I came for my inspection and this was the most wonderful experience I have ever had. The car inspector/manager, Alexis, did it and was such a genuine person. She is fun to talk to and is beyond helpful. She made this experience great. Will definitely be coming back just because of her. The team all seemed so great and created a fun energetic atmosphere. Will definitely make the drive come again!

The staff! They are so friendly and professional. I got get at 5:45pm and they close at 6:00pm. I didn't realize it and was going to leave (it's rude to arrive minutes before closing), but they talked me out of leaving. Then, i just really enjoyed being around every one of them. I didn't want to leave. Also, Alexis, the CSR, and I vibed. I want to hang out and be besties!

I have been coming to valvoline for all of my oil changes and inspections for years. I have never had any issues with getting my inspection done. Alanna would not have my car inspected due to my insurance card being on my phone. I have always done it this way and never had any issues. So frustrating and a waste of my time.

Jeremy and the crew at Valvoline Instant Oil off Preston Road did an amazing job. Super quick, topped off my fluids, checked my tires, the whole 9 yards. Will be going back when I am due again.

I will never be back,the staff is rude and doesn t want to work.I was told my car failed inspection and I would have 15 days to come back with a new horn (reason for fail).I get the horn fixed and they refused to inspect the car due to a fog light being out at the bottom of the car. I left and got the car inspected somewhere else ten min later and they stated that would not even matter and they never even put the initial fail in the system to begin with which means they took my money and lied about the fail. I would avoid this place at all cost and anyone who has an issue should repot to help get them closed or new staff. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely fabulous crew! Stopped in for a state inspection. Alana was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. I was in and out in no time. I would definitely come back for other services.

Omg love love love this place. First off the Manger is the bomb GIRL POWER LOVE ALEXIS AND HER CREW DOMINIQUE BO I THINK AND LEE AND THERE IS ONE MORE PERSON DID NOT CATH THIER NAME. They took such good care of me explained everything told me what we could do and I'm going back soon. Customer service was the bomb dot com. They hit me in and out and they cared enough to tell the truth unlike some places. GO HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Been going to this location since I moved to Texas and it has always given me great service. Just last month I was being helped and guided through an oil change with Alanna who was very amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Communicated well and efficiently. Y all should definitely promote her as she knows what she is doing!

Good experience, fast and professional. I wish it wasn't effectively a requirement to find a coupon to get a good price, but that's normal for any oil change place.

This was an amazing visit from start to finish, literally the team was great on energy, and the communication from the team was something great to witness. Dominique had a smile on her face the time she walked up to my vehicle into me pulling off. Bruxt did an amazing job communicating the correct steps with his team, & Alexis under the car did great document things for me to look out for In the future. I will most definitely be returning back to this location for sure. Great Job Team

This morning, The Staff Member that was responsible of guiding cars under the garage displayed rude behavior to not only me but the driver ahead of me. I pulled off and took my services elsewhere. Please get this corrected.

I've used the 17885 Preston Valvoline location over 10 yrs.I take work van and my personal vehicle for oil change. However I'll never use that station or Valvoline.They use to treat you with respect regardless of what car you're driving. I pulled up and 2 &3 bay were already full. I was directed into bay 1.Asked for oil change and to please check tire level. The car in bay 3 moved out and in come a new sports car. There were only to working working the bays. The guy that I asked for an oil change stopped even working on my van and spent 15 minute working with the sports car that came after I was already in the bay. Later a worker who were working under the bay came up and was told to do something for the car in bay 2 who already was being service by the manager Hunter.After the lower level guy finish he came to my work van did some checks under hood but was pulled away to go back down under bay. There I sit stilling waiting in bay. I had asked for the second time to please check my tire level because we had a lot of cold weather. I decided to get out of my vehicle, Only than did the first worker look my way while checking the new sports car to say get back in.After waiting 10 or 15 minutes later the new manager Hunter moved from bay 2 to acknowledge me.I again asked when the oil change is finish to please check tire air level. I will never use that location again. The last manager Marcus was great. I didn't get a thank you or come back again. Who would no you would get work van discriminated when bring your car for service. When I spend my hard earned money I don't expect this treatment never again Will I use them again.Service: Oil change

My first oil change in Dallas and though the facility is staffed with very young personnel- they were professional, thorough and did exactly as youd expect. Id have given 5 stars if it werent for the fact it took an hour to get out of there but thats cause I thought they could rotate my 37s but their lift cant handle large lifted trucks over 6000lbs. Otherwise, it was a smooth transaction and they were kind offering a small disocunt. Recommended if you need an oil change!

By far the best Valvoline I have been to. I am a regular at Valvoline have been using them since I was 16 and had my first car. This location specifically is by far the most professional. the location manager Marcus was quick, prompt and super helpful!! He runs his store like a well-oiled machine. No crazy waits and super friendly staff. If you have to choose which location to visit choose this one!! they will take care of your car and will exceed expectations!Services: Transmission, Battery, Oil change

The garage is actually so clean and organized that it can only tell you about their detail work on your car.We were very pleased with the new owner's greeting and professionalism.It is the place to go for your car to be taken care for and for a local business to succeed.

This place totally Rocks! I stopped in for a State Inspection and Shelby was courteous, efficient, friendly and had me in and out if there in no time! I will definitely be back and next time I m bringing all my friends ;0)

Everyone working there us friendly, funny, and helpful. I had no wait, and the guys all did a great job helping me with everything. I'll definitely go here again next time my car needs service.
