Got my car back a week ago drove my car home everything was fine until i got up the next morning for work in my battery was dead all of a sudden I replaced it but what really bothered me is the fact that I have things missing out of my car that I had kept in my arm rest..it s funny because in replace of what was taken they left an dirty gray rag, which is not mine never had it in my car until I got my car back from the shop. Whoever was snooping around left, it took down inside my armrest. It s really aggravating to leave your belongings in other people hands that you trusted just to have some thing missing or stolen from you. God sits high and look low. What you do to others it will be done right back to you.Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job fixing my vehicle. The service was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful for me - someone who had never dealt with auto repairs after a fender bender. I haven't met the owner yet; however, the women who work at the front desk need a serious attitude adjustment. I mean you are the first to be seen when a customer walks in needing assistance with their car or answering the phone. I wish I could give this shop 0 stars for that reason alone. If you don't like your job, find another one but don't take it out on customers. I simply had a question and the woman was rude to me for no reason. If anyone uses their services, by all means talk directly to the mechanics if you can. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere. I will not be going back! Customer service is everything to me and those attitudes are very off-putting!

Called before I left work so I could get an estimate on one of my cars. Woman named Lily told me Mark was there now to do the estimate. I explained that I was coming from Waxahachie, and needed to know how long he was there.She said he was leaving at 3, but would be back by 4. I gave him a little grace and arrives at 4:20pm. She said she just got off the phone with him and he said he didn t know if he would be back, because they close as 5. I asked if anyone else could do the review, and she said he was the only one who did them.So I left work early for nothing, losing money, and didn t get what I needed. Wouldn t recommend.

I seriously can not say enough about how amazing this family owned company is. I wish everyone in Dallas who has auto damage would rush to have them take care of it for you. That's what they did for us. I had a brand new - 3 week old Audi that was badly damaged in a hit and run. I was heartbroken and Mark and his team were compassionate and did everything they could to make sure my issue was taken care of. The parts for the car were on back order in Germany, so it was supposed to have been months before it could be fixed. Because of Mark's experience and connections in the industry, he was able to get my car back to brand new in less than a month. Thank you Mark and team for a job well done!

I had a great experience at Walker Auto Body & Frame Shop recently. Alex is just great and super accommodating. Our car was done is about 3 days and looks incredible. The price was great as well and much less than I expected. They are really all about customer service and it shows. Highly recommended!!

I was involved in an accident where I was not at fault and was hesitant at first to bring my car here because the tow truck driver offered this as a place he would bring my vehicle to for free. I let him do it, and it was honestly a great thing to happen. Mark and his team are very attentive and helpful. I had some issues throughout my claims process, but this was due to the insurance company, NOT Mark or anyone else who works at Walker. I would highly recommend that anyone go here, regardless of if it's due to being involved in an accident or for general repairs.

I bought a brand new 2017 Honda Accord in December and just months later I was involved in a hit and run which left the rear left side of my drivers side bumper with a considerable amount of damage. All of my cars have always been Honda and I'm the person who would pretty much only let Honda work on my car, no matter what. Walker Auto Body was actually recommended to me through an individual and I looked up the reviews and decided to give them a shot for more than one reason. Mark and his team did not disappoint. My car looked just as it did when I first drove it off the lot. I am more than happy with the repairs they did. And they got it done very quickly. The lady working at the front was also very pleasant. Thank you all!!!

The work on our car was excellent and was completed within two weeks. It looks good as new - which it very nearly is as the car has only 9000 miles on it.Mark and his staff are all very courteous and professional.

I have heard great things about this shop so i took my vehicle there to get it repaired. All has been going good so far, with the updates and status of my car. I have not picked my vehicle up yet to see what it looks like but I am more than cofident it will be an excellent experience. I will update this post later with the outcome.

Family-owned AND operated...a rare gem in the 21st century of #onesizeonly. That commitment and protection extends to their customers for an individualized experience of quality and courtesy. Old-school customer service with high-tech repairs! Could not have done better even at a dealership's service department. I am 100% content

This place was great to work with and did a fantastic job on repairing the entire front end of our vehicle after a crash on the Bay Bridge. Washington is honest, runs a highly competent shop, and was completely fair with pricing.

This place is in my neighborhood the work done being done is good I see wrecks that happened on the street right there in front of shop and the vehicles was damaged badly! And I see you the work afterwards you be amazed! Big 50

Walker fixed my 2007 Prius with 250K miles. It had a bent frame that Firestone said could not be fixed. The price was reasonable and now it drives like new! I will use Walker for all of my future auto body/ repair needs.

I love this place! The receptionist team were friendly, and the manager gave me a great qoute. The work was completed early, and it looked good as new! I will only get body work and paint done here!

If you need a body shop that s really knowledgeable in their craft then go to Walker Auto Body. This shop will not run up the price just to get paid nor will they take shortcuts. When my car needed work done I had it towed to the insurance recommended shop and they didn t do a good job. So I took it to Walker Auto Body and they fixed all the other shops screw ups and fixed my car the way it should have been done. Even if the insurance company wants you to go somewhere else, insist that they tow your car to Walker Auto Body. They focus on customer service, developing long term relationships and getting the job done right the first time. Thanks Walker Auto Body.

They stole all the change from my console, an expensive bottle of cologne and my sun visor. When confronted about this Mark Walker said " I talked to the ladies and I have your stuff." I asked him to ship them to me and he never did. Thieves and liars. They did it to me, they'll do it to you.

Went in there for a quote, guy said it was going to take a while to write it up so he said he'd email it to me. It's been a week now and I haven't received anything. Just decided to take it to another place, never going there ever again...

Top notch repair shop. They hand wash and wax your car before it leaves the shop. Friendly, family owned business.
