A/c was broken and Mr. Williams did a diagnostic and was able to diagnose and solve the issue for way less than what I would have payed anywhere else. He didn t try to price gauge or talk me into spending more unnecessary money. He did great work and was an honest man. He even stayed later than usual to get the job done because he promised he would! I will definitely be going back for anything else I should need. 10/10 recommend.Service: A/C installation & repair

Dont do it! I took them to court and won and stell have not gotten my refund! They are not to be trusted. It's always one lie behind one! They are shade tree mechanics. They are 2 peas in a pot. That's why people's have a hard time doing business with our black own business. I will stell support black own business, but it will be after I have done my research

Took my car my car here for a repair on a Saturday. Tim assured me he diagnosed the problem and would fix it that coming week. At the time he required a cash deposit which I paid. I came back Tuesday for the repair, I was there from 10am-3pm got the car back and still had the same problem!! And on top of that he required I pay everything cash. Came back Saturday and have been here a full day and still waiting. At this point I just want a refund so I can get the car fixed. **UPDATE** He still has my car and is now requesting me to reimburse him because he took the car to a dealership and told him what the issue was.

Tim had my car for a month and a half took my money, and kept lying that he was waiting on a part. He said that he was gonna give my money back since he never fixed my car but now he s dodging my calls and ignoring my texts. He is not a professional and I would not take my bike to Tim to fix a flat. I do know that he lies and takes money from women but don t do any work.

Scew over for womenI went to get a diagnostic of my car to tell me what's all wrong with the car I needed a print out to take to my mechanic they pulled it in without putting it on the computer to see what the problem was and they said the charge would be $50.00 for a diagnostic test but they told me it's the Wilburn on the the right front to be replaced for $202.00Without giving me a diagnostic print out so he said if I let them put it on they would knock $50.00 off the price but I didn't see a difference in the amount but I never got a print out and he only pushed the reset on the light gauges that's still popping up so did they even put a new wheelburn on my car I'll never knowThe lights showlow abs attractionCheck stabilityService light etc.But I asked for a diagnostic test print out

The OWNER NEEDS TO CONTACT ME TIRED OF PLAYING AND BEING LIED TO. I WAS TOLD FIRST I WOULD GET MY REFUND FOR FIXING THE WRONG THING. I SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES AND THIS IS WHY I WENT HERE INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO MY OWN MECHANIC. THE DRIVING BACK AND FORWARD TO THE SHOP IS GETTING WASTEFUL ..I NEED THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT HAS BEEN DONE AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH ALL THE LIES I HAVE BEEN TOLD. I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER SEVERAL TIMES BUT I ALWAYS GET TOLD A FAKE NAME AND THAT HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THEM DOING THE INCORRECT JOB AND ALL THIS TROUBLE I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH STEADY TRYING TO TALK TO THE MAIN PERSON. BUSINESSES ARE HANDLED BETTER THAN THIS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO. I WAS TOLD I COULD TAKE IT TO THE COURTS IF I WANTED BUT I WANT TO TALK TO THE OWNER BEFORE MAKING THAT MOVE .
