They did terrible craftsmanship and cut corners to keep as much money as possible from the insurance. They used old parts for parts they charged as new and kept the difference. Then the owners claimed someone hit me again to not take responsibility for the awful work. On top of that, their workers are rude and have an attitude. Take your car to an actual reputable body shop where you can be guaranteed quality work and service.

Steven did a fabulous job fixing a side door dent from hitting a fence during the storm back in January...His team did a fabulous job and my Rav 4 looks like new! He charged me the original quoted price, despite having to take the extra time and materials to blend the 2 doors (which was not anticipated). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Steven and his team are great! Got referred to them by a mechanic. I needed some body work done since we hit a pole and dented the side of our truck. They were able to get it fixed in a few days and it looks amazing! Can t even tell it was dented and scratched. They even washed our truck before giving it back to us. Amazing service!

Steve and TX Prestige Auto are simply the best. We had a fender bender on the hood of our brand new Aston Martin and were told we would have to replace the entire hood and wait months for a new one to be shipped. I brought the car to Steve for a quick interim fix and and he said he could fix it 100% without a replacement part. When I got the car back it was perfect and he saved me thousands of dollars. He and his shop are talented, professional, honest, accommodating and do exactly what they say. I 100% recommend him and his entire team. Simply the best in town!!Service: Body & Trim

Stephen and Tony are fantastic. Very responsive and honest. Did an incredible job with extensive hail damage on my Ford Fusion. It looks brand new! Steve was super at Texas Prestige Auto. AWESOME customer service and quality of work. Perfect repair of an A pillar dent on my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Very delicate work due to the location, and he knocked it out perfectly and quickly. Definitely will be returning for any bodywork and paint needs. Very fair with pricing, and efficient in getting the job complete. Even returned my truck washed! Great company to do business with.

TX Prestige did a great job of fixing many scratches & dings in my car. Steve was very friendly, gave me a good price, even stepped in and did much of the work himself because I was waiting there for the work to be done. They washed the car too- a nice touch. I'll definitely give them a call next time I need any work done.

I have had my cars repaired 3 times by TX Prestige. First time was the 2012 hail storm, then I was hit from behind, and recently my fender encountered a concrete pole during the recent tornado. All three times, they did an amazing job and made my cars look like new. I have referred all of my friends to them and have not hear one complaint! Their work is amazing! Can't say enough great things about this company!

Prestige Auto Body Shop is the greatest by far!!! Steve and the guys are awesome. They stand behind their work and deliver what they promise. They explain the repairs that they'll be doing to your vehicle before they start the work, and the outcome of their work is phenomenal!!! I will recommend this auto body shop to anyone and everyone. I promise, if you try them, you won't go wrong. Not only that, I guarantee, you'll be a customer for life. Prestige is the best!!!

Steve is a honest and great professional. I had dents and scratches on both sides of car. They did a great job in getting the scratches out. It didn't require any paint job.They are reasonably priced and I'm totally satisfied with the job. I recommend all my friends to go this place for any dents and scratches.

I too feel the need to review this shop. The repairs to my vehicle were amazing. It looks so good I almost wanted to give them more money that the insurance paid! Okay, I didn't since I'm a Senior on limited budget but would have if I could that's how happy I am with their work and great customer service. I always knew exactly what was going on the communication was on spot and the work was fairly priced so there was never any question about insurance approving to pay. I highly recommend and will tell anyone who wants to know! Beyond compare in Customer Service and Repairs. Family owned business and you can see why they'll always succeed.

Steven was awesome! I called him at 11 am, and then we met at their new location at 1130. He inspected to make sure he ordered the right part and gave me a very fair price - over 200% cheaper than the dealership! He got the part ordered immediately and my car was fixed that afternoon. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, and while their shop was a little grungy, it has no reflection on the service you'll receive! Great work guys, and I recommend to anyone!

Good and Quality work with reasonable price. I sent my car photos for estimation. He explained me how would they fix it. I got the estimation over phone, and comparatively it is the best price. Steve is a nice guy, he completed the work and delivered the car on time with superior work. Great Company and Person to deal with. Thanks Steve!!

Today I visited the TX Prestige Auto Co, they are very good. They fixed a small dent for my car with out any fee. I am very happy with their services. Great body shop!. They did excellent jobs. I recommend them for Body shop work.

My car was damaged in the recent hailstorms we had a few weeks ago, and I learned of these guys through their excellent reviews. Having nothing but good reviews can set off a red flag, but let me tell everything was so true about them. Steven did an extraordinary job fixing my car, it looks better than it did before I got it. He even fixed a dent it had not from the storms. If you need any collision or dent repair don't hesitate to give Steven a call, you won't be disappointed! I will definitely take my car back to them for any future problems.

I want to share this review with others who are looking for an honest company and to have their car returned better than when it was undamaged. Tony worked on my car, the turnaround was fairly quick, but I was amazed with the results, it was like a brand new hood, but it matched with the rest of the car. Besides that he returned the car cleaned inside and out. I would highly recommend this small shop with big results.

