Went to the one on Hampton. It was awesome. I first went into the office and told Adan I couldn t wait long and if they were too busy it was fine, but I d have to come back later. He assured me I d be out on time and got me into a bay within 5 minutes. Throughout the whole process, Adan was extremely professional and transparent, letting me know what they were doing and what else I could do if I wanted more than the oil change that originally came for. The rest of the staff were awesome too, very knowledgeable and polite, they communicated with each other the whole time and worked well as a team. It reminded me of a busy kitchen full of chefs, talking assertively and letting the speaker know he was heard. More than satisfied. Thank you and great job!

I went here on 11/25/23 for a simple oil change and they almost messed up my whole engine. They didn t tighten anything properly and I was so lucky I caught it before it got worse. Went back and the staff had to redo my oil change. Wasted a whole afternoon here for a simple OIL CHANGE!!! NEVER COMING BACK! Staff needs to do a better job and poor customer experience.

Had 5 wonderful employees looking under the hood felt so important in and out in 123 flat! Wipers air filter oil change and even window cleaner fluid took the second to show me the oil stick level I thought that was tops

Did not come out to greet us for over 30 minutes. Let other cars get in line before us. When I asked why they didn't come out to us yet and let other people in line in front of us, the manager told me that they refuse my service. Horrible 40 minutes.

I am finally giving up on this location. The last 3 of 4 times that I visit have been bad. 2 times in a row the state inspection machine has not worked. I dont have a bunch of time. When I plan to go and you cannot do my service ot really messes up my plans. The time before they parked me and forgot about me 3-4 cars that were behind me got in. Again don't have an extra hour or two.

rember u do one oil change they do dozens by hour so make sure double check i had a leaking oil drain plug had to go back to get tighen up loosing a quart evey 2-3 days could had messed up engine now i do my own oil changes and it was when i first purshaed my vechile they do not torque to spec ither just be precatious beacuse engine in the most important think to your vechile

Looking to have your cooling system in your luxury car potentially ruined? This is the place for you! If you have an Audi or any kind of luxury car, you know that they can be a little bit picky. I was recently going to try and change my oil because I figured I can go to a local Valva line and they would be professional, but I was sorely mistaken. The problem with Valvoline is that they top off your coolant. But beyond that the issue was that if you know anything about cars, you know that mixing coolant is a no no. They basically put the green generic coolant into a G 12 G 13 coolant type That specifically by Audi you re instructed to not mix. They didn t even ask if I wanted it topped off they just start pouring liquids into your car without even asking. Save yourself the headache and just take it to the dealer. The most notable part of the situation is that when I called Audi they were actually cheaper than this location, the irony. Never again will I trust Valvoline with any of my vehicles. I hope that if you value the longevity of your vehicle, you will take your car to get proper maintenance where they hire professionals. Needless to say they did not fix their mistake, and when I looked to someone with more authority, they basically forgot about me. I had to literally call to get an update. They can t even finish the conversation to come to a conclusion that they re not going to help customers. It really makes me sad as aNative oak cliff resident. The worst part is that Marcus lied to me and along the way even added sarcasm to his voice. Thanks a lot Marcus for being an honest manager! And I can t forget the star of the show Gabriel a district manager that was even more useless than Marcus he couldn t even do his job and call me back. This all took almost over a week since gabriel is an expert at the run around. Marcus never even made a note in the non existent system of his. Sad. This is why people move out of neighborhoods like this because locals don t give two (you know what s) about their community. You can even hear him chuckle! I guess I need to apply at valvoline and become the CEO in 3 hours since they ll hire anyone these days. Here s a short video proving Marcus is a lie!

Since they got a new manager, he is a great man. They go beyond to get you in and out. We brought in 9 trucks. All diesels in and out within 45 minutes of truck for Full service

Bunch of goobers, at least at this location. If you want somebody to forget to put your coolant cap on so it all boils out on a hot day, or forget to change the oil drain plug gasket so it drips out on your driveway, or say they have a state inspector on duty when you call but then he's actually not there until 4pm, this is the place to go

15 min? More like 15 days, we got there and waited, and waited. No one called us up, then 2 other cars pulled up and got called up, they moved us and we waited and waited. No communication, seems like they don t know what they re doing. We just left.

The regular crew seems to be a little inexperienced, but the managers are great and very knowledgeable. They do the more difficult services themselves to make sure it s done right. Shout out to Hunter for absolutely crushing it on this busy 100� Friday afternoon!

Then because I ask the person to give me a second to move my truck he ask me to never come back again. No problem will never come back again. If y'all check you records I was using this location for my other 3 cars. And this was a number 4 truck. And he ask me to never come back again. Sure there are multiple places we're I can get my stuff done for my cars ..

I had a great experience at this location. Marcus was very informative. Cisco did a great job in the engine bay, aswell as the guy down in bay 1.I drove to Austin right after the service. No problems. Drove around for two days. Then I returned to dallas.. no problems. My only concern was that their computer screen in use in bay 1 looked like it needed repair or new wires. These guys need things to work to be more efficient.Great job guys, I'll be back when it's time.

I usually go to another location and am in and out in 15 minutes. This one took at least twice as long and they were not providing any updates unless I asked for them. The Manager was coaching an employee about the requirements to spend 15 seconds or more going over all things that populated for the customer add on services . Took 15 minutes just to put my skid plate back on and had to ask three times why is this taking so long. Not a great experience and will be going back to the location I typically visit as the service and speed is much better. I go here for speed and today I didn t get that.Service: Oil change

I had to wait a really long time, but they made it right. They were really sweet and considerate. I would give 6 stars if I could.Edit: There is no staffing shortage. Companies just want to pay their workers not enough. I think you should offer better wages and benefits. Your employees were fantastic. Your prices do not accurately reflect their wages and you should do better.

Alexis and Marcus e were excellent and exceptional and very detailed. Alexis had a lot of thorough information. She was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. She found a leak in my coolant hose and informed me of it and directed me to a trusted mechanic shop. I'm very impressed coming from a knowledgeable Lady. Place seems to be run by teenagers. No sense of urgency, painfully slow. Waited 30 min and had to leave. Not one car I'm the bay was done while I waited.

Super great guys. Had to wait a bit to get in but it was after work so I expected it to be busy. Turns out my battery was bad and I couldn't even restart the car once the oil change was done. They jumped my car and told me to get a new one asap. I went to Walmart to get a new one and they had closed their bays (before closing time) and wouldn't help me put in a new one. Before I left valvoline the guy said he would put it in for me if Walmart didn't. I showed up after their official closing time and Christopher happily installed my new battery for me. I really appreciate him and his super friendly demeanor.

Very informative and helpful. I went in to get a tire pressure check but theirs was down. However, they gave recommendations on where else I could go by pointing out a few nearby locations. Very friendly.

What a huge disappointment. I decided to go there because it didn t look busy. An hour and a half later I was stillWaiting while they let someone who snuck into the line go right in. Disorganized, expensive. Manager forgot to reset my check oil light. There is much better out there.Service: Oil change

They had my engine oil in stock for Lexus and opens longer hour than other places. But they dont know how to reset settings for another maintenance.
