Don't use their body shop. Today I am ending a 20 year relationship with this dealership over terrible customer service. They held my car for almost 2 weeks after it was repaired and they received the initial payment while waiting for a supplemental check that had already been issued. Apparently scammers have been canceling the check with their insurance and having it reissued so to punish their customers with a long standing record of payment. When I picked my car up I had to wait for the car, as they needed to rewash it because it sat ready for so long. I hope the 700.00.was worth it.

This is to the personal body shop. I took my truck to get fixed because a tree fell on it, but unfortunately they took about 4 months to fix my truck and the only thing they did was too put bando and it s oversprayed with a lot of scratches and the scratches that it had looked like they painted them with a thin paint brush just to cover them up and with that some of the truck parts got lost like , the battery cover, the top of the wipers and they left the interior of the truck with paint which I cannot take or clean off. Another thing that also was bad was the back top and they never put it when they were the ones that were supposed to install it. Every body repair, scratched were only cover with no effort at all almost like they were just trying to get it off the shop. After I washed my truck it was as if I never took it there and came out the shop looking the same. So basically what I can say is that they stole my money. The protect manager who did the service is Saul. After he dint want to keep working on the truck he let the manager of his to continue and his name was Abraham which one another cover for each other and don t do the job properly and profesionally. In my point of view I do not recommend this place don t take your trucks

Was a wonderful experience. Actually probably the best service I've ever received at any service center ever. Everyone was extremely friendly but Jessica Tacker (Service Drive Manager-Dallas) went above and beyond! She is absolutely the best!! She had everything ready and waiting as we arrived. Best service experience ever!

I took my prized 50th Anniversary Camaro to this dealership ONE time after moving closer for it's annual service (low mileage vehicle) and since that time I have had to block phone numbers, email addresses, and unsubscribe from multiple services that continually reach out for various items (recalls when the NHTSA shows none, upcoming service that is NOT due, etc.). I have asked multiple times to be removed and not contacted again in the future to no avail. This doesn't even mention the time that was spent during the service at the dealership, the upsell at that time, and the lack of vehicle washing like others in the waiting room got. I will not be returning and I recommend if you like peace and quiet (via text & email) to not use Young.

Purchase a truck, found out at delivery the Nav system that was supposed to be working wasn't. So far it has been 3 1/2 mo waiting on a communication cable. Absolutely no communication from service department except when I call. The GM promised to reimburse $165 of expenses so had to pay after the office screwed up the license plate. Even though I gave Justin the receipt and followed up still no check a month and half later. They said they replaced all of the managers due to complaints but seems like all of the complaints were accurate.

Great experience! Alex was phenomenal at making sure everything with my vehicle was taken care of and updated me regularly. His service manager Josh was also amazing and helped me out a lot! Highly recommend!

I bought my car at Young Chevrolet on April 1, 2022. I thought buying the car from this dealership was the hardest part because of an extra 10K in fees added onto the car (nitrogen air, reconditioning, window tint which wasn t even on my car, door edge and handle guards, and connected and protected), which I had to fight for hours to get taken off. The salesman refused to help me unless I sign next to an X he wrote on a document stating I will put (x) amount down before even getting me the pricing. I left because of how rude the salesman was, and the manager called the next day willing to take over the deal. Even through this, it turns out getting the car serviced was the hardest part. My car was in and out of the shop nonstop for recalls, transmission, gear shift issues, fuel injector, electric, battery, and more. It almost feels seems like they sold me a lemon. When I brought my car in, they assured the issue was fixed, but when pulling off the lot, the issue was immediately present. Each time, they had my car for an extended period of time (weeks to over a month), and at some points there was no communication between me and my advisor Michael. He just would not text me back. I was out of a car at one point for over a month, and was not even given a loaner because they are a scarce commodity. In the end, Josh the Service Manager helped me, which made a difference. Unfortunately, with the previous experiences I had with Young Chevrolet through the year, it was far past repair. I bought a new car, and I am so excited that Young Chevrolet is a thing of the past.

Great service the wait time wasn t terrible typical wait time for an oil change 30 minutes to an hour. Would definitely have my car serviced again at Young Chevrolet.

This review is for the body shop.I was involved in an accident and my car needed some esthetic repairs. I chose to use Young Chevrolet at the recommendation of my car dealership.The person that took care of my estimate approvals and all the details related to the repair was David Vasquez.Mr. Vasquez did a great job and I would highly recommend him. The repairs are great and the car looks like new. He communicated throughout the repair process and all paperwork approvals went smoothly.Overall I am happy for choosing Young Chevrolet body shop.

