The auto center open from 7am-7pm it's 7:30am and it's still not open. Finally see people walking inside so I get out my vehicle and walk inside lady asked me do I need any help I say yes trying to get an oil change she said we can't do anything to the manager open up the doors. We're not waiting on the employees to get to work we waiting on a manager to open the doors for business. It's now 7:30am and still not open

I needed to get two tires replaced. Made appointment for 10. Got checked in around 9:45/9:50. Still here has taken almost 2 hours and there s still no end in sight. When I look out there check in progress the guy is just talking in the shop with co workers.Service: TiresService: Tires

I will not be going back to get any service done here. I got the first appointment slot they had. I was told it would only take an hour. No one was there but me!! It took them more than an hour and half. When I checked once the mechanic was just talking to his coworkers. Never again!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Tracy was the best, so kind. I m from out of town, got a flat coming in. Called in the morning to see if my tire warranty covered a flat, it did. And since I called so early and they had no appointments for the day she said she d see me as soon as I could get a tow. She was so nice, remembered me and my call when I pulled up even though it had been a few hours. They got us in and out in under an hour, really made my day after a really rough night getting the flat

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, from the service mechanics to the cashiers. I was in and out in a timely manner. Completed a battery installation and aired my tires.

Hardly every go to this location since it's the most sorriest one in the area. Did not fail to meet my expectations yesterday, either.Went in for oil change at 6 p, hours are supposed to be from 7a to 7p. Was waved out after pulling upI asked a young woman who worked there why they were closing early, she informed that her supervisor was closing early due to an abundance of cars already.I counted 3 total, with one being finished as we spoke. The garage had at least 4 mechanics there, including herself and the sup, all talking and walking aimlessly. They had only one bay opened, the others were closed. Okay.At least the young woman was polite, so I guess she earned the one star rating.

Was hoping to get my battery replaced with the warranty I paid for, due to high call on services on the day I went to get battery replaced , I was unable to get service, and my battery warranty expired the next day and I had to purchase a whole new battery

Very long line was told it would be two and half hours wait when I looked inside the shop it was empty and no one was working on anything so it probably would have taken longer than what the cashier said. I won't be going back anytime soon for them to look at or work on my car.

Somehow they thought another car had my appointment and it took 2.5 hours to get one tire replaced. Once the job was done it was great. People were very nice and apologetic. Prices are super competitive.

Had an emergency flat on the way to work. The young man that helped me was so nice, knowledgeable, and super fast too. The lady that checked me out was very welcoming and really seemed to know her stuff. Even though I was late to work my experience was great and they got me back on the road in no time and the tech even aired up all my tires.

Got a great deal on 4 new tires. Considering its been about a month, I supposed I could leave a 5 star rating. Despite the fact that I had to wait 3 hours 12 mins for complete service. I was serviced by a younger staff who were very knowledgeable, I was actually surprised.

I went there because I had a flat so I had to get a tire, the wait was very long. The two gentleman that help me with my car were very polite and helpful I don't know their names but they were the two tallest guys there in Automotive doing the tires. I would like to thank them very much for being so helpful. My car was a ford explorer so management would probably be able to find their names from the work order. I think the names were Antwan and Anthony.

The website indicates that this department is open at 7am this morning. It is not. When called, they exclaimed that they are 6 days a week and on Sunday it opens at 8am. The website should indicate that. Been here since 6:55. It s 7:55 and I ll update if it opens on time! Should be opened 10-15 minutes ahead of client experience is important to Walmart!Service: Oil change

They were good as always but the oil change before this one was not. They had a couple of youngsters working back there and they didn't place the oil change sticker on the windshield and when I asked about it, they said it was up to date. I showed them that the sticker was old and they insisted that it was new when clearly it wasn't. I would have made a complaint at the time but I was in a hurry.I didn't see these guys here so I'm guessing that they aren't working there anymore. I left that day thinking that they didn't even change my oil. Customers shouldn't feel like that.All in all, I'm still a customer for life with Walmart because I know that one incident doesn't reflect Walmart as a whole.

