I'm not sure where to start the praise for Value Collision, Gabriella, and her team! In late August, my car was rear-ended by an Amazon Delivery truck driver who claimed being unable to see me waiting to make a turn from an apartment complex at a busy intersection. After weeks of dealing with a 3rd party insurance company, trying to get estimates for the repairs, and finding a shop where I would be more than just another number, I found Value Collision through a simple Google search. Having never used a body shop in Texas before, I was nervous about being ripped off or receiving poor work. But what gave me comfort about Gabriella and her team was that she had 88 five-star reviews online! That is, 100% of the reviews were five star. That's rare, hence I decided to take a shot with her team.Let me be clear: her team did such an amazing job that I had to give her a hug afterward!The team did more than simply repair the original damage. They ensured that the paint blends on my car were flawless, and they went the extra mile to fix small dings and scratches that had accumulated over the years but had nothing to do with the recent accident. I can honestly say that I received my car back in better condition than it was in PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT. Not only was the work good, but Gabriella's deep level of customer service and attention to detail gave me the peace of mind to not micromanage the updates. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the work! The reviews are accurate. You'll get more than what you pay for!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience in value collision. Gabriella the owner was fantastic and so were the crew. Gabriella took care of my insurance claim, all of the parts, and even paid for half of my deductible. My car looked like brand new And was done in a timely manner. Overall a great experience and I would recommend anybody get their work done at Value Collision!!

Awesome experience with Value collision. I had my truck broken into right before Christmas. Gabriella was able to find glass on short notice and replace it in no time. In and out within 30mins. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with the professionalism, service, and quality at Value Collision. A few weeks ago, I rear ended a brand-new Ford Bronco, luckily no one was hurt and the Bronco still looked brand new afterwards. My Toyota Highlander on the other hand was pretty smashed up, to the point where initially after looking at the photos - my insurance company said that more than likely they would be paying me for the entire vehicle instead of repairing it. I guess they assumed the repairs would cost them more than paying me for what my vehicle was worth. After the insurance expert evaluated and estimated that the vehicle was repairable and that it would cost them less than what my vehicle was worth they offered to have it repaired at a shop of their choice or mine. Long story short, the young man that was driving the Bronco that I rear ended was a fellow Military Veteran who recommended Gabby at Value Collision to repair my vehicle. After doing a lot of research on local collision repair shops, which included talking to a few shop owners and looking at their online reviews, I opted to call Ms. Gabby Guzman, the shop owner of Value Collision. Gabby was very nice, straight forward and to the point. I had my insurance company deliver my vehicle to her shop. A few days later my vehicle was ready for pickup. It now looks brand new, as if has never been in an accident. Ms. Gabby dealt with my insurance company and even waived my deductible. There are no words to express how impressed and grateful I am with Gabby s professionalism and the amazing quality of the work they did on my vehicle. If you need your vehicle repaired properly and in a timely manner, look no further go to Value Collision. Call Gabby before you take your vehicle anywhere, I highly recommend her!

After being rear-ended twice in two months, I had the pleasure of working with Gaby and her team two times in a short amount of time. Gabriela and her guys did an awesome job repairing the side of my Navigator. It had succumbed to some damage on the right side and I just hated looking at it. If you are looking for an auto repair shop that is affordable, trustworthy, and does amazing work then your search is over! Value Collison exceeded my expectations. My car was hit by another vehicle and MY insurance company had to take care of it unfortunately. I chose Value Collison because of their wonderful reviews and impressive before and after pictures. Gabriela, the shop manager, was AMAZING! She was so responsive throughout the the whole process and communicated often with both myself and my insurance company. My car looks BRAND NEW like nothing ever happened I am beyond grateful for Gabriela and her team. Take your vehicle to value Collison you will not be disappointed.

Gabriela and her team repaired and serviced my Mini several times and did amazing jobs! This time I got a tune up. Her quality of service and attention to detail make Value Collision a pristine choice for your vehicle. I wouldn t even bother with those other places. Gabriela goes above and beyond for me and even fixed something that my BMW dealership messed up! She communicates thoroughly with the dealership, insurance, etc. and completes work in a timely manner. I will never take my cars anywhere else!

I had some front fender damage and a rust spot on the rear quarter panel. Took it to Value Collision and am super impressed with the results. They did amazing body work, paint looks incredible and they turned the car around quickly so I wasn't down a car very long. They even vacuumed out the front floor mats (totally unexpected)!Highly recommend

I brought my vehicle in to have my bumper replaced after a little fender bender. Gabriela was wonderful! She was able to get my car fixed quickly and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with the work that was done. They even cleaned the interior of my car and washed the outside! Normally, shops return the car dirtier then when you dropped it off. Not Value Collision! This place does great work, I can t even tell my car was hit. Professional and finished in a timely manner. Amazing Body Work and Excellent care!!! They performer work on 1 of my Mercedes Benzs and 2 of my Bentleys, they did incredible work on both!!!!! If you have found this shop online you have FOUND A GREAT ONE!!! I took my car in for some minor hail damage but they went above and beyond and gave my whole car a paint job and new stripes! They even fixed my door which had a dent in it and fit it all under my deductible! I would give more than five stars if i could i highly recommend value collision center they did way more than what they had to do and you just don't see that sort of thing anymore.

Gabriella did a great job fixing the dents and scratches in my Honda Pilot. She was so friendly and listened out to my requests and finished the repair professionally without taking much time. I got my car on time before the holiday trip. Not only she is professional but also she is very honest and 100% trustworthy. She took care of the entire repair and insurance claim process end to end smoothly. She was indeed very helpful. I must say that I got a good friend with my vehicle repair claim.

Gabriela and her team did an incredible job with my vehicle repair. I dropped off my truck and went out of town for work for only 3 days, and my vehicle was ready for me when I returned. Looking better than ever. They even washed the outside and detailed the interior for me. I'm very impressed with the professionalism of this shop. Seriously, give Value Collision a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Wow is all I can say.... Gaby has exceeded my expectations. I took my car after a wreck and the service she offered was phenomenal! Besides the amazing customer service, my car is better than before. Gabriel and her shop did a wonderful job on my 2007 Honda Civic. I went there with my repairs and they were able to finish the job within a week on a great price. I am so glad i found them online with good reviews from others. They are very responsive in communication and truly professional. The tint job on the back glass is perfect too. They are simple amazing !!

Gabriela was amazing! My former insurance company left me out to dry and I had to pay to get my car repaired out of pocket! Gabriela made sure that I was well taken care of and not poor (lol) after having to get my baby fixed! She was kind, caring, understanding and extremely professional! My car looks and drives better than the day I bought it. No one else in Dallas can EVER touch my car! She definitely has earned a customer for life!

Great service! Great value, and quality parts. The pitcher were very fair and I was given options on how I wanted the work done. Gabriela and her team were very friendly. This place is absolutely amazing and have surpassed my expectations. I got in a minor fender bender, with someone who didn t have any insurance, I thought surely I was going into a nightmare of auto repair. Gaby the owner was able to get me in the next day, I have a Mercedes Benz so I knew my car would take a little longer because of the parts, but I was so wrong. I had my car back and almost as new within a few days. Not only is this place extremely friendly and will treat you like family but the job the did was truly amazing! I will be coming back here if I ever need to and highly highly recomme
