I just moved to Texas and i found them on FB marketplace. Jorge Zambrano helped me. He was amazing, went within my budget & worked with my credit. And i had a lot of questions & i was indecisive , he is very patient. I appreciate him and all the work he s done to get me in a vehicle. Ask for Jorge when you come!

DONT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM BEING GOOD! They had my car for over a month and they were driving my vehicle I had over 4 thousand extra miles on my car when I finally got it back from them and I had an AirTag on my vehicle. They will also lie to you, saying that things aren t under warranty and try to make you pay out of pocket. They will tell you lies after lies there. All the Hispanic people reviewing this, work there

I would definitely recommend tricolor I worked 2 awesome people there Omar and Barbara they went above and beyond to get me the perfect vehicle which included staying way past closing time for them. Everyone was very friendly at this location and I will be a returning customer when the time comes!

Horrible service department!! They take forever to get to you. Drop my car off Monday took till Thursday I approved work to done on my vehicle at 9:50am and the said he would call me back. To see if they had the parts he called me back to confirm that they did and that the car would be done around 4-430. For a blend door actuator I never received a call saying it was done. I called at 415 and was on hold for 20 mins. I had to catch a 35dollar Uber up to this place only to find my car left unlocked with no keys anywhere. The people inside didn t want to call anyone because they were gone for the day . And this is on a Friday and the lady said that there isn t any guarantee that anyone will be here tomorrow cause its a Saturday. Horrible I want my down payment back after this. 45 $ for the Uber back home. SMH. What good is a two year warranty when you can t even get your car to them and back? No rental after 6 days??? First and last car I buy from them.