Stay away from this place, they will keep your vehicle for days and have nothing done to it no point of dropping it off just so it can sit in their shop for days. I dropped off my truck 2 times for a week each time and was told they found nothing wrong with it. When it is obvious that it makes a noise from the suspension.

Scheduled an appointment for a factory recall on my car. I have avoided getting it done for over a year because of not wanting to sit and wait. I was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute procedure and finally decided to do it. It was 3 hours and I had to sit and wait. No rental available. I'll never come here for service again. Don't make wait so you can get paid mechanic work hours. Took up my whole off day.

Worst place to ever take your car for other than an oil change. Needed a diagnostic run, took more than 6 days. They tried to say the computer didn't like a Bosch part, wanted to charge $1000.00 to replace a part that takes less than 15 minutes, a 5 year old could change it with adult supervision.

Stay away from this place. If I could, I would rate 0 stars. My sister took her car here for an oil change. A little after a month, her car notifed her an oil change was needed. I helped her check the oil level and turns out the oil change was NEVER done. The engine was running on almost no oil. We have pictures to prove this and it was also confirmed by a separate oil change shop she took her car to after she got the notifcation on her car. Her husband called to request a refund for the service that was never completed and the service manager straight up said they did nothing wrong and they would not refund anything. They told him he could take her car back in and they would check the issue but for a fee. Unbelievable lack of accountability. Needless to say, she will not be going back there and neither will I. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this place.

Appointment time 10AM on 5.06. Dropped off vehicle at 0943AM. Just checked status of vehicle and just now starting service at 1146AM. Almost 2 hours after scheduled appointment time. Unacceptable service level. No one communicated anything while in waiting room area until I went and asked associate. Purchased service plan when I purchased the vehicle here and this does not make me want to give future business let alone purchase vehicle here again. Plenty of choices. Just very disappointed that my time was devalued especially for such simple service requests. Oil change and inspection that most anywhere else takes 30 minutes to maybe an hour. Disappointed in this level of service especially when there are so many choices elsewhere.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Completely incompetent service staff. I have a Silverado with the baby deisel. Some of the dealers have had a hard time getting the oil for the engine, so I was specific with what I had and needed when I scheduled the appointment with the young woman on the phone. When I arrived at the dealer for the appointment (30 minutes one way) for the service rep to turn me away because they were out of the oil.To make matters even stupider, when I asked him why was the appointment scheduled when I was explicit with what I had. He asked me who I talked to and I told him I didn't catch the young woman's name. He just looked at me and said there's your problem.

My air conditioner went out in my new 2022 Chevy trax. I have had the car for 4 months old and it only had 5 miles on it. First they finally gave me a loaner after a week of having my car, which is a complete run around. The customer service is horrible service center never answer the phone and when they do they won t give you a direct answer. First the air compressor was out then they had to order an extender block now it s the condenser with GM don t have so now it has to come from out of state and they can t tell me when then the loaner broke down on me. They said I was upside down 12k on my new car and it would cost 7k down payment for a 2018 car. Their service is horrible and they could care less that they sold you a lemon and expect you to stay in the lemonService: Air conditioning

Once again another disappointment.. Took my car to change batteries. Now my auto start does not work my hazard lights do not work.. When I call to tell them I have discovered this is what's happening they want to charge me. They're not taking responsibility nor do they care.. How do I know they didn't do something to my car. When my car is running my hazard lights is working. When my car is off my hazard light and my auto start no longer work. It was working before we changed the batteries. Unfortunately I have no proof. What is happening to this dealership this honesty watch out

Brought in a work van from 2019. The ac would cut off. Was told it was the fan cultch and was charged 900 bucks to replaced it. They had the truck for a week. Got it back and still had the same issues. They told me the second time it was the control panel. But I had already replaced that. Turns out it was the ac low pressure switch. Part only cost 30 dollars. They don t know car ac work that s for sure

Horrible service !!! they had my car for almost 9 months and they say they cant fix it. They have given me all the excuses you can think of. Do not take your car there this place is a joke.

They haven't returned any of my calls pertaining to my car that they have for warranty ac work and it's been a week and half and still no one has called me back. Do not go here they say they are understaff but who isn't these days
