I came here a couple of weeks ago and thought my pump wasn t working correctly. A woman, who I believe owns this location, was so kind and helpful! She even took the time to test the pump with me to ensure it was working correctly.It was, I must ve accidentally hit the wrong option. I m thinking when I removed the gas handle, the cord bumped an option and that s why it charged me much more than I planned (I wanted the least expensive option).I appreciate her kindness and willingness to help

The bathroom was marked "Out of Order," and when the attendant saw mw walking out, he mentioned that the sign was fake. He had placed it there in order to prevent the homeless from using it. So, I was expecting a clean bathroom. I was very WRONG! -foul smell, no handsoap, the works (I'll spare the descriptions so as to not ruin your day, but nasty stuff). My guess is that the homeless are not the problem, but the lack of desire to clean, or sufficient staff to do so consistently. Do yourself a favor and go to a Bucky's! - My happy place.

I love this gas station. The nicest man works there and he s been working there forever; the staff are always kind and helpful and they re really good people. During the first Covid shutdown, when everyone was charging ridiculous costs for toilet paper, this Valero was charging regular price for everything including ethyl alcohol and masks, Toilet paper, paper towels, you name it. They are the nicest people; I will always shop here, get my gas here and wash my car here.

My regular gas station for at least 10 years. Love them! So nice, respectful, helpful, just all around good people.

Been coming to this location for years. The staff are very knowledgeable and Ahmad is one of the coolest managers you'll come across. Great beer selection!

I was very uncomfortable when there was a sign on the door telling me I have to put on a mask before entering the store, but when I went in the guy working the register was wearing his mask on hi chin not his mouth and nose. There was a woman behind the counter as well talking to a man that had kind of stepped around the side of the counter. Neither on even wearing a mask at all. What good does it do to implement these safety protocols if the employees are not going to following the same protocols

There was great, attentive service at this Valero. An unusual wine shop right in the store with a lovely fountain & bench in front. There is actually a bit of shade in the parking lot too! There is even a very clean looking, well staffed Subway in there too.I only have one complaint. They don't have any frozen drinks whatsoever. No Icees, no Slushes, no Frozen Frappuccinos! So if you don't mind that, it really is nice & convenient

Forgot my mask today. Had to stop for gas. My card needed me to go inside to work, so I grabbed a drink while I was in there and got kicked out of the store and they wouldn't sell me gas.... "for my safety?!" At least I was able to make it to the Racetrack down the street and didn't run out of gas! Refuse to EVER stop there again.

I love this gas station. They ALWAYS have the lowest prices is Addison and have a good selection of drinks and snacks. There's also a wine store and Subway in there. The associates behind the counter are always really friendly.The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it can be a pain getting in and out of it sometimes.

WORST GAS STATION EVER. The workers were extremely rude. I was having trouble with the car wash and he just watched me. Then when I asked for a refund as it wasn t working properly he was extremely rude and argumentative. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. Avoid at all cost!

There's no sign out front saying you have to pre-pay for the car wash. When I called the Valero twice, the phone rang several times with no answer. I had to call subway to get an answer. The manager was unsympathetic and useless. I wasted 20 minutes of my time because there's no way to exit the car wash lane.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS AND HORRIBLE OWNER PEOPLE BEGGING IN FRONT OF DOOR AND OWNER CAN'T CONTROL THE ENVIRONMENT! STAY AWAY! DO NOT ENTER! DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE PLACE!

Just experience the worst service ever by a store clerk. Never stoping in here ever again and will let many numerous of friends know the lady store clerk has bad attitude.

I stop to grab some drinks & gas around 8:00 pm . The lady in the register was super nice . I can t say the same about the manager he was loud & rude to other customers for not reason . I don t think he belongs there .
