I had an excellent experience at WOW Automotive. I was in need of replacing my ignition coils and spark plugs on my 2016 Mercedes E350 and the team at WOW Automotive did such a great job. They were very timely, professional, and much better priced than what I would have paid at a Mercedes dealership. The team boasts 16+ years of experience working on European vehicles and I couldn t be happier with the results. Thank you WOW Automotive!

This shop is easily the best in Dallas for European cars. They know what their doing, and have a cheeper price then the dealerships with a quick turnaround time. These guys took my Audi S3 to a much higher level of performance!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The communication was excellent, making the entire process, easy and stress-free. Not only did they recommend a great towing company, but also went above and beyond by cleaning my car before I picked it up. This was particularly appreciated, considering my car had suffered significant damage in the freak, accident, leaving it without one of the lights, a damaged bumper, and a severely impacted engine. The attention to detail and the added effort exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Just WOW! Very pleased with the service. It's always challenging to find a good mechanic shop. Have decided to take their promotion after positive reviews on FB. They diagnosed issues my car had and repair in timing manner.I would definitely recommend WoW Auto for their service with responsible and knowledgeable mechanics, easy to communicate, fast responds and good prices.

My husband has been trying to get his tires off for a week now and no one has been able to do it until now ! This place was welcoming , had very great hospitality, and was still able to take the wheel lock off after the other places shattered it ! I would recommend this place to anyone ! The service provided was excellent. The team was polite and professional throughout. They identified a significant hidden issue with my car, proposed a solution, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I appreciate their attention to detail and the thoroughness with which they addressed the problem, ensuring it was fixed properly and not just superficially.They use certified parts and provide a warranty on their work.Additionally, they worked on a broken ignition key, replacing it with a certified part without leaving any indication that the panel had been removed and replaced. Highly recommend their courteous and professional service.

Suddenly check engine showed up on a board computer. Contacted this garage and got such an excellent service: they detected the problem, it turned out to be a water pump + thermostat, and strongly recommended to replace which I did. Considering design features of my auto, mechanics were accomplished within 5 hours and I took the car next day. And most importantly, it was affordable.Excellent service, customer is happy

I m running Chevy Tahoe 2008, and unexpectedly the engine started getting rough on idle, it was permanently shaking, the RPM jumping from 400 to 800, and all of these symptoms were accompanied by the terrible knocking noise. The truck was not drivable at all.I was frustrated, as it s the only car in the family.When I called WOW Automotive and explained my case, they asked to bring the car for the diagnostics asap despite the fact it was the end of the working day (around 5 pm).To cut a long story short, they managed to allocate the root cause shortly - spark plugs were worn out due to their quality (though I changed them 6 months ago), and fixed the truck by the next morning - no more rough idle/shaking/annoying check engine lights.The proposed price for the new iridium spark plugs and the labour was reasonable, so I agreed without any hesitation.And, an icing on the cake, while the WOW Automotive folks were test driving the truck, they found another issue - a knocking/tremor in the transmission when switching to higher gear.(Actually, I knew about the problem, but it did not bother me). It was turned out there was a lack of the transmission fluid - 1,5 qt (the previous auto shop probably forgot to add enough fluid). I m sure the guys saved me thousand of dollars on the transmission module.I highly appreciate the customer service and result received. Especially grateful for Alexei and Vitaliy, they are amazing professionals of their business.I ve been in Texas for two years now, and I ve finally found the automotive shop I can trust with mu truck! Very fast and super high quality service .My Mercedes is 2023 and it was important for me to do car maintenance only with original parts, the guys coped with this task 1000%.Many service stations could not help me and sent me to a Mercedes center, but here they did everything for me at the best prices, with a guarantee and original auto parts .I sincerely recommend these guys to everyone and I myself will only bring my Mercedes to them for service .

I don t usually leave reviews, but in this case, I simply can t skip it! WOW Automative did an awesome job fixing my Alfa Romeo Stelvio 2022! I called them on Saturday afternoon, asking for the estimate, and they agreed to meet me right away. On Monday, they already took my car in their shop, met with my appraiser, dealt with my insurance, resolving all issues in an urgent and timely manner. They fixed my car in two weeks and returned my baby all clean and shiny!!! Most importantly, the customer service they provided was exceptional!!! They called me every other day, providing the progress and current status of the repairs. If you ask me, would I recommend WOW Automative, I say YES, YES, and YES! Highly recommend!!!

I would recommend these guys. They are very professional. I had a parking cable issue. BMW service claimed to replace it. But these guys have solved a problem quickly. Fixed it without a replacement.

I had multiple works done at this shop. First it was breaks. Guys did an excellent job and finished in promised time. Some time later, when my BMW was having a different issue, they quickly identified what was needed and fixed it in a short timeframe, accommodating my schedule. I was pleased with the detailed explanation and customer service. Definitely will be back there with all my future car repair needs.

I am the owner of a limo bus company, and one of my buses has been having constant thick, black smoke coming out of the exhaust. I contacted WOW Automotive with this problem and received exceptional service! In 3 days, Valery and Alexey found and eliminated the main cause, as well as the mistakes of all the previous mechanics who were hired by the previous owner of the bus. Easy to deal with. I called them and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival they quickly performed all the necessary routine operations over my Honda CR-V - changed the oil and filters, checked the brakes, and resolved my minor concerns over the vehicle. The price looks reasonable as well.

it's absolutely wonderful, I'm so glad I bought my first car here. They were attentive and kind to me. A friend recommended me and I called. From the first dialogue, it became clear to me that they are serious about the quality of their work. and oh yes I was heard and understood correctly. and lo and behold, just the 2nd call and we already approve the car I need. the third call was the most pleasant with the words the car is ready, you can pick it up. I did not waste a single nerve making such an important purchase in a new country, everything went quickly and without my in-depth participation. and it's so good to stay calm that I won't be deceived. (I saw before my own eyes how my friend bought a car from these guys just as easily and without anxiety

Awesome, honest, and quick service.We initially took them our 2017 G550 Mercedes (G Wagon) I was quoted very high by my local mechanic. I took it to Wow Automotive based off finding a certified shop in the area. They were very appropriate with the price and with the work. (SAVED ME MORE THAN 50%!)We ended up taking them our 2016 BMW i8 because we were impressed with the service!One of my employees also took his BMW 3 series because he was very interested in their work.I m waiting on them to let us know the BMW i8 is ready, and plan on dropping off a 1974 Volkswagen Super Beetle that Alex and his team are planning on restoring for us.And I am also taking them my personal 535i Xdrive F10 for some mods and work as well. The team is honest, quick, and efficient.Don t waste your time looking for another shop, I deal with mechanic shops all over DFW and this is the ONLY shop I will take any foreign, German, Japanese, or anything of such to going forward.This is a real review, from a a real customer, that plans on bringing continuous work when needed. I will send all my family and friends over!
