I always leave this location with confidence knowing that they not only do my oil change but also check all my fluids and air in my tires as well as battery checking. Richard as always helped me and helped service my vehicle here at this location so I always come in hopes he is working. I have seen him also teach the new guys or younger workers that come here as when it comes to servicing my transmission fluid. This is a great place, the workers are always making sure nobody cuts in line when cars start to line up also so that's great. They work in a fast pace manner so I know my stay isn't too long.

Always pleased with the service here. I needed a brake light replaced- the process was quick and the team was kind & attentive. Roderick & the team quickly evaluated what was needed, took my information, and got the job done without having a long wait. This is our go-to spot for all of our car service needs.

Well if I could give this location a -5 I would!20 Dec 2023 at 1:53pm my wife toke her 2019 Tucson to get the oil changed!! By 31 Jan 24 at 5-10pm it was getting towed to the Hyundai dealership!!While driving on i30 OVER THE bridge in Rockwall the Check engine light came on and started flashing! The car and a sudden loss of power! She pulled over! Called me I told her to turn off the car!!When I arrived there was NO visible damage or leaking fluids ,come fromUnder the car. Long story short had to have the Tucson Towed to dealership, they did a full inspection of the engine!! TURNS OUT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH OIL PUT IN THE LAST OIL CHANGE!( 1.5QTs the dealership drained)And when we called VALVOLINE!! WE Got THE OLD TEXAS TWO STEP. An oil change at the LOCATION CAN COST You $800 in 45days! Two oil changes ,A Tow bill, new plug, Labor ,Tune -up, multi point inspection,

Roderick and the crew have a great and low pressure attitude. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. They have very reasonable prices for their various services. I saved at least 40% more than had I gone to another establishment. This is great place! I wouldn t hesitate to bring my vehicle here again!

I ve came here a couple of times. There was an issue one time (not a biggie) where Richard came to the rescue. Handled it very well. That showed me A LOT as a customer. Overall I do want to say this is a great crew & has always had great customer service. Thanks!

I went there today to get my oil changed it took a long time than it used to be then the manager came up to me and told me that when they to removed the filter housing it came apart. I told them I dont have that problem before and the manager told me oh sometimes will just happen.One of the staff told me well if the housing is cheap it easily broken i told no its not coz thats still the original housing it was never changed.Then the manager told me were trying to fix it but you have to see a mechanic. He asked me if i know one i said NO he told i know somebody so he give me a number with the managers card.The other staff told me to put on the gas and confirmed theres no leak. I already uneasy about it.I didnt argue anymore coz i know they messed up my car and they're DISHONEST. So i went to Valvoline express at mockingbird to let my car checked and they told they messed up your car and they were not telling the truth coz when we try to get the filter it was so tight then the housing filter came apart and there's leaking.They should be the held responsible for this coz now i need a new one worst part they need to replace it and to be ordered in Japan i don't have a car going to work because of what they did.I did call them back for them to know what they did it turned out that the manager blamed it to the people who helped with the car.Now i have to pay the consequences theyve done i have to pay for the rental for 2 weeks plus the labor and parts need to be ordered in Japan.DONT COME HERE AND LET YOUR CAR MESSES UP ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Great service, and afterward when I had an issue they fixed it for no charge. Friendly, professional staff. I don't give good reviews for car places unless I think they really deserve it, and this is one of the few that has shown the old fashion American service and work ethic that makes me not worry about my car.

I received friendly and efficient service when I came to get an oil change. Since it was a Sunday in the early afternoon, they were dealing with a significant line which they managed effectively to make sure everyone got serviced as soon as possible. Big bonus- no upsetting at all!

I called ahead to confirm if they had an oil filter for a 2023 Porsche Macan, and the manager said if he didn't he would go buy one from Autozone himself. I can not rave enough about this Vavoline location!! The employees are so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and personable, and I have referred all of my friends to this location.

Just stopped in after checking my oil at a near by gas station. I dropped my oil cap under the engine. Drove up and they were happy to pull the under cover to retrieve it. All as a courtesy check. Thank you so much.

Thoroughly impressed by Roderick, and his staff. I went during lunch, with a big line, however this team worked fast and furiously to get us all out. Oil change was reasonably priced, staff was all professionals, and I left with a big smile. Definitely returning in 10k miles for my next euro oil change. Thank you!

Just wow! Have you ever had a mechanic should you the dip stick after an oil change to brag about how clean they got it? Andrea did that for me. I felt like a racecar driver in for a tuneup at the pit, as I got to stay inside the car the entire time! Manny and Andrea could be heard verbalizing multitudes of checks, making their hard work visible, the mystery of a tuneup is gone, and a new appreciation for the hard work that mechanics like Andrea and Manny put in to keep my miata running vroom vroom. Thanks again Andrea and Manny, truly an oil change like none other - highly recommend other shops start doing service while you remain in your car too.

I've been coming here for a couple years now to get my oil changes, inspections, and general maintenance! The location is convenient but the customer service is the main reason I come here. Roderick and Deonte are my favorites! (I'm sure everyone else is great, too.) They never talk down to me, which I've experienced with a lot of mechanics, they're always so helpful, sweet, very friendly and genuine! I always feel taken care of when I go here.

The KINDEST people including SHAY AND RODERICK!!!! I moved my business here all because one act of kindness last night-my husband and I were leaving Cava and didn t realize we were about to hop a big curb (looked like an exit). The lady luckily was working this morning and I learned that her name was Shay-she stopped us and kept us from going off that curb. Most people would watch, laugh or film the incident letting it happen. I am so appreciative and am here this morning to get my oil changed because of that! I was able to thank her and Roderick was so kind-even opened my door for me when they were done and told me to have a blessed day!!! NO PRESSURE. NO SCAMS. Just kindness. They are also the first people to know how to reset my Volvo light LOL. This location has earned 2 new customers and will be posting to my Instagram of 12.2.k followers to talk about my experience! THANK YOU-made my day to know kind people still exist and honest business does too. One act of random kindness earned this location loyal business!

The team at this valvoline are all very fun and exciting. Makes getting an oil change pleasant. Richard is THE MAN! He is the reason I keep coming back and sending all my friends here. He is seriously so nice, knowledgeable, and a genuinely good guy. He doesn t talk down to you or try to upsell like many shops do with women. Nice to find an honest and polite mechanic. Other pros: allow dogs in the waiting room, always a coupon online, fast service. Highly recommend!

My all-time favorite experience getting an oil change. I was running an errand with both kids in the car; the two-year old was sleeping and the seven-month old was crying.The entire team was not only understanding, but also aiming to make things as smooth as possible, while also regularly checking in on me and the kids.Great service and great prices. Great staff. Do not try to upsell. Allowed my dog and I to sit in the lobby due to the temps. I would definitely go back again. The main guy who took care of my car was very sweet. I will be going back for my next oil change

Love this location, very nice and professional not just trying to sell you on something. I ve taken several of my cars here over the years. One thing is please when training a new guy, stay with him at all times when working on cars.
