They told me my labor would be 200 dollars and the part was 200 dollars and then I realized the part was only 80 online So I asked them for a recipe for the parts because I knew they were being shady and they would not give me a recipt showing me what the parts cost.I was litterally dreading going to a machanic because I know how they treat women. This place is the same buy your own part of you go with these people because they re liars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not go to this place unless you want your car to get broken into. Left my husbands truck there for 2 nights when we got our truck back his tool box was all jammed up someone had try to break into it lucky they didn't because there is a lot of money put in into the tools. They knew it happened on their property when they looked at their cameras perhaps a worker I believe, and they did not want to pay for it until they finally gave up and did not even pay the full thing. So if you take your car here hide your valuable stuff.

Very reliable auto repair shop. I have been the customer of this shop for 10 years and I never plan to go to other shop. They told u honestly what went wrong and fixed it without any problem. He also sold used cars with very reasonable price and I never have had any issue with them. Highly recommended this place !

I don't normally write reviews but I want to share my positive experience here with everyone. My Lexus' wiper fluid and my interior lights stopped working recently (the fluid was leaked and the bulbs burned out). This is my very first car and I was very concerned as these are important safety features. Got some quotes from 2 other auto repair shops that range from $150-250. Came to VV Auto Repair and they fixed everything for less than $50! It took less than 40 mins for them to diagnose and repair. The mechanic also explained and showed me where the nozzle was disconnected.I'm very happy with my service and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

My daughter complained of hearing noises from her car. It was hard to notice. We brought it to our usual mechanic and he said some joints need lubricant and gave it to the joint. the noise didn't go away after couple weeks. We brought it back and this mechanic said it will cost us over a thousand bucks to get it fix. We brought our car to V V and Mr. Huong, a very honest guy, took time and explained to us what was wrong with her car, the U-joint need to be repaired or we will pay much more if we left it as is. He worked/repaired on the U-joint on the Drive shaft, clean the engine and seal the leak he found. He fixed the extra part which we did not ask for and charged us much less than our regular mechanic. Her car has been running great for a month and with out oil dripping to the pavement. A good, honest mechanic is very hard to find. V V Auto repair is the PLACE to get your car fix.

Best place in Texas to bring your car. Great fast service. Parts are straight dealer certified. Your car is handled with care. I never had a single problem. I only trust V.V. auto to touch my car. I drive all the way from Denton to the shop do my repairs, oil change and inspection. I will never go to another shop in my life. THANK YOU V.V. AUTO for your great service.

Very professional and polite guys,going an extra mile for the customer...I surely recommend to have your car fixed here...dealership screwed me by not telling me the exact reasons as to why my car doesn't run smooth...I got all my questions answered along with the action taken to prevent further damage to my car...yet affordable...I appreciate your work and would bring more customers to you guys...very honest in their job...keep up the good work and good karma is gonna surround you...Services: Electrical, A/C installation & repair

The woman that is in the customer service part talking to the customers is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! If you go here I recommend talking to someone else if you want to avoid slapping her in the mouth