Brought my car in at 4:55pm for one new tire. It was done at the time I was quoted which was one hour. Car ready at 5:56pm and my name wasnt called until 7:45pm. I asked the guy at register about 6:30pm was my car ready. He looked at some screen and told me no. They must do better at getting customers their vehicles as soon as they are ready. I am so exhausted and upset. Waited almost another 2 hours for nothing. This was wrong on so many levels.

I do know that at times they can take their sweet time at this tire-center but they do a good job. I just don't like the fact that when I ordered tires online I had to pick them up at the Store Pick-Up and then take them to get balanced and installed on the other side of the store. They ended up taking 2.5 hours but of course they had Wi-Fi so I wasn't a big deal. The two associates who helped were very patient and told me every step before they did it.

Do not go here if you don t have hours to wait. I came in at 8a on a Wednesday and was the only car they had. I needed a new set of tires. After shopping In the store to pass time they finally began to change my tires around 9:35a.They didn t finish my car until 10:30 which sucks because for the 1st hour I was the only car and no one had even started to work on my car. I saw a lot of the workers just hanging around fraternizing instead of working. To add the icing on the cake I had my 3yr old with me who now was becoming very cranky. The only good thing I can say is that the guy working the register was kind. Usually I don t write reviews but this was ridiculous. I m not sure if it was just the neighborhood or Walmart as a whole either way I m a very dissatisfied customer. Smh

Horrible customer service!!! We waited for over an hour and a half for a flat tire repair. The mechanic said he couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. I told him we had a slow leak and had 2 air up the tire 3 times. We left and went straight over to Hamm's tire and they found the issue and we bought another tire. Walmart not only lost a sale, they lost a customer too.

Went for an oil change and transmission oil change they changed the oil and didn t put the mileage sticker that wasn t the bad part tho, they didn t change my transmission oil at all and that s the main thing I wanted done! And now there all on lunch brake at 4:00 pm Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had a 9am appt. for 2 new tires installed and got done at 11:15am. Friendly staff but slow service-gave me too much free time to spend money!

Answered all my questions but didnt have the part i needed for my car. I have had my oil changed by the service center at sevetal different walmart supercenters and the experience was almost exactly the same at each, which was positive. I have very little compliants in regards to the auto care centers.

Normally this location is pretty good, but today my oil and filter change took about an hour and a half. Nonetheless, the service associates behind the desk remained calm and professional with a good attitude.

Went here yesterday for new tires. They changed all four in an hour. I was pleased with the service and the cost was very competitive.

Bad service. Was told 3 different things by 3 different people. Call in to make sure they had my parts and was told yes, when I arrived the parts were not there. I was told I had to go and order them from WALMART and have them delivered because they could not do it there. Called to make sure they were there and went in to have the parts installed and they could not finish the job because they did not have the tools. Spoke with a manager and he yold me it was not his problem. Will never go there again!!!!

Negative stars. Waited 15 min outside by my car with one car inside. I was next in line and no one came to check me in. 6 guys out there two were actually working one took a smoking break and the others were standing around talking and laughing. I went inside to check in and a lady said they would check me in outside. I asked one of the guys there if I check in there and he said he'd check me in but he was going to take a quick break as he went to go smoke with the other guy. Unbelieveable. Customer service is non exextinet here. No one wants to do there job or doesnt know how.

They could not remove oil filter from HONDA odyssey. Went home and removed it by hand and was dumbfounded at their lack of ability.Oil filter is accessible when wheel is turned, just reached in and twisted off with no issues. Walmart was unable to complete this simple task.

It fluctuates quite a bit between not busy and crazy busy all day. You have to make appointments for service on your car. I was pleased with employees. Juanis is great.

the schedule says that they supposedly open from 7am to 7pm I went today at 8:00am and it was closed I called by phone and they didn't know if they were going to open and if they did open it was probably until 11, yesterday I went and there was only one technician and only walking from one side to another

Does it really take an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change? Well that's how long it took to get my oil change done. So if you plan on doing this during your lunch break, I would suggest you don't.
