Utility Trailer is the perfect place to get repairs done on your Trailer. I had a few boards that were loose on my trailer, and they hooked me up. They were quick and very polite. Ask for Kerry, he's the man. Thanks again for everything .

Took my trailer half loaded, I had a blown air bag and other problems I didn't realize at the time,they got me in first thing in the morning, I was out less than three hours later, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend them,and the repair bill was very fair. Thank you Utility of Dallas.

Had a trailer door issue wouldn't open. I called Wednesday evening around close and Ben had me bring it in next morning and got me in and out with in hours. Had a issue with my invoice charge. Thats when Salina, Carlos and Ben took care of the issue without any problem. I will definitely use them again.

Trailer was damaged by shipper. Parts were ordered and trailer was repaired in 14 days. Carlos in service was professional was able to get me rolling faster than promised. Very nice considering it was during the Thanksgiving holiday

Im VERY impressed with the service team. They went above and beyond to help me in a very bad situation and i cant thank them enough. What started out as a bad morning and a tree branch falling on my trailer, ended with a good day and a very happy customer. If you are in the Dallas area and need work done on your trailer, look no farther, these guys are true professionals and know exactly what they are doing.

Over here at Utility Trailer of Dallas. I had an hub air leak on my trailer. Initially, they did not have time to take me in until the next morning, but they went ahead and made time to replace it and get me going down the road within the hour. Selena and Ben from the service department were extremely courteous, professional, and accommodating in getting me back rolling asap. I would recommend coming here. Excellent service and price!

I am an OTR driver and for some reason one of my cross members got all bent and Torn up so I drop my trailer off around 7:30 in the morning and they had it done around 2:00 p.m.. that's pretty awesome!!!Hell ya!! $300 out the door. Thanks Fellas!!

Have been in there getting parts from Israel he s awesome and knowledgeable. Utility Trailer of Dallas has great prices. Came in on several occasions needing repairs done NOW because under load, even though they were over booked they got me in and out. Way to go Ben in service and all the mechanics.

After being failed by a Mobile trailer repair services, took my equipment to Utility. CARLOS made sure I was taken care of and back up and rolling. Great service/communication and he's the reason I'll be back. I'm very grateful

Utility Trailer of Dallas is our FIRST AND ONLY CHOICE for all our trailer needs. Everyone there is professional and courteous. Customer service is impeccable. From the moment you pull on to the property you are immediately greeted. The service team is very professional and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide us with service.I can t speak enough about the service provided by Selena, Ben, Kerry, Carlos and Louis. These guys are true professionals and know exactly what they are doing. No task is too large or too small for them. We can t thank them enough for all they did.The service department at this location is phenomenal! I would like to challenge if there is a better all around customer appreciation anywhere Repair shop generously helped me out of a huge jam without notice and with priority! I ve had my new (2024) dry van a couple weeks now. It s been a very good/positive experience dealing with these folks. I had several things to get done to my trailer and everyone was very helpful getting it all done to my satisfaction. Temo Soto, Dianne Palmer, Ben in service, all were helpful and very professional. I definitely recommend this dealer weather for purchasing or getting work done. Had Liftgate, belly box, interior lights, aluminum wheels, e track,j-hooks, installed and everything was finished out nicely.

I needed a trailer for my truck and Sean Mooney, the sales person, was extremely professional and helpful during the entire process. He did all the paperwork for my title, they performed DOT inspection for free, changed brake pads and drums before I picked up the truck. I will highly recommend their services.

Time was ticking. Finally got a load home after three weeks out and had problems with my hinges on my trailer door. Carlos got up and did what had to be done. Got me out of there by installing 3 brand new hinges. I thank you Carlos and his crew for doing the miracle they did to get me out the door in an hour . Rolling home now, very friendly, professional and courteous. I want to thank Carlos and his team for taking care of me and getting it done before closing time , that s hard to find nowadays.

This place is good specially on the part s department side .I gave 3 star because of the youngest guy at service desk , he is always mean,disrespectful and in fighting mood.Every time I drop of my trailer with him it comes back with another issues. His estimate is also overpriced.He attitude is mean and not supposed to be at customer service desk in the first place if he is not friendly dealing with his customers.Try to avoid him at all cost if you re a driver with skin of colored or a driver foreign accent. I noticed being nice with certain group of people and mean to others.
