I bought four new tires and the price was reasonable the wait was not to long my issue is the lug nuts I had on my car when I bought factory ones were not put back on the original ones and the valve stem caps were not put back on either my only complaint

Good price but poor work. They didn't screw wheel cap back on correctly, I called and explained everything and he said come up here, we have no problem ordering you a replacement. Once I got up there it was a different story, complete waste of time. He said why are all of the other wheel caps on, I said they are not. I got 2 tires replaced. Both rear tires. One hub cap stayed on but not the other. He obviously didn't screw it on tightly. He went on to say he can't replace after repeatedly walking away from mid conversation. Shady people. Stay away.

I got new tires and tire sensors replaced on my car and then my battery went dead they were very helpful and allowed me to leave my car as I had someone to get me to go to replace my battery AWESOME SERVICE AND HAVE 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON MY SERVICE

I called yesterday for a set of 4 brand new tires, they does not have them in stock but they ordered it and today I went there and yes, they are very responsible, good customer service, affordable prices and great quality products.

He lied to me After I give him all specification of the tire which I needed, he said that he has it, I drove 40 minutes to his location and asked him for that tire, he did not have it and showed another type of tire. I asked him why did you say you have it and I was expecting that he would say sorry to me,He was rude .

Im only leaving 1 star because I couldnt leave 0, Cheap tires are not good tires!! I bought a brand new set for my pickup 5 months ago and they barely have 4 thousand miles on them when one day last week the steering started shaking really bad and ended up having a big bubble form under the tread and almost exploded. I took the tire in (which was an hour drive and they said they couldn't replace the tire unitl their corporate office looked at it to determine if it was a factory defect. 4 days later they say they will replace it for $75, all this company is after is money. They dont care about their customers or their $hitty retread tires.. Dont waste your time with this place, go spend your money at a place that will stand behind their product and honor warrenties. Will never do business or refer biz to this place ever again..

They have great prices but are not willing to fix their mistakes or make up for their wrongs, I bought a set of tires from there and right after started having issues with my tires and tpms sensors. When I drove back to their shop so they could look at the issues the main guy there wanted me to go back another day, apparently they don't have a scan tool for the tpms sensors and have to wait on some guy with a scan tool to come around when he feels like it. I drove back at the exact times the manager told to show up but it just seemed like a waste of time he would tell me that the guy with the scan tool had just left and to go back another day. If your gonna have a tire should atleast invest in the scan tool so you don't waste people's time.

Reuben was awesome change all four tires and warned me my sway bar was bent. Also recommended someone who could look at it. Thank you so much again. Will be bringing my other car here for tires as well. Thanks Again Reuben.

Terrible customer service. Saw a new tire shop open so I wanted to give them a shot plus the prices seemed reasonable. I told them I wanted to replace my front left tire and get a balance. There were 3 cars being serviced when I pulled in so I assumed I'd go after them. I waited for an hour and finally saw the guy who I gave my order to come out and finally finish the car next to me and argue with the man over whether he could keep his old tires. At that point 4 other men came out of the building to see about the discussion. After that argument was over all of the men disappeared back into the building. I waited an additional 5 mins and no one came back out. I have a red car so it's very hard to miss me plus I was right out front. I don't have time to chase after people to take my money. You either want it or you don't. They didn't so I went across the street to Eco Tire Center and was in and out in 20 mins. I definitely won't be returning here ever.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ZERO STARS!!!! I went and bought 4 new tires for my suv , everything was going fine until I drove off their lot and made a u turn. Right across the street in front of the tire shop my truck slammed to the ground and the front driver tire went rolling back to the tire shop! The lug nuts for that tire was NEVER even put back!!!! My truck sustained damage from the impact when it hit the floor. We took the truck to get it looked at to assess the damage and were given a quote of over $2,000.00 that we gave to the manager of the shop! He said he was not paying that money because he said his guy could fix it for $200.00 and that we were adding stuff to it. He also neglected to give us the owners phone number and name! We are now taking legal action to get this issue resolved!This could happen to anyone so DON T waste your time and money at this place. We were lucky my family a I didn t get on the freeway or that anyone including ourselves were injured.By the way we were out of town visiting family. We are actually from Houston!

