEAH THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, and said if you make or NOT will be closed and my warehouse people will be gone by then.KEEP IM MIND I TOLD HIM I WOULD ARRIVE 5 min before closing time.I came in and the guy didn t do it after all! Such a disappointing experience!

I had a terrible experience at Young Chevrolet Again. My car key button to lock and unlocked the door had worn out. I went to the Chevrolet parts at Young Chevrolet and I was the key could be made, but they suggested that I get the key made at the service department because they would program it as well.When I got to Young Chevrolet service department and showed them my key where there was two holes in it. I said I need to get a replacement key made, the guy immediately said, we cannot make you a key unless you have two keys. I asked him to speak to the Service Manager who's name was CODY PASZTOR and he said we have to have two keys before we can make a replacement key. I expressed my frustration and he said "IF OUR SERVICE IS SO BAD, WHY DO YOU KEEP COMING BACK" of course my response was"BECAUSE I PURCHASED MY CAR HERE." Then he called the Parts Department and they told him I could buy a replacement key without having two keys. Clay Cooley needs to do something about this because if a service manager doesn't know how to make a replacement key, or if he can make it, he shouldn't be in that job. I suggest that he racist and disrespectful just didn't want to service a Black Woman. I will never buy another car from Young Chevrolet. I have had several problems with them, I always express to management but nothing is done because the management is doing it. The Owner should do something about it. He said he would have to call the manufacturer to see if he could make me a key. Why, surly he would not say that to a man.

Brought inmy 2024 GMC for its first service. The service writer Kolvin to exceptional care of me and my truck. While he is new, he did not hesitate to ask questions for me, regarding service. I purchased a car in January and I had never felt so discriminated.They first made us wait about 20 min for the sales person to arrived and after The finance guy Jeremy treated us poorly in all honesty he acted very racist towards us from the beginning, his attitude with my mom and friends and myself was horrible. He does not need to know why or how 2 Mexican ladies carry more than 20k or how we got it THATS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. I do not tolerate people like him to treat me or anyone this way, they service crew were also not so nice. I ve never had an experience like this in any other dealership.

Brad is genuine and excellent. I saw a car I liked and same day purchased it. Brad s service, genuine care and attention to detail really stood out. Now we have a family vehicle that fits our needs in the budget we were looking for. Pablo in finance is also a hoot! Made this experience as fun and least painful as possible.
