Finding a trustworthy auto mechanic shop can often be challenging, but my experience with Miguel at WashGuys has been nothing short of exceptional. This company s commitment to transparency, offering a clear breakdown of the necessary repairs and associated costs, was particularly commendable. This approach, focused on what was genuinely required for my car, demonstrated their integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction. There is a quote on my invoices that always stands out to me: Time is Money, We strive to save you Both. And they stand by that quote.I am so pleased to have a great shop in my area to take care of and keep all of my vehicles running smoothly.

The workers who did my state inspection were awesome. It was quick and easy plus they were very nice. I was excited to get my car washed, but whoever was working the booth where you pay was beyond rude. After I was waiting to get my car towel dried, he came over and screamed at me about how I hit my breaks and the car behind me hit me. I didn t touch my breaks until I needed to put my car in drive once the car wash was over. But he said he got it all on video . My question is why was the car behind me so close that a brief touch of my breaks caused us to collide? He was beyond rude to me and said I wasn t paying attention and couldn t hear the car behind me honking . There was zero damage to either car nor did I even feel any car hit me. The damage they said I caused was a small mark on MY car that was already there. Felt like a power trip for this guy to come and yell at me, and him covering for them putting the cars in too close together. I sat there waiting for him to yell at me more or to exchange insurances with the car behind me since I caused such a thing to happen, but he rudely came over and asked if I needed anything else. I never once spoke to the person behind me. Was really excited to find a place to take my car to in the future, and tell others about it, but unfortunately I will not be back due to the rudeness of the car wash worker.

I have been coming here for years to get regular oil changes etc Do not go here they will try to rip you off. Today I went for an oil change and the technician blatantly tried to rip me off and I caught him in a lie. I called him out on his lies and he started squirming and apologizing. I will relay the conversation below.Technician: we noticed your rear suspension is leaking and needs to be replaced.Me: I just had all 4 suspensions replaced in the last month or 2.Technician: No, you may have only had the front suspension replaced. The car is a 2012 and the original rear suspension is on and leaking. They do not last that long and need to be replaced. I will go get a quote real quick.Me: I have the paper work in the car and will confirm all 4 suspensions were replaced recently.Technicians face drops and he starts squirming and mumbles yay check your paper work to make sure.I pull out the paper work from the glove box and show him the shop up the road replaced all 4 struts and full suspensions were replaced a month prior.Me: I show him the paper work then say did they not install 4 suspensions and only did the front two?Technician: No, they replaced all 4.Me: You just said the rear suspension was the original 12 year old suspension and its leaking.Technician: It s hard to tell.Me: So the rear suspensions are new?Technician: YesMe: You said the rear suspension was leaking, did they install it wrong?Technician: NoMe: So the suspension is leaking?Technician: No, it rained yesterday so the moisture is still on there.Me: So, it is not leaking and you just said it was leaking?Technician: Mumbles it is not leaking.Me: You just told me that I had my original 12 year old struts and suspension on the rear tires and they were leaking, now you are saying that is not the case.Technician: Starts mumbling and says well you got it done somewhere else so it wasn't in our system.Me: Oh ok but your own eyes showed you that the rear suspension was old and leaking?Technician: No, I m sorry its hard to tell.Me: Sure, its less then a month old but looks like a 12 year old suspension and leaking so bad needs to be replaced.Technician: I m sorry don't forget your free car wash.Do not go here, it is the stereotypical fraudulent car place trying to trick people into thousands of dollars worth of work not needed.

Great service here with replacing my headlight. I wasn t cheated out being a female at a car place. The guys were very respectful and timely with the replacement. Highly recommend for your headlight replacement needs.

My first time here.. came for an oil change, new wipers and my state inspection. The employees here work fast and are friendly. Prices were fair and service was great.

Went here to get a state inspection and they wouldn t accept my out of state car insurance even though it s full coverage. Mechanics running the place have no idea what s the rules are and didn t care to check when I asked if they were sure about what they thought. Went somewhere else and had no problem

Detail Buff & Wax Nightmare! They burned my paint & ruined my paint by putting swirls in it & even took the clear coat off in some areas. Look at pics, they are horrible! Some areas left the wax on without cleaning & windows not cleaned & scratched the paint where the magnetic door bumper is. I originally just asked for my $375 back & I'd go somewhere else to try & fix all the damage they caused & the manager Arely to my surprise, refused to refund me. I asked to speak to her boss Lewis who's over all of their locations so I called the main office & left msgs with staff for Lewis to call me back to meet me & go over all the damage. I've called every day asking for him to call me & I even told the girls answering the phone that I would file complaints online, bad reviews, & even get my attorney & insurance co involved if he didn't return my call. Its been 7 days & I have yet to hear from him. My Sprinter Limo will have to be repainted now. The crazy thing is Arely said her detail guy had been doing detail for 15 yrs, as if he's a pro & couldn't have caused all the obvious damage.... like... Don't believe my Lying Eyes!!! What a joke!These guys have been washing my exotic cars for 6 months & I spend around $200-$250 a month with them & never had a problem until they detailed this Sprinter, they have ruined our relationship by the way they've treated me. Accepting responsibility is huge for me, mistakes happen & if they had of accepted responsibility & work with me for resolution I would not be writing this.... Be Warned! See pics

Great place for state inspection! Nice waiting area with coffee and popcorn and you get a free car wash with your inspection.

Great lube service (first time typing that phrase, lol) but the following carwash was a bit different. Since the change, I don't think the pretentious folk know you have to STAY IN YOUR CAR for the wash. Two people in front of me just left their BMWs in line, and walked off.Other than that spectacle of human error, great experience.

Went in for a state inspection and synthetic oil change. In and out in 20 mins with a free car wash to go along with it so that was great. $108 for oil change and inspection felt a bit expensive for it though so going to try out a different place the next time

If you are looking for an Oil Change or basic maintenance on your vehicle, stop here! Don t let the area conflict you for being over priced, the prices are right! Frankie & the crew are not only kind but knowledgeable enough to recommend all information as to what to get done on your car that they just don t do at this shop. My review has been over due!

We came here to get our state inspection done and it was an awesome experience! There are free popcorn and drinks in the lobby as well as free Wi-Fi. After you get your inspection done you get a free car wash too! Great experience. I can t wait to come back with our other car.

The guy changing my oil threw away my Costco tire replacement /warranty sticker on my windshield and replaced it with their own oil change sticker.totally different stickers..... That's 800 bucks down the drain.

Today I asked them to change my headlights. When they told me how much it would cost one guy said it would be 120 another guy said it would be 180 and when I got to look at the bill there was a miscellaneous service fee that was for $60. I m not sure what this miscellaneous fee was- they also didn t explain it and just dropped it when I asked. If you re getting service here you should definitely know what you re getting and make sure you check your bill so that you re not overcharged. I love the old place. They gave excellent service and now with the change in ownership I hope that there will be better service in the future. I m not impressed and I probably won t be going back.Service: Oil change

Best place for an oil change or a carwash specially with kids they have a nice room where you can wait they have restrooms all the employees are very nice all the times. When you do an oil change they give you a free carwash the best Is highly recommended El mejor lugar para hacer cambios d aceite o un lavado d auto el personal super amable hablan espa ol yo que siempre ando con los ni os tienen un salon para esperar mientras t hacen el servicio hay ba os y es muy conbeniente con el cambio d aceite dan un lavado d auto gratis en este momento lo recomiendo un 100%