Workers are great ! Owners not costumer service at all ! And they lied about price once you get there . Price still decent make sure they balance and check tires , they did not do mine.

Verified advertised price on marketplace. Called before I drove over an hour to verify price again. Then when I got there they laughed at me and said that was last months price. Wouldn't look at the dates on my phone that I tried to show. Beware they get you there and Jack up the price

I'm shocked that I didn't come here first! I drove and called different places with no decent tire prices. This place is really right for the money and under great owners. I stay in Desoto but will visit here again

Scammers. They sold me new tires made in 2006 they fell apart in less than a year. They cross threaded two lug nuts. It's a rip off, then they look at you cross when you go back to talk to them about it.

WORSE PLACE EVER PLEASE STAY AWAY I RECENTLY GAVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW TWO WEEKS AGO BUT AFTER PAYING $300 FOR 4 NEW TIRES TOO FIND OUT A WEEK LATER THE TIRES WERENT EXACTLY WHAT CAME OFF VEHICLE TRIED TOO GO BACK NICELY TOO CORRECT PROBLEM WE WAS OUTSIDE TALKING THEN AFTER MORE CUSTOMER WERE THERE THEY LURED ME INSIDE THE BUILDING AND OWNER PUT HIS HANDS ON ME TRYING TOO GET MY RECEIPT AND CELLPHONE OUT MY HAND SO I COULDNT PROCEED WITH FURTHUR ACTIONS ON THEM BECAUSE AT THIS POINT HE KNEW I HAD BEEN RECORDING AND THAT WAS MY ONLY EVIDENCE I CALLED POLICE THEY TOLD THEM THE CAMERAS DIDNT WORK SO I WOULDNT WANT THIS TOO HAPPEN TOO ANYONE ELSE ESPECIALLY A WOMAN I HAD TOO GO TOO HOSPITAL FOR MY HAND AND BRUISES THANK GOD FOR TECHNOLOGY PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE MOE FRED OR OWNER IS NO GOOD.. Horrible experience I would not even give 1 but no other option....I had my tire replaced and they broke my lug nut... while driving to store noticed my car was shaking bad so I got out to see only one of lug nut bolts was missing so I go back and tell them to put back on my lug nut because they did not, so guy says we can't it's broke I'm like ok so who's fixing it. The guy that changed my tire denyed breaking it so I said I want to speak with a manager...the tall bald guy was like no you only had 4 lug nuts not 5 he argued me done I'm like sir how are you going to tell me how many lug nuts I have.. I stood my ground with him then I asked for a refund he said as he's walking away there are no refund...so I leave then I needed another tire due to a nail being in tire like 2 days later which was 6/24 on 6/27 I get home tire all the way flat....I just thank God I got home safely...this place really bad businesses no intergrity, poor service experience I tried to give them benefit of doubt I've been using them for a while but this last incident could have not ended well...I will Neve go back again

Cheapest place to get new tires! I have a 2013 Camaro RS and got both new rear tires mount and balance cheaper than anywhere else I could find and done a great job!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE WENT THERE YESTERDAY FOR 2 USED TIRES, THE GUY WENT TO THE BACK AND GOT 2 TIRES THAT WERE WORSE THAN THE ONES I HAD ON TO BEGIN WITH. I CALLED HIM OUT ON IT AND HE GOT MAD AND REFUSE TO FINISH THE JOB, SO SOMEONE ELSE HAD TO PUT ON THE TIRES ON. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS LOCATION IS CLOSE TO MY HOUSE SO I THOUGHT I GIVE THEM A TRY BUT WiLL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE AND AVOID THIS PLACE
