Man I have very few reviews but when I do it takes a lot of energy and it pains me to leave this review. And I would possibly change it if somebody from management reached out. While there is no shortage of clients, but not being the right client, or the right color could affect your service. I brought in a Mercedes G 63 I asked for the super clean $59 plus the plus size fee $10. I was told it was going to be 40 minutes and take mind. It was Saturday afternoon and it was busy. After an hour, I check in on the car. The cashier called and they said it was going to be another 40 minutes. I then said I m pressed for time and cannot wait that long. Can I please get the vehicle. They then charged me $34 for a vintage car wash but I did not get all the vintage car wash features and I had to wait an hour. I don t expect anything free I tipped the cashier and I tipped the car wash attendant. My car looked like a $15 wash from superstar car wash. Poor, vacuuming, poor dry down. I didn t even get wiped down because the car was already dry after the initial wash and sitting in the back. I believe compensation was due, but not what I was charged and not even the services rendered. I just know as a successful minority. Plus, I ve been alive a long time I know exactly why and how this went down. I m very disheartened as a first time guest. This was my experience.

Worth the price. They have done a good job at taking care of my car.Please remember to ask for your air freshener when you check in the car if you pick a service with the freshener.I only gave a 4 cause there is room for improvement it s a speedy service so a few points were missed when wiping and I had to ask for the freshener i believe it should be offered when you book the service

I was there today to get my daughters car detailed and they did a phenomenal job. The car came out looking brand new and couldn t be happier. They told me from the beginning that it should take them about two hours to get done so we waited for it while sitting on the benches outside. The final product was well worth the wait. No better car wash in DFW!! Service is top notch also. Prices are competitive too. Not many car washes actually clean and wipe down interior / exterior along with tire shine etc.

This is unacceptable. I am not happy. I have been coming here for a few years, with my other car 560sec Mercedes 1988. They had always done a really good job. The pictures speak for themselves. I will definitely go in tomorrow to have this issue fixed.

First time, full wash for $60. took over an hour, but best job I've had at a chain location. I normally get mobile detailing for paint correction and detail job that takes 8 hours. This is worth the premium from other retail hand wash locations. They handle a lot of high end cars and if you're in the area, its a great buyService: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I've used this car wash for years and while the crew is very nice and caring they are not performing the basics. I was there when they opened and we're not busy. I had to ask for my front window to be recleaned. Looking at the car now, none of the other windows have even been wiped nor have the mirrors. I'm disappointed.

It pains me to write this review because the people working here have been great. The problem is parts keep getting ripped off my car.I'll repeat that. Parts keep getting ripped off my car.First it was the rear windshield wiper (thought that was just a fluke of bad luck) and now the window molding on both the driver and passenger sides.In 25 years of car washes I have never had this problem anywhere else in my life. We detailed my teenage son s expedition and although it s pricey for an oversized SUV, I never thought that vehicle would ever look so good again. It had survived the end of senior year and being a camp counselor for the summer, but was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. We were stunned at all the places they made sure to clean. The man I care for wanted me to take his car and have it detailed. Not a problem until I got there and found out was going to be a 2 hour wait and that was understandable. What's not understandable is why they only have 3 chairs and 2 stools inside and your forced you sit outside in the heat. Elderly people don't need to be sitting outside in the heat of the day. Take some of that junk out your trying to sell and put in some seats.

SHINY EXTERIOR - CLEAN INTERIOR! What s missing are crystal clear windows, there s always residue of lint when I drive off! Friendly service! Quickly finished cleaning during weekday mornings! Busy on weekends!

This used to be my go to car wash. Yes, it s more expensive than most but it s in my neighborhood. The last time I was here, I had fraud on my Debit card. This time, I was in a time crunch. I m used to being upsold when I m line here (and I don t blame them, I know they re doing their jobs) so when the 3 upsells came this time, I specifically asked how much longer it would keep my car. He told me 3 additional minutes. So I ll be out in 20 minutes? (There was no one in front of me) Yes, he said. What a fool I am. Here I sit, 55 minutes later, there s nothing I can do. I ve missed a Doctor s appointment which I will be charged for. So in addition to a $200 wash, I m jacked for $85. I hate to say it, but I m done here. I paid 70.00 for a hand wash - pours next day. i called about the rain check policy and they wont re wash it or even run it through the regular wash!!!i have a guy who comes to my house and hand washes for 50.00 - so lesson learned wont be going back which is sad as i had used Vintge for years but not now.

Been coming here for over 2 years now! They always do an amazing job with my car. I occasionally spend money on a simple detail wash and they have always made my car look good as new! Not to mention the staff is extremely friendly! Strongly recommend!