Front bumper cover on my Camry was jacked up (for the 3rd time). Dropped by here on a Wednesday and Steven gave me a quick fair estimate and ordered the parts. Came back the next afternoon and they fixed the bumper in 1 hour while I waited. Very happy with the service and work.

Steve really came through and removed two dents out of my brand new truck. He explained the process and how they were going to go about the procedure and then gave a reasonable/honest price for the removal. Only took an hour to remove both dents using PDR method. Was very satisfied in the end.This is a great family owned business and they take pride in their work, Steve and his brother are true experts when it comes to auto repair.

Prestige auto body is the best hands down! Steven worked on my vehicle after a wreck, fixed it with no issues! But what I m stoked about is the fact that my dad purchased a Ford Expedition from auction back in 2015, had the motor replaced and it never ran, I asked Steven if they could fix it, after having a zillion folks come look at it, and guess what they got that dang truck running after sitting up for 2 years!!!! These guys are professional, honest, have loads of integrity! It reminds of the days when you could depend on your community businesses to handle you with pride for their work! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else! There business is the real antithesis of what it means to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!

We recently had work done by this paint and body shop, and they do excellent work. I have never used a body shop that was this efficient. They do great work quickly, and I am very impressed with them. I would recommend them to anyone that needs excellent paint and body work in a timely manner.

WOW!...That s the 1st thing I said when I received my business truck back from Steven and TX Prestige Auto Co. The 2nd thing I said was how did you match the paint on my 12 year old vehicle?.... It s an exact match! The 3rd thing I said was I can t believe you were able to identify, replace and match the font and color of the vinyl graphic lettering that has been on the truck since 2013? My truck was hit broadside, resulting in damage to the cab, truck bed and wheels of the vehicle. Steven was able to repair the OEM mag wheel (obsolete, no longer available from dealer) and exact paint match the rim Incredible! Thank you Steven and the entire TX Prestige Auto Co. family for excellent service, great communication, amazing bodywork and paint artistry. I have my business truck back and it looks fantastic!!!

Had some boxes fall on my car. Was referred to TX Prestige Auto Collision Center. Went by got an estimate and had it there the next week. They had a quick turnaround, excellent work, and a price I couldn't beat. Will be using them from now on, these guys are great!

I backed my wife's 2013 Sante Fe Limited into a cement pillar in a parking garage and started doing research online to find a reputable body shop. Texas Prestige's reviews seemed too good to be true so I did some homework. I called places around their original shop (they have just moved to a new location) and the reviews were confirmed. I then had four estimates and Stephen's was the most competitive.After deciding to go with TX Prestige, the process was great. Stephen texted me pictures of the car as they worked on it. They were thorough and timely. The day I picked up the car he had detailed it and it looked great.This place is legit. I have already recommended Stephen to a friend.

By far this was the best experience that I have had with a body shop. They repaired my car not only correctly, but ahead of the scheduled time that I was quoted. The work was quality and my car came back clean inside and out. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

These guys are great!! The did the custom paint on my Porsche project last year and it turns heads everywhere. They also just finished an extensive hail repair on my truck and it looks like new. Go see them - they are pros!

I took my late model Lexus GS to TX Prestige for repairing hail damages and bumper, after seeing their excellent online reviews on Google. In short, I am disappointed. The first disappointment was they forgot to repair the bumper until when I reminded them the day before the pickup day; they managed to get the bumper repaired in one day, but the color did not match very well; they said this was the best they could do. The PDR (Paint-less Dent Repair) on the hail damage was OK, but they had left a kink near the sun roof, which they argued is hardly noticeable and they cannot fix it. They also left a lot of fine scratches on the right door panel due to improper polishing (necessary?); which destroyed the mirror finish of the original clear coat paint; I will have to remove them myself. Additionally, manager Stephen was not in the shop when I paid and picked up the car, I had to make another trip to get the invoice/receipt/warranty. In the meanwhile, I had to argue to get the warranty in writing and to change it from 5-year to lifetime (as if they are going to honor it). Thus, I am quite perplexed how TX Prestige Auto Co received those excellent reviews; the shop appeared to be a mom-and-pop shop that is not well-organized, not professional, and did not have excellent skills.

My car had hail damage and took it to this center for repair. Steve explained in detail on the process and timelines. He fixed my car within the timelines and within my budget. After a week of I got my car he called me to check if everything is fine. I recommend to go this place for any body repairs.

A salesman referred me to Prestige to get my window replaced and side mirror. They did the repair same day and the work was not only timely but immaculate. Looked just like factory, they also used factory Mercedes parts. I will go to Prestige from now on for any of my auto body needs!

Honest people and brilliant work by Steve and Tony. The entire detailed explanation and customer service provided by Steve was to the point while Tony is a master at fixing dents! The time-frame and the cost of repairs were both really good and I would highly recommend the place. :)