Vintage Car Wash for years was always my go-to place to get my car washed and detailed. After my last visit, unfortunately, I will never return again and thought I would give the courtesy to warn others of the ethical issues I personally faced. I drive a standard SUV and wanted to get a full interior and exterior wash and since I had a gift card, I thought I would go to Vintage since they have done a good job in the past. Upon arrival, I told the gentleman that I was looking for an interior and exterior wash. When I got the receipt, the total bill was $1040 ($600 of which was for buffing alone)!! Keep in mind, he never mentioned the prices or asked if that was okay. Just as a reference, they have all prices listed online and do have signs as you pull up showing the packages and I am aware that they typically have reasonably charged a little bit more for larger vehicles. Also, they do not have that so called "$600" buffing fee online either or any of the little extras that they like to squeeze in such as the ridiculous "Malodor" which is $20. I explained to the guy that it is listed that your full interior and exterior is $250. He was wanting to charge over $400 for their full detail package. Unfortunately on my end, I settled for the full interior which mind you was over $300. What's the matter Vintage? I understand you are a business and you have to make money but ethically, this is a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I have been coming long enough to remember the detail car sign with pricing in between the restroom doors and the waiting area which right now is completely blank. I am sure I will get a response that explains why they charge what they do and that they offer the highest "quality". Believe you me, you are better off finding another car wash that has WAY better pricing and ethical sense and clarity on what they charge.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I just paid a lot of money for a hand wash and interior clean for a Volvo XC90. As a new customer, I went ahead and said I will try this place one time to see how good of a job they do. I did just get in the car with things inside that weren t finished. The rest of the vehicle seems clean and reasonably well done. The biggest issue with this place is that people are generally not friendly or responsive. You literally have to be rude to get them to respond to you. I know they are busy on a Saturday so that I understand. If you haven t been there before, don t go on a busy weekend day as you won t want to return like myself.

I have been using Vintage car wash for over a decade. They do a good job. Prices have really crept up over the years. A complete detail including a quick carpet shampoo and an OK wax job ran me $530 (with 10% tip) on a full size SUV. The same evening I spent about 2.5hrs at home doing finishing work/touch ups removing white wax residue off of rubber seals, crevices and plastic trim that they left behind. Lots of minor touch ups on the interior as well. I used my handheld carpet cleaner to remove a few minor stains before the carpet dried and the stains set permanently. This review is for the Preston Road/park cities location-First the good:The employees are nice, polite, and I believe they try to do a decent jobThe hand car wash is generally very goodNow the bad:They have literally doubled their price for a hand wash - using guess what - the supply line issues and covid as the excuse - I understand raising your prices, but doubling them seems like very excessive.Their automated wash is definitely not touchless and if you come here enough they will damage your car either wipers, antennas, side mirrors or something else.Some of the managers are rude and have very poor customer service skills.I Live in the neighborhood and I ve been bringing my four cars here for gas and washers for the past 15 years. I can t imagine how much I have spent here but after my recent experience when they damaged my car I will NEVER use this business or interact with them in any way again - Bring your car here at your own risk.Services: Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Surprisingly fast and efficient operation! I opted for the basic wash and vacuum for $24. You sit in your car until you reach the vacuum station, then a team start the clean with a good vacuuming while you head inside to pay. I grabbed a free cup of coffee and browsed the cards in the gift shop, and by the time I picked a card and paid, my car was already done, toweled dry, windows shined and ready to go!

These guys do a really good job on your car . Customer service always satisfactory. The environment is safe. My only issue is that my tires were not done properly and I'm not sure about the rain check . Its rained the next day after my wash . Do anyone know if they honor the rain check

I have only had great experiences here... they are friendly and an excellent location. They pay very good attention to detail and have many service people outside to make sure your car gets washed well. There are some folks who don t like motorized brush washers because it can leave small marks on a very high-end vehicle, but I also like my vehicle to be clean. They do it well.

I think the hand wash is above average. The interior clean is sub par. I think they have a great business, so they rush the employees instead of focusing on detail. So much dust and dirt left on the dash and floorboard. I even mentioned to the attendant that I had the same problem before. I am sure the head of marketing will say "sorry, come by and give us another chance," but I already have.....a few times now. I'd expect a better job for $50+ on the hand wash.I will go back to Tommy's. It's a better clean and a great atmosphere.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Vintage is the car wash I trust, you know when you see Bentley s coming through this business has earned trust. Prices are very reasonable and they get their work done quickly and they do a great job.

Just moved to Dallas. Been here twice. Besides being friendly, the hand wash and interior clean was great both times. I ve seen complaints about pricing and I just don t get it. The alternative is $13 for a machine to wash the car and leave it dripping wet while not touching the interior. For $60 (including tip) I get a sparkling, fully-dried exterior, windows nicely cleaned inside and out, dash, door panels and cup holders cleaned and carpets vacuumed. That s a great value to me!!

I have been bringing my cars to this location for approximately eight years. The employees have always been friendly, prompt, and efficient. However, at this point I will likely never come to this car wash again. Consistently, I notice that the wash crew fails to remove tape from my rear window wiper and fails to dry the roof of my car. Additionally, I recently brought a car in for a complete exterior and interior detail and noticed that the detail crew failed to remove numerous bugs from the front of the car. The wax that they applied also lasted less than one month. It has become worth it to drive farther to go to better car washes. For the price, I expect far better attention to detail and higher quality wax.

Scam alert!! I came in to get my car washed and vacuumed and chose the super clean for $39.00. When I go to the cashier to pay they tell me it s $74.00 because of a $20 up charge for my vehicle being an SUV, $15.00 to wash the bugs off the windshield. This place has been around for awhile and now I know why their rating is so low. I would have left but my car was already gone.There is a place on Lemmon by the Bentley dealership that I will make the extra drive from UP to from now on. Stay away from these disreputable people here at Vintage.Service: Auto detailing

Just had the interior of my Acura MDX detailed here and was thrilled with the results. The car had years of dirt and food scraps trapped under car seats that I didn't expect would come out, but they did a great job. They greatly exceeded my expectations, and the price was great too!I didn't have any of the issues described in the negative reviews.
